Am inchiriat de la ei un Mitsubishi Lancer pentru o saptamana si ne-au facut upgrade gratuit la Hyundai Elantra. Masina era intr-o stare foarte buna si curata, s-a comportat excelent pe toata perioada (inclusiv A/C!). Am fost preluati de la aeroport dupa aterizare, formalitatile de inchiriere au durat circa 30 de minute. Spre deosebire de firmele mari, aici nu e nimeni obsedat sa gaseasca orice chichita ca sa-ti mai ia niste bani, ba chiar ei filmeaza masina la predare pentru a nu exista dubii. Atat Mohammed cat si Ali sunt super de treaba, iar comunicarea s-a facut foarte bine prin whatsapp. Noi NU am avut incidente in trafic, dar am fost opriti de multe ori prin Iordania (am condus circa 1200km) si nu au fost probleme cu actele sau asigurarea masinii. The car was in very good condition, clean, and was reliable throughout our journey (including the A/C!). Ali picked us up from the airport, took us to their office and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. Unlike big rental car companies, they are not obsessed with finding the smallest scratch or dent to rip you off. They even film the car at the pick-up so there are no doubts. Both Mohammed and Ali are super friendly and we communicated easily over whatsapp. I highly recommend Monte Carlo Rent-a-Car and will use their service again!

Bardzo polecamy Monte Carlo do wypożyczenia samochodu w Jordanii - bardzo udana współpraca. Byliśmy z nimi w kontakcie przez WhatsApp - nasz samolot się spóźnił, daliśmy znać przed wylotem, potem na lotnisku w Ammanie jest darmowe wifi, byliśmy w kontakcie z obsługą Monte Carlo, przyjechali nas odebrać, pojechaliśmy do ich biura, w kilkanaście minut załatwiliśmy formalności i pojechaliśmy zwiedzać Jordanię. Wcześniej ustaliliśmy, że auto odbieramy i oddajemy z pełnym zbiornikiem paliwa - tak jest znacznie wygodniej, niż szukać stacji zaraz po ruszeniu. Bardzo polecamy wzięcie razem z autem routera wifi (jest bodajże 2GB dziennie!); dostaliśmy ładowarkę na 1 USB wtykaną do zapalniczki, ale mieliśmy swoją z 4 gniazdami i to się bardzo przydało do naszych wszystkich urządzeń (router wytrzymywał pół dnia włączony na naładowanej baterii, trzeba go było doładowywać). Natomiast nawigacji Garmina nie używaliśmy - Mapy Google świetnie się wszędzie sprawdzały (dzięki routerowi byliśmy całą rodziną online). Nissan Sunny jest autem dość podstawowym, trochę plastikowym - ale bez problemu zmieściliśmy się w 2 osoby dorosłe i 3 dzieci + jest duży bagażnik; nasze było prawie nowe, miało kilkanaście tysięcy kilometrów na liczniku; jeżeli ktoś ma większy budżet to fajnie wziąć auto o oczko większe. Bardzo udany pobyt w Jordanii (luty 2020) - mając auto na cały pobyt naprawdę dużo zwiedziliśmy - piękny kraj!

The staff is great. The car was good. The support was great. The staff went above and beyond helping me find my phone left at the Airport. No SIM card for my locked phone...no problem. I was provided a wifi hot spot so I could email from anywhere there was cell service. It worked great except they did not tell me it had to be charged and the cord provided was broken. Luckily I had a cord that saved me. Their office could use a good cleaning. I would use them again.I left a review above in January 2020. It is now March 16, 2020. Management at Monte Carlo reviewed it and saw that the WiFi provided was not perfect. Without asking they notified me a full refund for the WiFi would be put back on my credit card. I replied to say because of their excellent service there was no need for a refund. Yesterday I received a full refund of the WiFi. Unbelievable! In 25 years of travel world wide I have rented cars on every continent except Antarctica. I have never received this kind of service from any other car rental. This kind of service is one of a kind!

Regarding the car everything was OK (clean, serviced...) even thought we have got Hyundai Elantra instead of Mitsubishi Lancer. The only one thing that I was really surprised by was that when we have arrived they wanted additional 100 JOD for car insurance (ON-TOP) but from the website it seemed that insurance should be already included in the price. I did not complain to be honest (came late at night, totally drained) but retrospectively this was the biggest shame for me.

Amazing experience all around with Monte Carlo! We spoke with Ayman and he organized everything perfectly for us. Monte Carlo was waiting for us at the airport and brought us to their office (around 5 minute drive from the airport), already in what would be our car for the trip. Paperwork was quick and we got a WiFi device to use Maps and got around Jordan without any issues. If needed, they also provide a charger to charge the WiFi device in the car, perfect ;DOur car was a black Chevrolet Cobalt, an upgrade from what we had paid. For us 2, it was absolutely perfect, lots of space in the trunk for the luggage, comfortable and easy to drive (we got an automatic, what a comfort and luxury for me who is used to shift :D). During our week we went from south, Wadi Rum, up to the northern part in Jerash and only had to refuel twice. Fuel in Jordan is less expansive than in Europe and the car was also super economical, especially for an automatic.Expect a lot of police checkpoints while driving in Jordan but dont worry, most of the times we were not stopped and the only two times we were, the police just asked where we are from and said Welcome to Jordan :) You will get used to hear that sentence in Jordan, people are really happy to see visitors and greet them. One police chief even invited us to the station to have a cup of tea, lovely!Thank you very much Ayman and the team at Monte Carlo, we can only hope and wish that all rental car companies work like you! 5 stars and more from us :)

Edit:I received very polite e-mail from Monte Carlo car rental company after 1 days weve return our car with explanation and apology about our discontent. In general it contains analysis of our review and there was made detailed explanation of every point which was nice and well-arranged. In sum:- we shouldnt pay car parking at the airport, which was Airport agent mistake and thats weve received back 3 days of rental payment- car size is about engine size (which was really the same (1200ccm)) and as I mentioned before, we dont want to argue about that with staff- detailed information about pick-up at the airport (in review it wasnt meant as a mistake, just description of process)- few explanations about extra insurance. I thought if we had extra insurance, everything is included, which obviously isnt. Response from car rental company Please note that even if you have the extra insurance, this cover you in case of car accident but not apply to damages/scratches as agreed in your booking. That depends on correct meaning of sentence in booking: On the ‎other hand, even if you have an extra insurance, that this does ‎not apply to any ‎damage to windows/windscreens, wheels and tires, the underside ‎and the roof, the ‎interior of the car, towing charges or where the vehicle is driven ‎off-road, without ‎due care and attention, negligence or where the driver is under the ‎influence of ‎alcohol or other drugs. Extra insurance is valid only for accidents ‎unlike the ‎above situations.Due to fast, polite and satisfied solving our prompts Ive changed star rating from 3 to 5 and add new information as mentioned above.---------------Review:When we’ve arrived to airport nobody was waiting here – in reservation was also second option with need of call to rental company (option to call from information desk – free of charge). The guy from car rent company arrived 15 minutes after and we’ve been charged 5 JOD per person (unless we’ve said, that we don’t have any JODs, just USD/EUR. But in online reservation was already 10 JOD charge for “airport location”. We’ve been taken to nearby ATM at petrol station where was unfortunately 5 JOD charge for withdraws. Contract has been signed after visual inspection of rented car – also filmed by company guy (for record car’s scratches – used when car has been returned). Deposit of 100 JOD has been taken by credit card and also rental payment was possible to pay by credit card (Master Card in our case). Our reservation was for Toyota Yaris 2015+ (MT) or similar or higher class. Unfortunately log book of car was only in Arabic, so after few days we’ve checked via translator, that our Mitsubishi Mirage (AT) was built at 2010 and of course it was 1 level smaller than Yaris (yes, something smaller really exists - 2 carry-on luggage, 1 DSLR and trunk was full). However we didn’t debate about class of delivered car vs reservation (which was our bad). Car was basically clean (definitely not in European standards), so interior was without dust but with stains on overhead. Exterior was clean and technically there was no problem with this car (cca 100 000km on speedo). We’ve also purchased 100 % insurance cover. Unfortunately someone made one scratch on parking lot which we didn’t noticed. In return they compared video and current state of car. Mechanic call some guy and after few minutes they told us, that scratch is just small and they don’t want to charge us for that (which was good and also we had an insurance, but it was possibility for argue), but we should give them good rating. Every communication was in English and basically was without any problems. Reservation has been made via web formular and also any other e-mails were in good English.3 stars because of much older and smaller car than was in reservation and because of cleanliness and airport parking fee without previous notification in reservation. But generally it wasnt bad.

Great car rental, just outside of Amman Airport. Very friendly staff, very flexible. There was some small damage at the car but they waved charges. There is an option to get wifi in the car which made it very easy for us to find our way in Jordan and arrange our trip during the car drives.

Really professional and trustworthy people. We had a free car upgrade which was really pleasant to see. Although on the very first day of our Jordan trip, while driving on the highway, a rock fell on the windshield and broke it (we never saw who threw it). Although we had the full insurance, we could not activate it since the damage was not done by a third party. However, at the end of our journey, we did not pay anything extra for the windshield, and the safety deposit was returned immediatelly. During our journey, they were really helpful, no matter what time we called them (especially the night when the accident happened.Would definitelly use this company again!!

Can only recommend. good communication via mails, easy pick up at the airport and all paperwork. I recommend you to take extra insurance, its very needed in Jordan. Easy to make a scratch or bump, even if not because of your fault.

We rented a car from Monte Carlo for 5 days in Jordan and were quite pleased. Most importantly, their communication was excellent! They were responsive to questions, met us at the airport and treated us fairly. The car was as promised and in very good condition. We had no issues with this company. We were quite pleased!

We had a great experience with Monte Carlo Rent a Car at Amman airport. Communication was quick and efficient, airport pickup was timely, our car was adequate and the return in downtown Amman was also fine. Due to the intense traffic they will give you an extra window of 2-hours after your due time. We needed it since we had a slashed tyre in Jirash that needed fixing. Their post-car customer service is also top - very eager to make sure we were satisfied customers. Highly recommended.

We rented a car for 8 days for 170 JOD. While the car was several years old, it still ran perfectly. The only issue we had was that the tire indicator was broken and its always on even though the tire pressure was fine. The pick up and drop off process was great! Be sure to have their whatsapp on hand because you need to message them when you get to Queen Alia airport (the guy wasnt there waiting for us). No issue at all getting the security deposit back but of course thats because we didnt damage the car in anyway.
