Great staff! They work hard to give you a good experience. I love that my room has its own little kitchenette and full-size fridge. It was a terrific value and I had a nice visit in Santa Rosa.

Arrived to find no attendant in the lobby. Rang desk bell and waited. Rang it a few more times and waited. 15 minutes later clerk dhows up. Turns out she was outside. No sign posted to alert me. Told her that and all I got was a rude stare...Room (204) had stained carpets, ripped fabric in recliner armrest, broken sink stopper and way too much freeway noise.

Positive: The staff is more courteous now its gotten better and security is always available Negative: HVAC thermostat usually not working

Positive: The room was ok. Negative: The worst customer service experience over ever had at a hotel. No clean towels no clean sheets no remote for the tv in t was total bullshit. I want my money back. Seriously.

I was disappointed the kitchen doesnt have any cookware and dishes. I have to order the food to pick up instead of cooking. The bed was not comfortable due too soft on my back.

It was very outdated hotel and felt very cringy. The stove was faulty and Kitchen sink was leaky. Overall the pics are misleading.

There was chunks of food underneath the bed. There was a kitchenette provided but no coffee maker, pots, pans, not even paper coffee cups. The bedding was so thin that I had to crank the heat all night which then dried out my lungs and nose. I tried to take a bath and the water was lukewarm and the entire bathroom smelled like urine

Nice clean room. Staff is awesome! I will be relocating perhaps to another state. I have extended my stay once again. It has been a positive experience for me thus far and Jamie (management) is the best! I would definitely recommend! Price is right also! A definite two thumbs up!

Jamie was the reason why my stay was excellent. Her thoughtfulness towards me by giving me a new face mask because mine was filthy was deeply touching. Moreover, any time I ever needed anything, she was quick to respond and made me feel beyond comfortable. She is the epitome of what customer service shoud be and its a joy to stay at your resort with her as the manager.

Everything was clean and neat! All staff was nice and friendly. Jamie was a really nice! I did notice later in the evening and on weekndsThe front desk was not attended had to wait over 15mins 3 times for someone to come to the front desk

Positive: I like a hotel that makes sure the lowest paid workers are paid enough for them to afford to live in the town they work. So, I think you are lacking in that area. It is a wonder that employees are so courteous and helpful when the CEOS gobble the $ up. Negative: The income of your lowest wage earners.

Positive: I really enjoyed staying at Extended stay! Having a full sized refrigerator, a stove, microwave, large kitchen sink felt like home! The air conditioning was super good and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and I slept like a baby! Negative: No. I felt very safe and happy here.

There was a full size fridge and stove top. Great for making food and keeping cold drinks and food Refrigerated.

The staff!! They were sweet, they helped with things available! They were happy to help! Loved the kitchen and fridge too!!!Clean in rooms!! For it being , during the fire they did the best they could!!

Parking was a nightmare. Only stayed here because it was convient and i was utterly exhausted. There were alot of people in and out. Staff was friendly. Noisy. The bed was enh not great but ive slept on worse.

The front desk woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. The housekeeper let herself into my room even with the do not disturb sign up. They were dirty rooms and not worth the money!!!

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed in Santa Rosa CA South ! Upon arrival I Was warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager Jamie . The staff was extremely friendly. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. The staff is very helpful and considerate of their guests. They are also very accommodating.

I drove 5 hours to stay at this hotel, with my daughter. The room was disgusting! Stains on the comforter, Mold stains on the sheets, Disposable cups unwrapped with toothpaste goo on them, and apparently bed bugs! I look like I have the chicken pox. I had to take a day off work, Dr visit co-pay, and medication costs. The hotel is not willing to reimburse any costs. Will not be staying here again, and will let people know, not to stay there either. I do have pictures

This is the first hotel at which Ive stayed where there was no coffee maker. There was a kitchenette but absolutely no dishes, pans, silverware, or glasses - nothing at all in the kitchen. The room was cute but had a slightly sour smell. I was surprised how quiet other guests were considering that we stayed on the first of the month.

The attendant was never up front. No blow dryer. Loud music in parking lot. Lots of smokers. Filthy room. Never going back.

Honesty sometimes the privacy is good to rethink things. This place gave great customer service.

My father 77yrs old stayed for a few weeks and was really take. Care of and treated like family. Thank to Michelle and her great team for going the extra mile.

It was clean comfortable and affordable. Of course comparing them with other hotels in this area its the best value for what you get. I mean man its a hotel , It is what it is.

My room site it was too noisy plus I can’t her the people on both sides of the room there’s no more some proof between the walls.

Im having horrible customer service experience with Extended Stay America Santa Rosa South. I booked a queen suite from Wednesday 11/27/19-Saturday 11/30/19 through booking.com and I prepaid for the room. After I made the reservation I called to confirm with the front desk if it would be okay to check in after 12am because I was driving up from Los Angeles, CA and wouldnt arrive till late in the am hours. The employee told me to just call the day of & let the front desk know that they could check me in over the phone around 11pm and when I arrive to just use the white call phone outside the office so the employee could give me the keys. I called again today, Wed 11/27 I spoke with the front desk again to confirm that this was okay and she said it would be fine, she would make a note for it for the night shift, and to just call at 11pm today to check in on phone. I called around 11pm as I was told, and the night front desk staff LUCY, said I could not do that. I informed her that I called when I made the reservation and called today and two other front desk employees told me it would be fine. She started to be real rude and said it didnt matter if I paid for the room till Saturday that after midnight it is a new day and she wont check me in. I pleaded with her to please have some compassion! Im coming from Los Angeles and I have my three almost 4 year old son who has AUTISM with me. She did not care if my son, who is disabled, and I would have no where to go to for the night. Either the two other employees were taught a different policy or LUCY was taught a different one because none of this adds up! Employees should be on the same page regarding policies and how to treat paying customers with RESPECT. LUCY was so horrible and condescending to me!!! Im here so upset, crying because now my son and I have no where to go when our room is already paid for and empty. Its not okay for your customers to be treated this way and for staff members to be so rude and cold to customers. GET ON THE SAME PAGE REGARDING POLICIES. Hoping that the manager can help me out tomorrow morning. Either way I filed a complaint and wont stop addressing this till the situation is resolved. Such a great way to start off the Thanksgiving holiday!

This hotel is the best I have ever stayed in!Not only is there a full size fridge with a microwave and a extremely useful stove, but they let you borrow kitchen things if needed like pots, pans, dishes.The manager there was super nice!After checking out she let me wait in the office for my ride while it was raining out.She offered me snacks and a drink and I thought that was beyond great since I wasn’t even a paying customer anymore at that time.I do agree with a lot of the comments that the morning breakfast should include fruit.Thank you so much for making my stay enjoyable!

If I could give zeeo stars I would. I went in to get my room and asked for a set of clean sheets for my room. I do that at every hotel I stay at I just like an extra set, just in case.the front desk clerk said she had absolutely no clean sheets available and I should just go somewhere elses because Im Im already complaining and am going to be a problem. She was unbelievably rude. I was stunned by the unprofessionalism. I would not recommend this place EVER

Paid $650 for a week plus a $100 deposit and the inexperienced manager decided to pull a power trip. I checked out after a day and was told a check would be to me in four days .... Its never made it ... This manager is dishonest and true scum! Dont go there!!

Positive: The room was reasonably clean. Negative: No blanket on bed or in room. Very noisy long term residents. Lots of dogs. Not allowed to check in due to credit card reader issue till very late at night, a big issue for a nurse during COVID-19 working long shifts. Do not stay here!

Its like my own tiny living space and my husband like that its safe when he works during states of emergency and we are sending his office our condolences please bless someone else by helping them out bless you

Staff is great. Shout-out to Sharon, Michelle, Dominique, Marie, Roxy, Steve. Whoever the manager is does a great job at keeping these folks smiling every time they greet. Sharon is great at on the spot problem solving btw.

Was okay. For the price Id expect a little more cleanliness and less like someone damaged the room. Room was not well maintained. People in the next rooms obviously lived there. Cig buds in walkway and in parking lot. Staff was nice. Though this hotel was closer to were we needed to be, Ill be sticking to the usual hotel we stay when visit. Even if its a little more money.

I was here a full month before someone came by and forgot half my towels and left me no toilet paper for room service. The people on one side of me were screwing loudly every night and the drug addicts on the other side were either fighting each other, chasing their toddler at all hours of the night, or smoking god knows what right outside my air vent. Management was aloof, had no kind of happiness and appear to have a chip on their shoulder. I would rather sleep in a dumpster than deal with the drama here. Just down the street there are fewer crack heads in Rohnert Park. Never have the coffee ready in the morning either. Housekeeping was an hour early on checkout day though.

Dont let thev covid thing fool you. I stayed atithermotels and they provided us with breakfast in bags with yogurt, fruit, juice and granola bars. Extended stay charged for breakfast but did not provide. Very poor service.

Absolutely lovely, the stuff was wonderful and very attentive. Helpful people, great stay!

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. We were able to finally just relax for a change and our room was so comfortable and clean. We had a kitchen to cook our own food and wash our dishes afterwards just like home. There was not any problem at all if we asked for more towels or toiletries.. They even gave my son toys!! Little cars, bubbles, and slinkys!! Sponge Bob Square Pants and some grab and go coffee and muffins in the morning makes the day start off nice..
