5 star service by hotel staff. Excellent location that sadly will be demolished to make way for a Marriott this year. Very dated, but enjoy it while you can!

The location was great. We didnt have an ocean view like the room description said though. Our view was of the stairs leading up to the rooms on the second floor and of the pool platform. The biggest issue was with the beach at this hotel, as the photos online were very deceiving. There is a cement wall that runs along the whole beach on Ambergris Caye. On the inner side of the wall, the sand was too low causing the water to pool there and there was a bunch of junk in it causing a foul smell. Nowhere else along the beach had this issue except for right in front of this hotel. See attached photos.

Shame it being tore down. Good memories here.

Facilities were dated but adequate. On the beach, easy access to everything. Great staff.

Sadly, this resort will soon be gone. Several of the units have already been removed.The good news is that a Marriott Residence Hotel will soon be built here.Looking forward to the next phase of the adventure.Hurry if you want to experience the charm of this unique resort.

The staff is nice. The resort was clean but in need of maintenance. If you wish to cook the cooking utensils are limited.

The place is going to be bulldozed next month, so not much maintenance being done for a while now it seems. But, the people are great!

The price is very good compared to other places. They have a few rooms that are absolutely horrible but we complained and were upgraded to a brighter, more updated room right next to the water. The place is being torn down in June 2018 to make way for a large popular hotel chain.

Right on the bech but major construction next to rooms. Do not plan on staying near room during day. Rooms need major renovation. The lock on our sliding door is a padlock and hasp
