It is our child Hermes birthday on Dec 24. With the pandemic, all Metro Manila hotels that accept leisure bookings require antigen testing under GCQ. So we looked at Laguna which is under MGCQ and tried Seda Nuvali.PROS:1. Location was great with lots green spaces, walkable shopping and dining options. Plus a gorgeous lake view on one side.2. Huge pool was refreshing.3. Basic room amenities were complete. 4. Bathroom had a bathtub.COULD BE IMPROVED:1. Basic room amenities were complete but...Basic (eg. Generic coffee were in white sachets, crumbly creamer in white sachets, no sugar substitute). Unlike other Seda branches which had an upmarket feel. Plus couch fabric by the window had several stains.2. Plated breakfast was also very basic. And servers were not consistent... Other tables had fruits, we were not given. But we appreciate the surprise brownies with birthday greeting. Thanks! Overall still the better hotel option in Sta Rosa, Laguna. Looking forward to a better Seda experience when the new hotel building opens.

It was a very nice stay for our family. My outstanding appreciation is the services of all the staff. Always with a smile, speedy and efficient. To think that it was a New Years Eve.

Me and my Wife Lovely planned to stay on a Hotel to Celebrate our 1st Wedding Anniversary, we used an appwhich shows different kinds of Hotels near our location, and especially a Hotel that have facilitiesfor Persons with Disabilities like me, it shows us Seda Nuvali, at first we are hesitant, we justtrusted the good ratings and reviews this Hotel has.At first I thought that it will disappoint us because they did not follow the bed arrangement werequested using the app which is 1 Large Bed, instead the gave us 2 Single Bed. but they explainedto us that, my request of a room with PWD friendly bathrooms are only on those rooms with 2 single beds.if they put us on a room with 1 Large Bed, the Bathroom will be small, and no handle bars, which will notbe accessible for a PWD like me.They prioritized my condition of being a PWD more than my request. which for me is a good first impression.All the things on our rooms works well, all clean, polished and in good conditions, they even have some extraslike a flashlight, and hair blower, in case we need it.Foods are all very tasty, Me and my Wife thinks that we gain weight, because we keep on going on MISTO (theirsignature Restaurant), to order some of their foods there, and they even have a Live Band every Saturday, werequested a song for our anniversary, a song very momarable, because it is the song of our first dance on our wedding.Their Band was very talented and very good singersAll the staff are very accomodating, friendly and helpful. there was a time were, when we came back to the hotelfrom a supermaket, 2 staff greeted us, 1 of them open my car door and the other one get my wheelchair from theback of the car for me.Very secured place, all the elevators and rooms are Key Card locked, that only the guests with a Key Card can access.Me and my wife planned to only stay there for one night, but we enjoyed our stay there, and we want to experienceall their facilities and services there, so we stayed there for another day. and we can say that it is all worth itno disappointments, all comfort, fun, and Praise. We even left a Thank You note/message for the whole Seda Nuvali Teamon our Room upon checkout.We will surely return on Seda Nuvali...Maybe on our 2nd Year Wedding Anniversary.

Traveling here by car sure is also quite an experience as traffic is usually light during Fridays to weekend.Seda Nuvali is now expanding its Tower 2 that will provide an additional 206 rooms, function rooms, ballroom, a bigger pool and a roof deck bar. I got the inside scoop via the letter in my room..hahahaThe people here are very corteous and attentive to their guests. Personable and willing to provide assistance.Seda is situated a few kilometers from the outlet stores this area is quite known for; various 60-70% discounts on your favorite brands.The parking is not situated within the building but Id well lit with an on duty guard..seeing him right now at his guardhouseThe current swimming pool has a 2-4ft depth with an onlooker lifeguard.Im in one of the suites and so far the experience has been to my utmost delight. The food is great though I havent gotten the chance to eat dinner at Misto, their fine dining restaurant.The room is almost comparable to those in Novotel Cubao. The Wi-Fi signal is very strong but can only hold 3-4 wireless devices connected otherwise youll reach the limit and wont be able to connect the fifth one.You have to come here to live out the experience..heck dont take my word for it. Come and see for yourselves and enjoy the park, play room, gaming room of Seda Nuvali

Nice hotel but need to improve for housekeeping though. The floor was not properly vacummed. The front desk is very helpful. Breakfast has lots of variety. The view from Misto - breakfast restaurant is very nice with the view of small lake. You can walk to the mall around here, Ayala mall, Vista malls. Currently, there is new building of the hotel under construction (Oct 2019).

Stayed here at the deluxe room with my family. The room was big and clean and the wifi was fast. The bathroom was very nice. My son loved the kiddie pool and I loved the adult pool though it was only 4 feet deep. There is a game room for school aged kids and a play room for toddlers. There is a customers lounge for merienda or meetings. There is one restaurant but the price was too high so we ate in Nuvali and Solenad instead. We had a great time here and would love to go back.

Big, clean rooms with great staff. During my stay the hotel was quite busy and getting a table at breakfast was a challenge and the pool was super full. The gym is well equiped and well maintained. A good place for a short stay or business trip.

Quiet place, extension in process, close to a small lake nice to run around. Staff listening to you and ready to serve. Club on the 9th floor nice and well done. Gym with just what you need of tread mille.Restaurant is nice with local food and also more european/American food (see picture)I stayed there for business but for sure I will come back again.In addition you a really close to shops, restaurants and coffee like Starbucks.

Nuvali provides a sanctuary in the name of Seda Hotel. This is by far the most impressive hotel in the area. Entrance is a 10minute walk from Solenad 3.The Magical Field of Lights re-opened that night adding spark to this year’s Holiday season. It made this staycation more interesting but a little less secluded. The crowd is all over Solenad to witness the first day of the lights show.The hotel is designed with family-friendly amenities so do not be surprised by the swarm of kids at the pool area. There is also a play room and consoles for video games at the ground floor. The fitness center is at the 2nd level. Massage is also available at the minimum of P800 pero hour.The room is spacious. Guests would want to sleep all day on the extremely comfortable linens. The window-side couch is a great nook for reading. Our overnight stay comes off with breakfast buffet for P4000+. Seda Hotel Nuvali is also a good accommodation option for Sta Rosa Weddings.

Great location, nice staff, peaceful setting, good breakfast, good WiFi. Be aware there is construction on a new section of the hotel. The construction was not disruptive at night.

The hotel does not have hot water. Not sure if its because of the ongoing construction of the new hall but this is the first hotel Ive been in without that basic expectation. Really disappointing on that part but other than that the stay was still enjoyable.They have a small playroom for kids with TV playing Disney films. They also have a game Room which is large but the Xbox and PS4 only offers like 4 types of fighting games. I find the game Room too large with no real stuff to do.The pool is ok. Only 4 feet deep so good for kids.The restaurant is nice. The buffet breakfast is ordinary and nothing special. I think it will cost you about 800 pesos but I dont find it worth it. There are restaurants outside though if you dont mind walking five minutes or so.According to staff members the new hotel will have a bigger pool and bigger reception area. Will also have more function rooms as well.

Considering it was a busy night, check in was smooth & fast. Staff were very nice, front desk, buffet hosts & even the housekeeping! Too bad they were doing renovations that’s why some amenities are not available (only reason I didn’t gave “excellent” for amenity category). Room was clean & bed is very comfortable.I will definitely recommend & be looking forward to staying in this hotel again.

Good place for staycation with Ayala mall just around the corner and other fun activities you can do in Nuvali. The we stayed in (8th floor) was not properly sound-proofed since it can be opened from the adjacent room that be rented as a bigger room.. a noisy neighbor can ruin your stay. Deluxe room size is good for a family of four but finish is not at par with the rate. Its worth it if you can get it at a good discount.There is an ample swimming pool. Breakfast buffet is great.

The best hotel in the immediate vicinity. Rooms: hotels in Makati and Manila have better rooms for the price. Pillows are hard for my taste but just try it and comment. If the band plays from the resto it can be heard from the rooms on the lower floors making it harder to sleep. But hey, at least the view is good from rooms at any floor. Book from 5th floor rooms and up if you want to spare this inconvenience. Nice pool though. Location: perfect as it is near shopping areas and the lagoon is just beside the hotel. Breakfast has nice range but not at the level on offer in hotels at the same price range in Manila. If you are in Laguna on business then this is an ok hotel.

A great hotel in an excellent location south of Manila. I recommend staying at this hotel to avoid the commute back to Makati or BGC. There are plenty of food options located justa short walk away a the mall. The pool is great and the bar sometime has a band playing at night after dinner.

Staff are friendly. It was adequate for one night stay. The hotel rooms are showing its age. I noticed the hotel guests in PJs and bathrobes in the dining area. I would suggest to restrict guests from doing it. I find this behavior unbecoming and disrespectful of other guests. It lowers the hotel standards.

I like the free cocktails, snacks and all-day coffee.I didn’t like the fact that I paid for 3 extra persons but didn’t get all the amenities that should go with it, like towel, toiletries, blanket, pillow. We had to ask/argue to get this. But overall, our experience was great.

Great hotel, conveniently close to Laguna Technopark, good amenities, friendly staff.. try to get the club room as it includes daily cocktails 5-7pm!

Nuvali is good resort for keeping or building your health.

Pros:1. Staff are all professional and welcoming.2. Location wise, hotel was easy to find plus very close to malls.3. Free room upgrade on our 3rd night.4. Food is amazing, both from Room Service and Misto.Cons:1. Linens are a bit old (bedsheets, pillow cases, duvet cover and bathroom towels).2. Buffet breakfast and club lounge has limited spread of food.3. Water in the pool is not heated.

Family bonding time... This is our 1st time, the place was fine. The kids spent their bonding time at the pool... Me & Sister? We just stay inside the room to really rest. Bfast food? they served the usual one. As for this period of time they are expanding.

ホテルは小さな人工湖の上に建てられ、部屋の大きさは大丈夫でした。バスタブはなく、シャワーのみがありますが、十分な水があります。部屋の窓は大きく、照明は良好ですが、窓は汚れており、まったく掃除されていないことを示しています。自家用車を所有していない場合、移動するのが難しい場所です。朝食ビュッフェはこの旅行で最高でした。したがって、総合評価は☆4です。

The most comfortable hotel.

It’s a good hotel with good service and good food. Make sure when they give room ask for the lake side view. They gave me the view with the construction side and it was terrible. People work 24/7 so you can’t see any day light whole day without compromising your privacy.

Nearby the mall and restaurants. Excellent service, great food, and family friendly facilities.

Rooms are clean and big enough, very nice location with a lot of options for shopping and dining, and close to the industrial zone

Celebrated the new year here. Had so much fun! Accommodation is nice and relaxing. Overall, it exceeded my expectation considering we were staying at Taal Vista Hotel the day prior.

This was our nth time in seda Nuvali. And well be coming back everytime we need a quick weekend vacation.
