Shocking customer service, bordering on aggressive.After being quoted a discount due to our job over the phone by the manager, the staff called us liars and stated that you (we) are the problem.After then seeking an email address to make a complaint to either the manager or customer services, the staff refused and would only give us the reservations email for the amman airport branch.Needless to say we were shocked by both the blatant arrogance and rudeness of the staff and will never use Europe car again, in Amman or otherwise. Please stay clear.

*I DO NOT RECCOMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TO USE EUROPCAR IN JORDAN*Absolutely horrible experience. If I could give it a 0 (ZERO) star, I would.Prior to our arrival, we called to confirm prices for a Mitsubishi Pajero, and we was assured that there is discount for NGOs. We chose Europcar for this reason.We arrived to Queen Alia Airport with an early morning flight, we had to wait a good 20 minutes for the guy to give us the car. The term ‘customer service’ wasn’t existent in our conversation, it was more like ‘ yeah yeah we have discount, this is with discount, just pay’.We were informed we could NOT pay with USD, thus we payed by card (which would not be our preference).We get our car after a good 30 minute wait at the terminal. We decided to extend the car rental by 2 days, when returning we thought that the early morning was the cause for the subpar customer service. WELL NO, IT WAS JUST STARTING:First of all, there was no place to return the car, hence we had to doublepark and stand outside in the 4C degree weather until staff graciously came to inspect the car.We then were charged with the extra 2 days (which is fair) and asked wether the extra charge is also including the discount we were given and promised. To our greatest surprise the staff told us - in an unprecedented rudeness - that there is no discount. We then voiced our concerns that this not what was agreed.But boy the rudeness didn’t end. The staff refused to give us to talk to a manager or corporate staff and we were told straight to our face: “ WELL YOU ARE JUST MAKING A PROBLEM NOW” - now we’ve rented a few cars around but NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH RUDE MANNERS.And it continues!! “ Just give me the credit card and pay”We ended up paying because we were short of time, but it was a genuinly unpleasant.*I DO NOT RECCOMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TO USE EUROPCAR IN JORDAN*
