We went during a heavy downpour but (still) insisted to go al fresco dining (lol). The staff (a bit puzzled on our preference) made sure we didnt get soaked in rainwater while having dinner so kudos to them for their excellent customer service! And it turned out to be a really relaxing dining experience! Great food while listening to sound of raindrops... Food and rainwater theraphy combined! :)

Stick with pasta in an Italian restaurant.I had a steak, and in the Philippines most places dont know how to cook steaks.They are always too thin and usually overcooked.With that said, i have been there 3 times over that past 30 days, and each time before this I had pasta and it was very good.The places are nice and clean inside. Friendly wait staff.Espressos are tasty. They serve fine coffee.

The service is one of the best!

Poor service. They kept saying order is complete when they still haven’t served everything. Manager kept bugging me about their BFF discount card which i refused to renew. Food was good but the staff is annoying. When I was about to pay they said the card terminal was not working which I asked the staff twice before I entered the premises. Italianni’s has always been my go to place for comfort food. This experience though was a mood killer. Better eat at other branches.

Just a decent pizza and pasta

Good ambiance. Large food serving. Only thing I dont like is that they market their discount card too much that they interrupt tables even if youre having conversations with the people youre dining with.
