Booked a car and we I got there found a dirty van waiting for me

They gave me a BAIC car brand, never heard of it before and it turns out it’s fully Chinese owned and manufactured unsafe car that Budget gives you as the “or other” in your class when you expect a Toyota Yaris or VW Polo.It’s so bad, it’s not possible to legally sell in many countries due to the lack of safety compliance! It doesn’t even come close to the quality level expected from a bike, it feels very unsafe and I don’t want to find out what happens if someone crashes into me especially with the reckless driving habits in the countryVery disappointed that Budget, a global company would offer this brand at jeopardize the safety of it’s customers

Everything was fine, staff was kind a helpful.

My experience was completely bad. I have been told by the staff that i will be charged extra money for full coverage insurance. when i confront him that i already paid that amount on of the staff claimed that they are not Budget. So for all of you do not be deceived by the sigh Budget.

Good cars customer service is below expectations
