Reliable Car Rental in Jordan could not have been more reliable and helpful — from the moment they delivered the car to our hotel in Amman to obligingly collecting the car from us two weeks later near Amman Airport. The car was also quite new and so reliable for driving over the two weeks to places that included the Dead Sea, Petra, and Aqaba. All staff were so obliging and friendly too. We would definitely recommend Reliable Car Rental to anyone travelling in Jordan.

Abbiamo noleggiato la macchina per una settimana ad un prezzo ragionevole rispetto alla concorrenza. Consigliati per l’ottimo servizio prestato, quando ci hanno consegnato la macchina hanno aperto appositamente l’agenzia di Hamman essendo il venerdì un giorno di chiusura, inoltre ci hanno permesso di riconsegnarla all’agenzia dell’aeroporto senza nessun sovrapprezzo. Absolutely perfect service! A fair price (we bought full insurance) for small i10. The car was in a good condition and we hadnt any technical issue for all the time. The man who took care of us was friendly and helpful. We were in touch via WhatsApp and he allways answered very quickly.I highly recommend this local company.

Car was immaculate (only 3500 kms on clock) and an upgrade on what I reserved but no change in price. Car was slightly late being delivered to hotel, but great communication throughout. Would definitely recommend to others.

I can fully recommend this car rental agency. They gave us the option - at no additional cost - of returning the car one day later at the airport instead of downtown where we initially picked up the vehicle. Car was in good condition. All in all hassle free and a fair price. Pick up at our hotel was also included in the price.

Hustle free and very helpful. One minor complaint about cars cleanness and rather worn-out fleet, but other then that Im very happy with this service.

Excellent service. We were on holiday last summer and our road trip troughout Jordan could not be better. The car they provided was perfect to fit our needs and never had a problem, either in the cities or in the desert.Staff are charm and gentile, as the jordanian way.Just a tip: do not pay with credit card in the nearest petrol station. El verano pasado nos hicimos un tour por Jordania y en ningún momento el coche nos dio problemas pese a que lo pusimos a prueba .Nada más llegar al aeropuerto nos estaban esperando y nos condujeron a la oficina donde tras gestionar rápidamente el papeleo nos pusimos en ruta. No es necesario la licencia internacional para alquilar pero si te lo pueden pedir en algún control (no fue el caso).Solo un consejo: si pagáis con tarjeta en la gasolinera que se encuentra al lado os cobraran una pequeña comisión de gestión así que aceptar la oferta de cambio de efectivo por parte del personal de la oficina de alquiler.Repetiremos.

Like its name says, very reliable. We rented one of the cars for two days, they picked us up from the airport, arranged all the papers quickly and we were given a car in very good condition. Our drop-off was in Amman, easy to find office, after doing so the airport office called us to check on us and if everything has been ok. Very good service, thank you to Mr Hallaq and his team.

Brought the car to my hotel for me the night before I needed it and drove me to the airport from the rental office after a week.Reasonable price for car plus insurance. Workhorse took me from the top to bottom of Jordan.

Yaser was very kind and helped us in any request. He picked us up at the airport at the beginning of the trip and dropped us off there again, once we gave back the car. Honest car (we made more than 700 Km in three days) without any issue, at a very advantageous price. I defenitely recommend it!

Parfait, voiture propre et en bon état. Yasen nous attendait comme convenu à laéroport. Très réactif lors du problème à Petra (voiture garée devant lhotel et retrouvée le matin avec les 4 pneus crevés à coup de poignard !) : sur simple appel, alors que nous navions pas encore fait le rapport de police, il nous propose le remplacement de la voiture et dépêche un chauffeur depuis Aqaba. 2h30 plus tard, nous avons une nouvelle voiture et rien à régler, pris en charge par lassurance. Vraiment on recommande cette agence. Pour le retour, dépose de la voiture à lagence et il vous conduit à laéroport. Facile !

Having read various reviews of several car rentals in Amman I was quite worried about the quality of rented cars and customer service. None of it turned out true for Reliable Car Rental (which was suggested already at the beginning by many positive reviews). Email communication was swift, our car (Kia Rio) was modern and in perfect condition. No hassling or attempts to trick us. The car came with quater filled tank in contrast to some other rentals giving you cars with barely any petrol. They gave us a lift from our hotel in Amman to the nearest pick up point (Amman office) and let us return the car at the aiport office (again with free shuttle). Additional driver cost us 0JOD. Perfect experience.
