ブルゴスストリートすぐ。ロックウェルまでも歩いて行ける。すぐ隣にコンビニ。その隣の両替所もレートがいい。部屋はきれいで広く快適だった。エントランスのセキュリティのおじさんが何かと親切にしてくれた。

The place is really elegant and classy. Really beautiful accomodation. However, my experience last Nov30, 2019 was a bit disappointing. I wasted much time checking out because I was charged of a San Mig Light and Jack Daniels worth P385.00. The same items were already paid by my roommate who consumed them. It was double charged. I insisted to the kind receptionists to double check the missing items. And after checking again and again, it was found out to be double counted. It was then fault of housekeeping personnel na TATANGA-TANGA!!!

Lacking responsive action, to coffee and sugar request, where they should replenish every week.But its clean and a good place to stay.

Lhabitació està bé amb tot el que ha de tenir i bastant nou. El bany està molt bé amb una dutxa moderna i neta.Depenent lhabitació, les vistes són magnifiques.Inconvenients:Soroll noctrun dels locals doci.Lesmorzar és millorable, sobretot el sucs q són MOLT dolents igual que el cafè.

Amazing hotel. I stayed here 2 nights. Breakfast is really good, gym is great, swimming pool, bar-restaurant and you can move easily around Makati. People is very nice. Only but, they ask you for deposit and have to be in pesos, so prepare your credit card or around 3000 pesos before you go.

The food line up is appetizing, lots to choose from. Must try are kare kare, sinigang with guava, palabok, and more. This hotel is also ideal for seminars, conferences. Rooms are spacious enough. Ample parking space near the hotel.

シャワーを気を付けて浴びてもトイレにまで水しぶきが飛びちり、バスマットはびしょびしょ。どうしても三ツ星クラスのフィリピンのホテルは、同じことになります。アメニティ少なく、ティッシュはありません。タオルの交換などはすぐに対応してくれました。プールはお風呂です。朝食は、品数少なく物足りないです。悪いことばかり申しましたが、昨年建てられたそうで、ホテル内は清潔でしたし価格がリーズナブルだったので、自分としては納得しています。マカティで買い物するために宿泊したのですが、年中ホテルの周りは大渋滞。空港からホテルまで約1時間かかりました。歩いて食事するところはたくさんありました。夜は近くのバーの音楽が鳴りやまずでしたが、窓を閉めれば7階でしたので、そうは気になりませんでした。

Bit overpriced, though the location is pretty good. Inferior quality toiletry provided, so carry your own. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very ordinary and very limited options. The coffee shop near the reception serves excellent coffee options.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man das Nachtleben in Población erkunden möchte. Durch die Straße und Passanten vor dem Hotel kann es vor allem am Wochenende lauter werden, uns hat das aber nicht weiter gestört. Was gar nicht geht, ist aber die Klimaanlage! Eingeschaltet ist sie so laut, dass an Schlaf (ohne Ohropax) nicht zu denken ist. Ausgeschaltet wird es im Zimmer innerhalb von Minuten sehr warm. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden. Die Klimatisierung passt aktuell nicht zum eigentlich sehr schönen und gepflegten Ambiente. Das Team ist sehr nett und bemüht. Check-in und Check-our waren sehr schnell und effizient.

The food was good. The rooms are nice as well. The only thing i dont like about it is the hallway. Masikip sya. Emergency hazard for me.

A few of us stayed at 1898 during the Easter break in seperate rooms.The good.The Hotel is new and clean with a great location and views. The hotel staff were great and the food at the restaurant was amazing!The bad.Hot water in one of the rooms was warm and then cold after a few mins.The plumming in my toilet did not work properly and I had to flush multiple times. Had asked for it to be looked at and when I got back was still the same. Left it at that since we were leaving the next day.The Aircon in the other rooms were old, antiquated and noisy.Overall the hotel would be perfect if they can get the plumming and aircon working as the staff and other facilities there were great.

Filipino hospitality at its best is exemplified by the hotel staff. I tip my hat off to Rommel, the dining supervisor, and his wait staff, Francis, Angel, Michael, and others I unfortunately didnt get the names of who patiently and graciously performed their jobs above and beyond. Ive been only one night in this hotel and when I check in they blocked 3000php in my card as deposit. The day after when I check out they told me that deposit will be refund in 14 days . They should inform before because it is not normal that take your money blocked 14 days. Reception low professional

We was pleasantly surprised at the overall standard and condition of the hotel. It was well decorated and maintained. The rooms were spacious and well furnished. There were no issues of noise from corridors, other rooms or guests. The staff were courteous and attentive. My only criticisms are of the a/c in my room was the noisy window type which disturbed my sleep somewhat and poor service for breakfast.

The rooms themselves were good, clean and modern, the only slight issue was slow drainage in the shower and toilets.But the service was by far the worst I’ve had in all my travels all over the world, mainly by the door man. He insulted us and was rude and I will never stay here again due to the way the door man acted. If he can not be polite and discrete towards the paying guests he shouldn’t be working on the door.Other requests from staff had to be made multiple times before they were fulfilled.The internet is filtered also.Overall I would recommend NOT staying at this hotel, The City Garden hotel just down the street is a much better option.

On m avait reserve 2 hotels pour le meme jour le site nustay etant de mauvaise foi je.me.suis adresse a l hotel directement sur place 2 jours avant non pas pour etre rembourse mais pour decale la reservation ils.ont ete de mauvaise foi et voulait me charger du double de la reservation payee resultat je n y suis pas alle ils sont stupides et incompetents car en plus c est un hotel ou je reservais souvent pas pres de me revoir ESCROC

Great location, Ive spent new years eve there and there was amazing party on the 26th floor watching the fireworks.

Air con was antiquated compared to somewhat new hotel and had to work hard to keep the room cool. But it might be useful to drown out the street noise.

I stayed there with my pregnant partner.The room stank of drains when we arrived.We left ac on full all day and the smell went away.All was ok with the hotel staff freindly and excellent location.There was 711 next door so I had bought some Pringle’s and chocolate bars. On check out they only gave me P 2100 from the P 3000 cash deposit they wanted from me at checkin.I asked why the 1 bottle of water we used from the mini bar costs P900 they said the house keeping said we had consumed the Pringle’s and chocolate bars from the mini bar ? It’s not the cost but they accused me of lying about using eating the items !!!! She even said we must have had a guest in the room ? How the room is so small I replied.WE WILL NOT BE STAYING IN A HOTEL THAT ACCUSES PEOPLE OF STEALING FROM THE MINI BAR ! THEY DID NOT EVEN GIVE A RECEIPT !!!!!

The hotel is perfectly situated. Its in close proximity to the shopping malls. Its easy and convenient to get a taxi or Grab from there. The staff are very courteous and kind. The rooms are freshly prepared every day and room amenities are great.

Location not good in the middle of heavy traffic, noisy and pollution just as you go out of the hotel . Small frontage just enough to park one car. Good place to stay in makati at reasonable rate. Well maintained, good room condition, friendly staffs. But too small and slow elevatots. Outside noise a little annoying. I had very loud and cheering people at next door. Their voice was not cherring me.

Nice room but old aircon solution that is noisy and does not cool enough. Nice traditional philipino cuisine. Silly policy about cash deposit that is paid back after 14 days. Wifi is good but many small issues since hotel is very new and many things to sort out.

They have great facilities in the hotel and i love the concept of the hotel. Very Fillipino hispanic style.

Close to almost everything, but also close to the bars meaning at night it is busy and noisy. Be mindful that it is better to walk than take a ride anywhere bc traffic is really congested at the peak times.

The Bedroom were ok, the staffs were accomodative...But this Hotel is not Good if you plan to book youre Wedding Photo Shoot. They will charge you of the facility even for just amount of time. It takes a lot of time before you check out. I would not recommend this for those who are planning to shoot their pre nup or wedding photo up.

The doorman insulted my guest, the internet is filtered, will never stay here again. Go to City Garden Grand much better hotel with staff that know how to treat their guests and standard internet

Location is excellent, building is new so everything in hotel is new, the window in the room was not sealing good which allows dust, insects and noise to enter, house keeping were not that clean.
