DO NOT STAY HERE!This place is terrible. I cant believe I rented the room without checking reviews first, but that was a huge lesson learned. Never again.My room had a hole in the bottom corner that looked like someone kicked it trying to break in and then rodents ate it over time. The ceiling was falling apart and crumbling onto the bed sheets. The bathroom door didnt have a handle on the inside. There was blood on the wall. All in all, it was kind of a death trap and I wholeheartedly want you to reconsider staying here.We quickly made a reservation with Doubletree right up the road and decided to hightail it out of there. We wanted a refund and was able to get one, but not without having to stand right next to the manager and forcing her to answer the phone to approve the refund. She wouldnt do it on her own accord. She says you can have a refund and then walks away. She answered 2 of 3 questions from the agent, then hung up and stopped answering her phone. This is her schtick to make free money. No sane or rational person is going to stay there and then some will just say forget it and chalk it up as a loss.DO NOT STAY HERE!

The only good things were the distance to the beach and it had a kitchen sink microwave and refrigerator. No A/C. The sofa bed had bed bugs, It had a huge slice in the material covered by a blanket. The door had a huge hole that had a piece of metal attached in attempt to cover the hole , but unsuccessful. The bathroom had a broken door knob. Someone had to open it from the outside. You get locked in. Counters were broken and cracked. I booked 2 rooms both rooms were in the same condition. Broken doors and poor conditions. One of the rooms had 2 beds in the main room and a separate bed in an additional room. That was pretty cool.

Worst conditions I have ever seen. 1/3 of the bottom of the entry door was missing, allowing anything to crawl in the room. Holes, peeling paint, and dried blood on most of the walls. The bathroom had no handle on the inside of the door. The ceiling joists were bowing through the ceiling. The fan overhead was thick with 3 inches of dark gray dust. Staff was rather dismissive and rude, especially when asked to speak with expedia on the phone to cancel the reservation. Worst conditions I have ever seen. In no way is it safe to stay at this establishment as it likely poses a multitude of health risks.

The place was filthy. The bed was broken underneath, the carpet was filthy, the bath tub dirty and a large dark handprint on the inside of the bathroom door. Kitchen was dirty with a thick layer of dust on the window sills and We walked in and left in about 15 min. Dont waste your money go stay at the Hilton for about 25 dollars more.

The view outside the hotel is what I stay for. Its a simple low budget hotel. Would be great if the pictures matched the actual room. Otherwise its an average motel.

Where do I start?? The door had a big hole on it. The bathroom was the only decent part of all. The sheets had holes and stains all over. Over all a horrible experience.But a friendly staff and a great location.

Too dirty to stay. I had to go somewhere else. Dirty bedding, dusty, greasy surfaces. The room was not sanitized at all.

The only think nice I can say is the sheets on the bed appeared clean with holes. Anything else in this room you did not want to touch the carpet is old worn and coming up off the floor the shower tour looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks with hair in the tub paint is peeling off all the doors and the windows don’t lock funky smell in the rooms I would not recommend staying here

This place is not worth it. Doesnt matter how close to the ocean it is, dont subject yourself to this place! Holes in the wall, a disgusting stained couch. The TV doesnt work with the remote. My boyfriend and I felt like we were going to catch a disease. Is this really what you get for $100 San Pedro? Shut this place down!!

For some reason they gave us the handicapped room with a very unique shower. Bathroom was uncomfortably huge.

I liked the view from the corner of the patio area in front of the room. That’s the only thing we liked. The bath tub was dirty, one of the lights in the bathroom didn’t come on, the screens were ripped, the carpet was rippled and moist. It was very disappointing for the price I paid. The pics on the homepage are deceiving.

No AC in room. Had a oscillating fan that was full of dust. Ceiling fan had dust all over it. TV was dirty. Window screens are broken. Pillow case had hair on it. I checked in then checked out. One star but it really is a zero

This was our worst experience, this hotel its duty, its horrible, the bathroom so duty, the bed mattress with seem to be blood stains, We travel a lot and so far this is the worst hotel we ever seem.

Old units, no upkeep, peeling paint on doors and walls, large holes through entry doors to the outside. The service was good, but the Inn needs lots of TLC.

The simple things you would expect for $100.00 a night werent there no towels to shower and no t.v

After ringing buzzer numerous times to check in with no answer we finally had to call the number. They told us they only take cash, then took us to the room which was not the room we reserved. Which was filthy and in a poor neighborhood, broken windows boarded up on other rooms. We did not stay.

I arrived late and the clerk was very nice. I didnt get the room I booked but saved some money! The king size bed was wonderful and the TV very nice. The frig made some noise but not an issue. The microwave didnt work but the hotel clerk warmed my food in his. The bathroom had upgraded plumbing but wasnt clean to my expectations. The sink and inside toilet was clean. The outside of the toilet and the tub were not up to par. Note to self-bring magic eraser! I felt very safe walking to the beach and cafes by myself. The Lighthouse Café was excellent. I stayed on weeknights so it was super quiet! I didnt know San Pedro was so nice.

The pacific inn was so dirty! Coming into our room woth soaked floors dirty carpets, kitchen was filthy, restroom was not cleaned, and worst part was the headboard had hand prints all over it. The bed had no matress pad and only 2 sheets. I never thought i had to wear shoes inside my hotel room.

Yes it is close to the beach but not worth the stay. 1. moldy, dirty curtain and dirty shower floor2. no lip on shower to keep water in, water floods onto the bathroom floor and into the bedroom. There are 2 drains but floor is slippery and a danger especially for older folk3. always need 2 remote controls to operate television4. no dial tone on room phone. Had to walk to office to ask for assist5. refrigerator unplugged and we did not know until morning but too late6. light switch by bathroom door but light did not work. Had to walk into dark bathroom and feel for second switch7. shower hook did not work while taking shower. had to hold at the same time we tried to bathe 8. poor parking accommodations, maybe 5 spots in courtyard9. nowhere to hang clothes, no hangers or hooks in bathroomMy husband is 84 years old. I had to place towels on the bathroom floor to prevent slipping and we had to sleep with the light on because no easy switch in bathroom. Very unsafe. it looked like a room meant for someone with a wheelchair. when we asked if there were any better rooms we were told all the rooms are the same. Nothing like the picture shown on your website. Old, dirty carpet. Nice and pleasant people run the place.

Die Lage ist super, für einen letzten Tag am Meer/Hafen, bevor man in einer halben Stunde am Internationalen Flughafen von L.A. ist. Bettwäsche, Waschbecken, WC, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle waren sauber.

Im staying here for work for almost two weeks. everything has been good. I called ahead to reserve, was shown the rooms before checking in, maid service cleans at request, no complaints especially for the price! In the evening we enjoy the ocean view and visit the market cafe next door, we would recommend this to anyone staying on a budget.

I went here to relax, be close to the beach and enjoy alone time. It was a great experience. The staff was wonderful, they were quick to help with any needs that I had. I would suggest this location to anyone wanting to enjoy a quiet, quaint get away. The beach is within walking distance.

Very cute small apartments. Outdated though and needs some updated things to the rooms but they are in the process of that. The staff is very nice. Ocean view and little market 1 block away.

My Fiance, and I stayed here for a night to relax, I must say the place is very close to the beach. You can actually see the ocean from the inn, which was exciting to us. The staff is very friendly, the price is cheap, and the room was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was off a busy street. Paid cash for the room. Left to see the views around town. When we got back other customers in the room. Room was double booked.

This place is a sh#+hole. I wish I could give it 0 stars. What a dump. Rooms are horrid...front entry door would not close and lock properly. Bathroom had broken light fixture. Mismatched furnishings. TV box missing remote control (replacement remote does not exist at this establishment). Carpet was disgustingly dirty..probably why the room smelled foul.Front desk issued another room. Which was just as bad.Stay elsewhere.

This place was built in the mid-20th century and theres been no significant upgrading and a notable lack of maintenance. For example, there are large double sliding windows facing the street on the room we rented and one of the two sliders had cheap old fashion plastic clips that would lock the window shut upon closing, except that one of the two windows plastic clip was worn/broken so that window didnt lock. Our ground level room faced busy Pacific St which has a fair amount of foot traffic, so we were concerned about leaving our valuables in an unlockable room so we took our most valuable items with us in the car every time we left the room. With our room facing Pacific St it was pretty noisy that weekend night, at least until about midnight. The room had no air conditioning and the weekend we stay, though it was in October, had the 90 degree temps that SoCal will some times get in the fall. I noticed it also only had an old fashion wall furnace for heat, so it would not likely heat well in winter. One of the two lights (the one near the sink) wasnt working, either.There was no indication when we booked that we would be a room with a handicapped shower, which we wouldnt have taken if we had known thats what wed get. Another problem was the lack of Internet service. Rooms that are far from the office do not receive service from the router. We sorely needed Internet so it was a real problem for us.

The people were nice the hotel is really really old and needs to be remodeled but it was in a great location to the beach

I give it 4 out of 5 stars because it was a bit run down. Location and price make up for it. I would stay again. You can see and walk to the beach from the hotel so its a big bonus.

1. The room smelled very musky and wet. To the point we had to open all the windows and door to air out the room. 2. The linen was clean, but there were no fitted sheets. They just took a King sheet and wrapped it around the queen bed leaving the ends of the bed showing. 3. There was a small kitchenette, but it looked like the stove would explode if used and even had a tag saying do not use!4. The two towels, not two towels and hand towels, two towels total, had stains in them. 5. The shower only had hot water at certain times of the day, and for only 1-2 minutes before going cold again.6. We turned the heater on at night, and IMMEDIATELY filled the room with a burning plastic smell so bad, we again had to open all the windows and I stood at the door opening it and closing it trying to air out the room at 1am. 7. The walls had paint peeling, spider webs, gross fungus or something growing on the door to the bathroom.8. The bathroom sink sounded like a screaming baby flying a fighter jet and shot water everywhere. 9. Worst of all, the room service. We came back after a day out and the beds werent made, the trash was taken out, but they left rolls of trash bags on the counter. Our toiletries were moved, but the sink area wasnt clean and no new towels. It look like they just left in the middle of cleaning. And they did, with 3 pairs of my wifes underwear and 2 of her swim suits. They stole her underwear and swim suits!!!

Need to get technology update. In other words, request investment

Diese Unterkunft wurde auf verschieden Portalen gelobt, allerdings erfüllt sie die Erwartungen bei Weitem nicht.Die Bettlaken waren schmutzig und sahen aus als ob sie seit dem letzten Gast nicht gewechselt wurden (Haare und Flecken). Der Teppich Boden war dreckig und im Bad gab es nur kaltes Wasser. Zumindest war das Bad sauber. Das Personal war nett, schob die Mängel allerdings immer auf das Housekeeping ab. Das Bett wurde neu bezogen nachdem wir darauf gedrängt haben. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße. Keine gute Idee, da man die durch die Einglasfenster wirklich alles hört.

This hotel is the most disgusting place I have ever been in. The walls a peeling, mildew on the curtains, dirty carpets, no proper bed sheets and there was a pizza crust underneath the bed. I dont understand how this establishment is still in business.

Dès que nous sommes arrivés, le check in a pris une éternité. Enfin, nous avons eu la carte pour pénétrer à lintérieur de cette immonde chambre à la moquette vieillissante, une couette pleine de tâches plus douteuses les une des autres. Il y a énormément de poussière sous les meubles, nous navons pas oser enlever les chaussettes. La salle de bain collectionne les poils et cheveux des anciens locataires, sans parler de ces traces noir de crasses au fond de la douche. Enfin pour couronner le spectacles, cet hôtel ma donner loccasion dapprendre le mot cockroach, qui veut dire cafard, insecte mort que nous avons tranquillement retrouvé à lintérieur du frigo. Nous avions réservé 5 Nuits, autant dire que nous sommes partie le lendemain matin à la première heure, nous avons essuyé une perte de 200€ sur 450€ car le gérant na pas souhaiter nous rembourser la totalité du reste de notre séjour. A EVITER !!!

Location was ok, room was ok, the bed cover honestly was itchy, bottom of the front door has a whole on it so like insects or a small animals can come in. However the receptionist is a great guy and the cleaning lady is really nice. As far as how the room is its a 1* but customer service is a 5* hence why Im giving this a 3.

Extremely accommodating desk and housekeeping staff. No better in a 4 star hotel. Place itself is acceptable to good but its the staff that makes it worth coming back for.

The maid is a very sweet lady but the staff gives nothing but excuses on why we have no cable, and no WiFi!

Worst decision I made was to stay here. Not Only was the room dirty and the housekeeper didnt know how to clean but they have overcharged and returned money twice now and they claim they dont have my card information. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YPUR BANKING INFO.

Dont do it!!There are only 3 parking spots and one is handicapped. Thats how small this place is. You have park on the street. The AC didnt work. In fact Im not sure it even had any just a 1970 thermostat to make you think it did. Toilet wobbled on floor, kitchen was flithy. There was a chair in it that still had multiple stains from 70s and the carpet looked just as bad.

Great price for the area. Less than a half mile from the beach and fun.

I needed a weekend away from everyone, so headed to the coast. Very nice owners, parking a little of a hassle and the WiFi wasnt working but places to eat within walking distance and of course the ocean! Had a great time.

We (4 adults - 2 couple) stayed in a double queen bed room for 4 nights. And room/room service lacked on various points :1. There was no lock in bathroom door, so others can accidentally enter the bathroom while the 1st one is still inside.2. Room heater was making sound to which they said its the sound of coil.3. Room service does not happen daily, it seems they do it once in 2 days, But out of 4 nights which we stayed only once our beds were made and dustbins were cleaned.4. Room had the kitchen but not even one utensil was provided which was quite strange for me, because with my past experiences all the rooms with kitchen had some utensils.So overall our stay there was not so pleasant.

DIRTY! fridge was so nasty we didnt use it. had to get new pillow cases and sheets because the ones on the bed hadnt been changed. one even had makeup smears on it. fiancee wouldnt use shower or sit on the furniture it was so dirty. burnt out lights in bathroom were fixed by plugging in a small lamp to bathroom outlet. if we had any other option but to stay here, we would have used them.
