The place had a wide variety of food. From Japanes to Korean to Chinese and of course, Filipino dishes. The appetizers were very good especially the sashimi plates. Main carving was turkey but they replaced it with the porchetta, which was so good. The desert section also had a lot of choices and were pretty good. The place had a lot of tables so no need to make reservations unless you are in a big group or you will be eating on special occassions/holidays. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Will definitely be eating there again.
The food in the Grand Kitchen was reasonably ok, but not spectacular. The desserts in particular were lacking in taste, especially the mousse and the ice creams. We were a party of 20 people and we requested parking validation. They told us they would only give validation to one car! Seriously?!Worse still, when we ended up at the parking gate, we were told we had to pay an extra P75 because we were there more than 2 hours. Thats not enough time for a Sunday brunch. Our total bill was well over P40,000. We called the manager and he was very reluctant to waive the P75. When it was obvious we werent going to pay he let us go.I dont think well visit again thanks to the management policies.
Went there in December for lunch last year. Disappointed with the food and the price. There wasn’t a lot of food or drinks to choose from. Even the meat was dry, lechon was rubbery, sushi was okay but they only had a few options. Their food was mediocre and during reservation i asked if alcohol or wine were included they said yes but didn’t inform me it was only available during dinner. For the price, you’re better off with niu (at least they have more food choices) or if you have money to spare go with spiral.
Went here on a Saturday for lunch. Food was a disappointment-- Crab legs were very small (and they didnt provide the proper utensils to eat them), the steamed seafood was served unappetizingly (I asked for fish and crab legs to be steamed and they served it together on a small white plate with no garnish whatsoever, both crab and fish swimming on the fishs sauce. yuck), they served the fresh guyabano juice on a chipped glass (my god!), sushi was prepared by someone who seem like shes only been trained to do it for an hour, Hainanese chicken rice tasted like its been sitting there for 3 days!! (I took a bite and spat it immediately!). The only saving grace was the soft serve ice cream which I tried to pair with the apple strudel (which by the way is another disappointment. you can tell the puff pastry is store bought and the filling might be made in house but now I think about it, it might not be too. the pastry felt like plastic when I started chewing it). The grilled section is another story altogether. lets just say I didnt get any from that section. THIS PLACE IS SO BAD. And they are a 5 Star hotel?? SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY.
Ohh wow. Superb. Food is great.
Having tried this multiple times in the last year, I can now say that the quality of this buffet is very average considering its location and prominence.
What is the restaurant on the floor
