Very unprofessional treatment, because i dont want to use the term ripped off. I received a speeding ticket for 20 Jd, and at Arena car rental I was asked to pay 35 Jd. They could not provide proff of why i had to pay 35 Jd, but considering that i was in another country and needed to catch a plain i had no choice but to pay. The police that gave me the ticket said i need to pay 20 Jd at the car rental company, in the airport at the customer support team said the same thing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Stay away! Especially if youre a European woman travelling alone. I had the worst experience with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone! I booked a car for 1 week right before the lockdown. Before bringing the car back, I called and asked if I should wash the car. They said no. When I returned the car they said it was dirty and I had to pay 30 JD for the wash. I refused and they turned aggressive, rude and intimidating. The office is in the middle of nowhere, very far from the airport so you depend on them to take you back to he airport. They threatened that theyll make me lose my flight if I dont pay. In the end they just took money from my credit card (that I had used for the deposit) without my permission and charged me 50 JD for a car wash, that costs less than 5 JD.

We had a very excellent experience with Arena Rental car. After landing we received message that a representative was waiting for us and quickly picked us to the office which is close to the airport.Although we had booked the smallest and cheapest car, we were given a bigger one, a little older, but in excellent condition and we drive all over Jordan for a week without any problems.Personal was kind and helpful, helping to solve the problem with the security deposit. There was no issue with the returning the car and I recommend this rental for a very good quality / price.

I have found a very good prise and great people.When car arrive there is a lot of small signs, and a stay much time to write on paper all little damage. Im scared to pay some damage when i came back, but on my back, fast check and all was ok, and bring me to airport.Very good agency and people! ....here one of my photo of the car, andemployee show damage before ritired car.....great!

Todo el alquiler ha sido perfecto con ellos. El coche era nuevo, nos buscaron en el aeropuerto y nos explicaron todos. Recomendado.

Very helpful, and good value car ran fine with no issues through a road trim from Amman - Dead Sea - Petra and back. Amin was very nice at the agency near the airport and dropped us straight to the terminal!

Worst car rental ever, as all Jordanians they are overpricing everything. They charged for cleaning, although it was really dirty when weve received it, 25 jd (not to mention that Ive cleaned it a couple of days before for 2 jd). Just cannot recommend them

Nos dieron un coche que al hacerse de noche bajando a Wadi musa. Las luces se apagaban por contacto o lo que fuers con el intermitente o dando las largas. Lo pasamos mal teniendo en cuenta que habia carreteras muy poco iluminadas.

- No service at the airport, you have to find a way to contact the owner without much information (took him 40 mins to actually get to the airport).- Old car, not the one we wanted to rent.- Super agressive behavior, really not friendly owner, unprofessional and rude.- The owner tries to make you buy every insurance that actually is useless, being really agressive and tries to intimidate you. Documents are often in arabic so hard to understand.- Avoid, go for a recognized brand even if its a bit more expensive, this car rental is the only bad experience we had in Jordan.

Very rude customer service. The manager of the shop is extremely impolite. If you go with them - take lots of pictures of the car (because they will definitely try to find or make up the reason to charge the deposit), and don’t be late to return the car even for 5 minutes because you’ll be charged for the extra day.

Very rude and unprofessional reception. Inconvenient and time wasting collection and drop off, need to book 1 hour each way for this hectic process. no value for money as cars are very overused, not maintained, dirty and risky. They try as much as they can to trick you to pay for repairs of their damaged/faulty cars.

Dont rent a car here! The manager is very unfriendly and rude. The cars may be cheap but the condition the car was in was pretty bad, a lot of (small) damages. Be sure to make a lot of pictures. Also make pictures of the interiour (the inside of the car). They will not check damages with you on the inside. After we returned the car they told us that we wore bathing suits inside the car and that this left salt stains. This was not true. We did not even swim in the dead sea. The manager became a little agresive and we had to pay JD20. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!

This car rental was a Best Buy, but it’s not located at the airport and it took a bit of time to find the employee to get our car.

Best for rent car in Jordan, Ali from airport office and Firas from Amman office provide a great service and fairly prices.

Arena rent- a car is situated 3 kms away from queen aalia airport. once we call them from airport, they come and pick u up and do the necessary paper work for handing over the car. it was smooth and took over few minutes. International driving permit not manadatory.the car provided to us was new and in good condition. need to return the car 3 hours before the return flight, to complete paper work. they will drop you in the airport afte rthe paper work. overall good service.

Ya hemos sido muchos los incautos que hemos reservado con esta empresa de timadores que no sería justo que le pase a nadie más, buscad otra empresa de alquiler de coche más formal, con mayor predisposición a hacer mejor su trabajo y que no engañen a los clientes, no cometais más el error de pedirles ni un servicio más, merecen cerrar, los servicios en Jordania son totalmente decepcionantes.
