Love this place from its menu and drink list up to the rustic, cozy ambiance

Sunday morning, before the area gets crowded, me and my partner decided to have our breakfast here. The place was peaceful as there were only few customers that time. The music was so relaxing.We had Breakfast Salad, 4 Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Gibraltar and Cappuccino.Breakfast Salad consists of Red Lollo Rosso and Romaine Lettuce, Cherry Tomato, Bacon, Arugula, Grainy Mustard and Honey Vinaigrette, 5-Minute Egg and shaved parmesan. This salad is a good choice for a healthy breakfast. With the combination of our favorite egg, ham and greens, were ready to go. Good choice for those in diet like my partner. Refreshingly delicious!4 cheese in a sandwich? Who wouldnt love that? With the melted combination of Monterey Jack, Yellow Cheedar, Emmenthal and Mozzarella Cheese, this sandwich is heaven in every bite. We had lots of hmmm moments that morning. Perfect for cheese lovers like us. Cheeeeeesy. It was served with Truffle Potato Chips, which was drizzled with Olive Oil and a little salad on the side.The coffee we had, Cappuccino and Gibraltar, kept us kicking throughout the day. Both were rich and strong. A good quality indeed.Staff were accomodating and attentive of our needs. They were not smiling though.Overall, it was a great experience.

AmbienceMid-afternoon to early evening, it was a bit warm inside although I adjusted within the first half hour. Theyve got lots of space with different seat options plus it looked comfortable for meetings. Interiors pretty well-lit and felt like daytime, emitting positivity and good vibes.BeveragesMy first try was the Japan Matcha Latte and this was my favorite versus the fruity and refreshing St. Tropez. Prices are steep for majority of the menu but its nice to see theyve got their bases covered up to wine selection.ServiceWaiting time was reasonable and I was able to call staffers with ease. They have service charge but it seemed worth it.

I went there a total of three times in the span of a week. Single Origin in Greenbelt has good ambiance. The rustic theme gave me a warm and homey feel. They have delicious food that are reasonably price they have good coffee.This is a perfect place to hangout with family, friends or even on your own. Highly recommended.

Great coffee and breakfast selections. If you are a coffee snob this is a good place to check out. Staff is friendly but a bit new. It’s the “soft opening” so they will probably iron out the kinks soon.

Disappointed. Paid php 163 for bad coffee. They served cafe latte that is so diluted with milk that you can no longer taste the espresso.

I needed WiFi so I chose this place for coffee break but their WiFi speed was unbelievably slow. Actually it wasn’t working at all! So disappointed!
