Wow! Pelican Reef does not disappoint! Giselle, Tristan, and Jordan were all amazing and so accommodating during our stay. The rooms were just as the pictures show. The bar area was open and clean. And the breakfast..... DELICIOUS! So many choices! And enough to last until breakfast. At the concierge desk is a binder with menus from most of the local restaurants so you could get an idea as to where to enjoy dinner. Plus, the staff will call and make reservations for you! The price was quite surprising and affordable for all you received in return!We will go back!

5 star location. Every single member of the staff provided service excellence beyond our expectations. We didnt have to lift a finger. Food and drinks were perfect. Ok, lets just start off by saying, if you want Paradise, then you might as well come here. They have a staff, that wants to be there. This is one of the best resorts, as they care about your safety, and want you to have a great time. From the Bartender to the pool tenders, this is the best staff team Ive ever met. Theyre family friendly and are always happy. If you dont see a smile on there faces, then you probably stopped at the wrong resort. If you do end up visiting the place, trust me when I say, that your going to have a great time! Ive also been around the area, and know the surrounding city. If you need help navigating or would like a recommendation of restaurants dont hesitate to contact me!
