I order in food panda. Nag bayad naman ako ng tama pero bakit kulang yung dinilever sakin. Tumatawag ako sa inyo ngayon nakailang tawag ako pero walang sumasagot puro ring lang. Im pregnant and i cant go to the store. I crave for that missing order. Pls fix this.

Their chickenjoy tastes very different from other Jollibee stores weve eaten at. Always lasang mantika, if not hindi pa masyadong luto. We live so close kaya madalas kami dito umorder pero ganon at ganon pa din lasa ng chickenjoy nila. Parang hindi nagpapalit ng mantika. Same with their french fries, actually.

Sa 30 years ko sa earth, eto ang Best Jollibee Delivery experience we had. Starting from the mabait at accomodating na delivery crew na tumawag to confirm our order and made sure na tama ung delivery instructions. Followed by kuya driver/delivery which was able to deliver our order within less than 15minutes.Lastly, the food was 200% Legit!! Malaki yung chicken, ung gravy malapot unlike other stores na parang tubig na, mainit and fresh ung food hindi galing sa warmer, ung spag daming sauce hindi tinipid, ung bacon cheesy burger legit ung toppings and lastly ung French fries na done right at hindi over cooked or sunog.KUDOS to Jollibee C5 shell branch!

Worst customer service with unapologetic and indifferent managers. Was given an 18minute waiting time for a bucket of chicken, which is acceptable. We asked, since we were waiting already, if we could be given our chosen parts and they obliged. 30 minutes after with much complaining, we got served RAW chicken. Unacceptable. Talked to both managers, and were given senseless excuses. And a very soft, almost inaudible sorry.

They are not good server .. Even the counters dont care .Not together working . not good for me like this situation . even im waiting too long just asking for something and they dont care

I honestly think that their branch needs a new service crew team. I live like 30 meters away and I order a lot of take outs from this branch and every time they give me food, theres always a missing order; Burgers, Drinks, Fries, Gravy, Egg, Spoon and fork, Tissues and receipts. Theyd always say that my order is complete but when I got back home, there goes problem. Not gonna lie, the food is really good. But this issue happens to me every time I order take outs and its been 2 years,still they havent changed.

30 mins in line at night. Im not even kidding. This is the worst Jollibee experience that I had. Managers in this site are all incompetent since they are present that day but didnt mind to do anything about the waiting customers. They have a line specifically for Grab but not for seniors. This is just the worst.

Visa Mastercard Card does not work. Jobee card not used. Breakfast rice and shanghai taste like yesterday. Drinking cups looks so unclean. Come on Jobee, you can do better than that.

Food is still the good old Jollibee flavors. But I am always unaccepting about their crew making tambay or bumming out at the dining area. And change clothes in the dining area (removing Jollibee uniform and changing into a civilian shirt or taking out shoes and changing into slippers. The smell is bothersome. It is really not a good sight and experience for diners.

Eat there 4 or 5 times i like it fries are great down the street from a great GYM ,pool safe place to eat

I have gone through their drive thru a lot of times already and hoping to see their service improve..well, all i can say is..it still SUCKS! I have waited 18 minutes..18 minutes in a drive thru! Do they even know the concept of drive thrus?!

Ordered food delivery came with missing items. Branch unwilling to redeliver as well and cannot be reached by Jollibee call center agents. Landline listed on Jollibee website as well as in Google Maps do not work anymore saying deactivated.

Its the second time that I went to this branch as a drive thru customer. They gave me the wrong order for both instances. The first occasion was instead of 2 piece chicken they gave me only 1 piece. I was there yesterday aug 11 at around 2pm and instead of spaghetti they gave me sarsi. The crew instead of apologizing insisted that I ordered for additional sarsi and not spaghetti. Wow... really jollibee c5 shell branch??? You choose of what I will eat? Plus I had to wait for 15 minutes for 1 spaghetti.. Nobody was smiling and it seemed to me that employee there just go to work and does not value their jobs.

Convenient place to eat if you have businesses at the Taguig city hall. Forget able bringing a car as there are only 2 Park slots, half is occupied by their delivery motorcycles, the other half by customers motorcycles. Place is also open 24/7.

Been coming in this branch for years but the service is pretty consistent- it’s either bad or seems like they’re not happy to serve you. Comparing it to other Jollibee branch, both here and abroad, this one is the one I wouldn’t really recommend..

Did not really get to taste the food here as was looking to use the bathroom location just out side public bathroom nice and clean it was. Floor in toliet through a bit wet as want to get changed thier. Jollibee has a good selection for all.

Whats not to like? Cheap but tasty food... Its a part of every Filipino childhood.

The Aloha Burger is back! I think it had been pulled in and out by Jollibee at least 10 times. My request is being back the large Aloha Champ.

This store served a spaghetti with a small intestine mixed on their sauce. It happened last tuesday, July 23, 2019 and the manager cant even explain how it got there.

Strategic stopover place with lots of parking space. Too strategic the slots are always full. Other restaurants are available if youre not in the mood for deep fried chicken

Jollibee is open for 24hrs. I just didnt like that I arrived at 4am and their coffee isnt available till 7am.

Get ready to wait for long... especially if its take out. I already complained 2x to their customer service. I dont know if they already removed the policy of telling customers of waiting time for items not readily available. But this branch never tells you!

DriveThru:-tell them no wings on the chickenjoy, they will give you wings-10mins wait time commitment, they will make it 14mins-soggy fries, taste like super used oil-kept mixing up our orders

This C5 Shell Jollibee branch is sooooo slow. Also they dont prompt attending their customers who are dine in.

Good location as this is between C5 and Mckinley Hill if you are craving for a Pinoy favorite fastfood chain. :)
