Anim na pirasong siomai tapos isang pirasong toyomansi ang binigay. Namumulubi na kayo at ganyan nyo tinitipid ang take-out? Eto pa malala, after ko magorder yung officemate ko naman ang nagorder at dine-in sya. Patapos na sya sa pagkain nya ako naghihintay pa rin. Hayyyzzzzzttt!!! BWISIT naman talaga.

Umorder ka ng lauriat plus soup and extra siomai then titipirin ka nila sa gravy at sa drinks mo na kalahati na di mo pa naiinuman, damot pa sa plastic at paper bag, itake out ko sana yung buto ng chicken sa dog ayaw nila mamigay. Snobbed. Panget ng ugali ninyo.

The service is poor. The staff automatically advised me to go to another branch just because he does not know how to claim vouchers. He keeps discouraging me to claim from their branch citing different reasons (no straw, etc). Train your people more, chowking. This is the 2nd time I had a bad experience in this store. Well i always go here beacuse of their siomai with wanton. During lenten season or holy week they are open. Staff needs more training for active listening. It seems that this place needs more staff to accommodate more people. It is usually crowded here. Price range is usally affordable. You will noticed that they have more options for the food.

1 for this branch becoz of the inconsistent for some of the staff. Lack of courtesy for them, even if you ask for something then they will forget even you ask them twice. Maybe the assgn manager should advice their staff before they start to work to atleast listen to the costumer attentively. The old staff and the manager is better than to the present who is assign right now. Not satisfied at all! if i can rate them it must be zero.
