We had to have the sink fixed as it was clogged. But they were able to fix it right away. The sheets had a few stains though it was newly washed. The staff were helpful. You could hear the noise/talking from outside but was still able to sleep well.

Booked on Aug. 31, 2019 because it was raining hard and we cant drive home from Enchanted Kingdom to Antipolo, since we are also wet.I booked around 8:30 pm and luckily they still have a garage room which is perfect for us since we have to secure our car too. We arrive around 9:30pm, we are escorted by their accommodating staffs, I just said my name and that I booked at Trip.com and I do not to explain further. Awesome!The room and amenities:- clean- clean smell- clean sheets- queen bed- 2 disposable toothbrush- very small toothpaste- 2 small soaps- 1 shampoo with conditioner (winner! 5/5)- 1 tissue roll- 2 clean smelling bath towels- tv with cable- 2 chairs and table where you can have your meal- shower has warm water- shower needs to be improved - 2 pairs of slippers, which should need to be improved tooThe food:Clubhouse 3/5- it was good but nothing specialChocolate Shake 3/5- find it too sugary but its ok.The service was fast, everytime we call, it was entertained and quickly done. Except when we checked out and asked for the bill of our food. Thank you.Note: sorry we cannot upload pictures here because of system errors.

The property near supplies and food establishments

Its clean for starters and its in the middle of all the shops and the stores.They have a menu available for food ordering service right to your room. I have to admit the food here was better then some of the outside restaurants. The staff was very attentive and super nice I would totally come come here again.

Well...…We got what we paid for, i suppose....We ended up staying two nights though, we were tired, it had rained on Christmas day ALL DAY!!!...We just chilled.....for two whole days! ...before moving on...They have room service (a plus!)Nothing bad to say about the place though, it was what it was....

If you are looking for a one night stay and affordable hotel look no further. The things that I didnt like and need improvement. There is no soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, only one slippers. Good thing I did bring my own stuff just to be sure. No exhaust fan in the bathroom so the mirror would fog up, noisy aircon but still manage to sleep and cold enough. The things I did like. Bed is comfortable Parking space is big. Place near in Nuvali and Bel-Air Sta rosa.

Good place and price. I been here 2x and would be back next time again

I wish I could stay to other hotel. But this hotel is really cheap. How I wish that they could improve their service.

I know I reserved a Family small room based on the pictures. When we got to the hotel, no questions were asked and we got an updated room! They also allowed an additional guest! The security was okay too and the hot shower was great. Ill come by again!!

The cleaning woman are very nice and very good at what they do .the things I didnt like about this place is one of the rooms the air conditioner didnt work and to asked to clean the rooms also very noisy at night until the morning . ...,.

Nice whole day of stay except not working hot shower and wrong connection of telephone (reversed on the slot but I was able to find out).

Nothing special about the place, but its ok.. hotel is clean and comfortable, staff are nice and accommodating hotel is accessible to groceries.

About our bed, i think better to remove the plastic cover of the said bed, it cause us uncomfortable and back pain.
