For $233 and a bay view the windows were dirty on the outside which I can live with, But! there Was No Refrigerator or Microwave! What really! I also couldnt believe that the restaurant wasnt open, all the restaurants in the area were open, I understand the Covid thing but I wont be staying here again. I havent stayed in a hotel or motel without a fridge or microwave in like forever.

Hotel is in a great location. It is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly. The only thing is the full-sized mirror hanging from the wall fell off at 2:30am which startled and scared me. It was so loud. Amazingly it didnt break. I know this is an isolated case but I couldnt go back to sleep after that. Otherwise, everything was good!

The room was nice, area quiet, nice ocean view, clean bathroom. The only issue with the room was that the mattress was lumpy, no firm support, and basically felt worn out. Also, The ice machines could not keep up with the demand on a monday / tuesday night. We had to seek out 3 machines before finding one that would deliver!

Wonderful time peaceful and quiet. The furniture needs repair and updating but still a lovely time.

I,m sorry for my feedback but i understand is good for your business.we were treated bad when we ask to worker named crist, he treated us with racism, he didnt give us respect and treatment as we were spected.i dont understand how a prestigious place as double tree hire people who no take care of their business.i understand we are humans but please we have chance to make changes in our life..we fell very humillated by the fact we didnt speak English.i knew they had people whose speak spanish too but He lie to us saying that no body speak Spanish there.i talked to the Security guy , He spoke spanish.i just want to educated that worker to talk nice and be polite to everyone , thanks

So for the price I paid for two nights, I did not expect to be welcomed into my room with a spider, which I am terrified of btw. I also did not get ANY room service. Aside from that, I got a window with a view so I was bound to discover that my fully functional window was actually partially functional. Not sure if an incident happened for that to be installed but it was definitely upsetting. Ontop of that, I discovered my room connected to the neighboring room, also dont understand the purpose of that. Upon discovery, I found I actually had NO PRIVACY in my room, being the threshold of the door lets in sound. I dont think I will ever come back here. The spider and lack of privacy makes this the worst experience Ive ever had in a 4 star hotel.. or any hotel or motel in general.

The hotel has very good customer service there is very clean my kids love the pool and the area it was in I would recommend it to my family and friends

Restaurant still not open yet. Rooms are a bit dated, pool is heated and the morning front desk staff are great. Room w/ balcony overlooking the marina needs to be power washed desperately. Evening front desk staff not very welcoming or warm. If you order food to be delivered they will not allow them to drop it at your room. You have to meet them outside or in the lobby. Not sure why, when the other Hilton properties Ive stayed at is not an issue.

This hotel is nicely tucked away by the San Pedro Marina. Nice rooms, good service, breakfast available and tasty. Whats not to like?

Wow I just walked in here for the Amazon locker and it was amazing.Clean next the water and walking distance to the beach.I got to see the happy hour service and there was a live band.Everyone was having a good time.Looks like a lot of folks who snow bird.The parking lot was full of out of state license plates.Clean and nice.Parking lot is a little dark.Lots of water and good greenery.Nice staff at the desk.Looks like they offer a shuttle service as well.

Very nice quite hotel with a wonderful very helpful staff. On a Marina in San Pedro. With peaceful views.Complimentry breakfast was one of the best I have experienced.Free shuttle service to cruise ports and within 5 miles radius for many restaurants and local sites.

Positive: Close to the marina and my boat has a pool Negative: room was overlooking the dumpsters ,messy yard full of Custodial stuff , dirty !!! Also the pump and heater for the pool which ran all night and was loud. When I asked for another room she said itf there was a problem.They weren¿t even 50% Capacity

Rente la king suite con Vista a marina hacía el mar ,la vista está casi bloqueado por arbustos estando sentado en la silla desde el balcón del primer piso,las dos puertas no cierran una no sirve y la principal tiene casi suelto el seguro para poner el candado, fuí a la recepción a preguntar qué si tenían un desarmador de cruz para arreglar la cerradura y el del turno de la noche del 27 de junio 2020 , déspota,se molestó por qué le dije que porque rentan así una suite el huésped no tiene seguridad cualquier persona se podría meter por el balcón, y me dijo pues así tendrás que dormir asta mañana que llegue el manejador del hotel,no tiene desayuno el gym y la alberca no se pueden usar después de las 9 pm al menos mis tarjetas no funcionó porque no tienen un anuncio de horario para usarlos, horrible experiencia, la renta fue inicial de $236 y al final me cobraron casi $300, no vale la pena ,luego are una revisión a este comentario ya que hable con el manager hoy 28 de junio.

I give it a 3 star because my check in was not very welcoming at first. I reserved a room with a balcony and front desk person said sorry I have you down for a room without a balcony. Then asked if I wanted to cancel my reservation?! He could of simply accommodated my request instead of coming off rude or unfamiliar with customer service. I showed him my phone with email confirmation with balcony, to then say oh Im sorry, I was double booked and didnt see the one with a balcony. (Not buying it) however my wife and I was happy with the room and had enjoyed our stay with a beautiful view from our balcony.

The beds are not comfortable. I woke up 3 time in the night with back pain. Other than that everything was fine.

I had a nice stay with my boyfriend, our room was facing the Cabrillo marina and our view was really nice. The room didnt have a microwave or a fridge but we called the front desk and they provided us with one. The Hotel is taking all the precautions with the covid19 regulations, the rooms are disinfected and clean.

Positive: The room with the marine view on the balcony was very cool and beautiful. Negative: I wish they had better irons

Breathe of fresh air. Quiet, relaxing, great views. Complimentary water, coffee, cookies, wifi, parking. Got marina view upgrade which is so worth it. Good location.

The view of the marina was so beautiful! Had a beautiful sunset to watch and nice walk when it was late. Definitely would stay here again!! The staff was also so quick and helpful.

Positive: Despite the staff being understaffed, they were all very nice, quick to accommodate our requests and very helpful Negative: I understand that covid restrictions limit certain areas but it would have been nice to sit at the restaurant and look out at the marina.

Checked in was put far back of hotel, it was a maze to get there on 2nd floor, I asked for room with view of inner court yard, if Marina View was not available, this was discussed when I called prior to date of check in. No map to locate room was given, so parking would be closer to room. I am a senior and it can be difficult. Front desk did not accommodate, when I went to my room, there was no refrigerator or microwave, website did not disclose this information, I tried calling front desk to question but phone in room did not work. I had to use my cell and wait time was extremely long. One thing after another I was disappointed. Will not recommend to others nor stay there in future.

My whole experience was pleasant. The room was beautiful and roomy with a 60 inch tv in our room.

Stayed here from Thursday to Sunday. Wasnt happy about being charged pet fee when I called ahead to ask if my emotional support dog qualifies and was told she does. We had a decent room was clean. Bad part was our view was overlooking the garbage. The staff was nice and they were doing their job.didnt like how they basically made you feel bad for not booking direct. I booked with Orbitz becasue it saved me money being a single dad saving any money is helpful!

Check in is at 4, we got there at 6 to check in and they didn’t have clean rooms for anyone. We waited over an hour to receive our room with an 8 month old along with lots of other families. We all had reservations prior. They’re so unorganized.

Stayed at room 251. It was a really nice room and paid for the room thinking we had our own balcony, BUT turns out it was a shared balcony. The hotel also opened up the room next to ours, so we had to share a balcony during covid.

Positive: Staff was friendly. Other reviews I saw said they were not. Beds could use some upgrading. Beautiful location. Pool and restaurant and no maid service. But we assumed that with Covid 19. They did bring us towels ect as needed.

Its beautiful on the outside and they are literally right on the Marina. The beach is along right there and they have a outdoor eating area by the water.

Although they advertise “cleanliness” I guess that would be true if you don’t check under the bed or behind the nightstands...

Definitely a good place to stay and of course they give you a free cookie. Hilton property in a fun location. Check it out

The rooms are nice, BUT the stench of animal in the halls was shocking. Staff told me the hotel is animal friendly. Definitely not friendly to humans! Sneezed all night long and even with an aromatherapy diffuser going I couldnt mask the smell.
