Great staff, awesome place to get gear or your dive certification.

Just moved to the area and needed a new dive shop to call home. Met Cullen who was amazing! Knew his products, well versed on local activities, gave me some great deals which will ensure this is my new go to shop. Cant wait to attend their next club meeting.

As part of the certification process, I had my first open water dives in Catalina, and felt super confident diving in the ocean for the first time. We got to see so many fish while practicing scuba skills. Would highly recommend anybody thinking about scuba certification go to Pacific Dive center and ask for Cullen as their instructor.

I just received my Open Water certification at the beginning of this month and i am hooked. My instructor, Laura Angelo, is an incredibly talented diver and teacher, highly encouraging and patient with corrections. She has a way of instilling confidence in people and pushing them to the next level.

Completed the rescue diver course & EFR with Jason over the weekend at Pacific dive center . Jason is an awesome , detail oriented instructor who also made it SUPER fun and he also very thorough and detail oriented . I really feel like I am a MUCH more aware / better diver after taking this course . Pacific Dive always delivers. They are hands down the best Dive shop in L.A. Highly recommended !!!!

Pacific Wilderness also has numerous weekly dive trips to some of the best SoCal locations and they also offer annual trips to various dive spots around the world. They also have an outstanding dive club with monthly informative presentations. The club also gets together for beach cleanups and other social events, and lets not forget the divers at Eco who are also a great bunch of people as well.

They are so amazingly helpful at the shop...and on the phone as well. Ive gone diving with people they have trained/taught....and Id buddy with them in the future.

I had a lot of anxiety about diving and after a couple sessions I thought myself incapable. I spoke with Beth, the owner, who recommended private sessions with Autumn. Autumn is intensely knowledgeable and experienced. This was comforting. Scubabros make me skittish. Autumn made sure I was prepared and was an excellent communicator. It was like scubadiving with a mermaid. I had so much fun and am planning my first scuba trip. I was so close to quitting and Autumns exceptional professionalism got me through my training. Thanks, Pacific Wilderness Inc center!!!

Very rude person who answered the phone when I had a question about some tanks, who made a snarky remark about getting information off the internet from people who drink too much (what?) without asking more about the situation and where I obtained information (DEMA, btw). Ive never really used them and sure would never go. Pretty sure I got that response because I am female too. ETA: Jeff, I appreciate your response but would have appreciated it more if you contacted me personally. I am a PADI MDST instructor, trained cave and technical diver, with over 20 years experience in diving. Jason never asked me my experience, nor gave me a chance to give a full explanation...he blurted that out as soon as I started talking. So while I appreciate the apology, the excuse along with it dilutes the effort. And even IF I had no knowledge/experience or read something in a forum...(which is not what I said).....I should still be treated with respect.

Recently I had an issue w/ a BC I purchased from them but when I brought it back, Ron the owner gave me the star treatment and repaired it immediately and added a couple extras on the gear too.

If you want to learn how to dive Pacific wilderness is the place to go they have great instructors that make it fun and a great learning experience I drove from San Bernardino County passing local dive shops just to be part of their program ... Thanks to John tan and his son for sharing their knowledge of diving.
