We stayed in Parque España some time ago so it’s our first time back in about 2 years. It’s a dated structure but I always appreciated the generous space. This time, we upgraded ourselves to a renovated room. It didn’t disappoint. The design was simple and, most of all, very clean. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Place is nice ... little bit old but its nice and staff are friendly

We stayed here when we attended a wedding. We stayed in a 2 bedroom accommodation. It was very spacious with dining area, kitchen, 2 shower rooms, and a leisure area. It was a wonderful room, neat and tidy. basic utensils in the kitchen is there. almost perfect for the very expensive stay. What took the 1 star was the services, they asked us to wait so long because theyre still preparing our room. We were so tired from the trip and we came just to wait for 3 hours.

Parque Espana is a residential hotel at the heart of Alabang, “Your Home Away from Home.” It is like a condo which is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a sala and a kitchen full of kitchen equipments. At night, it’s a magical view with the night city lights. Though the air conditioner is a bit old and the second bathroom is not well maintained, the overall highlights and experience were superb. I would want to bring my family here in the near future.

Great place, friendly and attentive staff, we love staying here. It is near dining and shopping options and not as chaotic as Manila! Our unit was clean, complete with kitchen and ample amenities for a very comfy stay. Brekky was sometimes hit and miss but we dont mind, there are other options nearby. We also had lunch and dinner there sometimes in their Cafe del Cielo. We like the friendly service there too especially the hard working staff, Eric, hes been there for many years and hes always accommodated any of our requests and much more! The people in Reception are also great especially the guys, one of them even went out of his way to give us cold drinks when he noticed we were waiting for our transfer to the airport and he was taking a while. The only negative was we had to walk in the stinking hot sun after making a lot of effort to arrange pick up from Festival Mall! All of us were sick, especially me, we were at Medicard. We waited 40 minutes for nothing! I had to run all the way to the Concierge of the mall to verify if we can be picked up, was assured we would be, gave our room number, etc..still nothing happened while my husband and very sick son were out in the heat watching for the van that never came! We tried to be patient but sometimes it could be really annoying! We shall still come back here but well make sure we get good transport next time! Our transfer to the airport was ok, he was a contractor and he too was surprised when I told him our annoyance and advised us to complain.

Valet is fast and easy. Rooms are nice, tidy, and clean.

This is a place where you can call it as your second home. It can accomodate a whole family where you can cook and have fun. Plus, the rooms are very clean and cozy.

I love the view that we got and i love how the unit that was given to us was very very clean

Stayed for 2 Bedroom, place is good its my 1st time to stay a condo type room Its really spacious Good For 4-5 Persons. Clean with complete amenities except cooking gas not allowed to cook, But great experience indeed will come back soon

Stayed for 3 nights in a large apartment with 2 bedroom, kitchen, dining and sitting. It is spacious but dated. The main bathroom tiles has a problem and smell of retained bath water. Maybe it is just that one apartment that has this problem.Good view of the city. Close to other malls and within walking distance.Breakfast at the top floor. Pretty decent spread.

Best way to spend the sunday with the family. Just bring anything fun to do outdoors

This is great place to relax. The pick up place of shuttle is at festival mall, 3rd floor right in front of Seattles best. But if you doesnt arrive at the pick up time, you can also take a walk from festi to parque españa for less than 10 minutes.

Good for a serviced hotel. They have gym and pool on the 18th floor. They also have nice reception and crews. The pool though is small but is fine for kids. They may upgrade your room at no additional cost when the need arises. Guests are not allowed beyond 10pm. You can bring at most 1 case of beer.

Good service apartment in Alabang. You able to take Grab from the Airport with only 20 min on Skyway. From Alabang, you can travel around here to Laguna on Grab. Room is good and come with Balcony. Breakfast is ok. Pool and Gym is very small but it serve it purpose.

Super cozy and accessible The only thing I hope they would improve on is the leaking faucet and the parking space

The room we stayed in had a nice view of the city. They have an air purifier which keeps the room smell fresh. I like that we can cook our own food. I wish they had mugs instead of cups :)

Affordable rooms. Got the business suite on the 4th floor for 4,200php overnight. The room is spacious and complete with a mini kitchen. View on the balcony is great. My problem with the balcony is all the drops of water from the air-con on the other floors kept dropping on me. My friend was in the next room and it was easy to just look over and see what was happening. Going to their balcony wouldn’t be difficult either, which kind of concerned me.I love the fact that upon checking in, they all gave us a goodie bag with local treats - polvoron, yema, hany, pastillas, etc.The process was also fast.I didn’t like the fact that the room was quite dusty. The curtain had stains and there was hair on the toilet bowl in the bathroom. It was also dusty with the other rooms my friends stayed in.The hotel service dropped and picked us up at Alabang Town Center. Note that if you go any further, like Molito (which was right by ATC), there will be charges.The staff was accommodating. However, my friend and I got really frustrated because after breakfast, we go back to our room and our key cards won’t work. We almost got left by our service due to this, and it took them quite a while before the help they sent got to us.Not a bad experience overall. They should definitely improve the quality of their rooms.

Spacious units with very accommodating staff. The place is very nice and well ventilated. Our visit was during the Taal Volcano eruption with ash fall reached Paranaque. They have ready face mask to all incoming and outgoing guests.

Nice place...but I should find other place to eat because they served pork in the menu.

The staff was very professional and quick to respond to any issue we had. However, there were issues with ants and roaches. One large roach was found alive and another was found dead in the sheets. A pipe had also busted leaving a sewage scent even after the employee installed an ionizer. Other flies and mosquitos were also noticed. Options for food were decent. Prices to do laundry were ridiculously high. I probably will not ever stay there again.

The location is very good if you want some peace and relaxation. It is within a city but has the suburbian feeling. The property is close by to at least two big malls with a huge selection of restaurants and different shops and cinemas. It is not too far from the airport which would only take ~ 20 minutes via the skyway/ overground motorway. However, since the building is ~20 years old, the rooms need updating e.g. new beds, sofas, kitchen units, cupboards, clothes cabinet. It would also be a bonus if there is a clothes washer/ dryer installed which is useful for long staying guests. The staff were nice more particularly those in the housekeeping and security/ shuttle departments. Breakfast is good overall for pinoy tastebuds.

Pleasant staff and accessible to everything. However, everything that you ask extra you have to pay for, i.e., blanket, parking, which are free from other hotels. The room that I normally book (same price range) became smaller and they charged me almost 50% more for an upgrade per night.

The 3 bedroom suite was just what our family needed. Very clean and spacious! Front desk and bell staff were absolutely great!

GREAT location, excellent staff! Thats a good start for any hotel. Room, is nice, with a living room, sofa, nice TV, nice kitchen. Negatives: Ive stayed there 3 times and this will probably be the last. Their showers never have hot water more than about 30-seconds, before it turns lukewarm at best. Not one time, in a total of about 30 days, have I ever had a hot shower. I have asked them a number of times to fix it but they do not. VERY bad shower this time (I should have asked for a room change). It was raised, and I literally had to climb up two steps, with little to hold onto, in order to step down into the shower. It would be so easy for someone to fall and hurt themselves badly. Why would this place even have a shower like that? Its crazy bad. Overall, it has a great location in Alabang, close to the Festival and Town Center Malls, and the Commerce Mall is right across the street. Thats the best thing this hotel has going for it. Location

The food are amazing, the staff is nice, and the room(Double Bedroom Premier Premium) was awesome and topnotch. Would stay here again.

The drainage is not good on the sink and in the bathroom. The A/C is quite old and cant really provide the ideal temperature. The whole unit was very spacious and the location is really nice.

I used to call this “Poor Man’s Ascott” compared to the more popular Ascott Hotel in Makati. Awesome staff and service but they have let the rooms deteriorate, i.e., spaces where removed appliances used to be were left exposed, untidy and annoying eyesore. Great location but you get what you pay for in terms of facility as well as the types of clientele - loud, inconsiderate, party animlas that go past 2:00 AM.

Better than hotel ..with the same price 2 x bigger free car service to 3 different malls drop off and pick up..much better if u have family with u..

Meh. Its okay. Rented a 3-bedroom but only 2 people can connect thru wifi plus has corkage fee of 900pesos for 1L. Even higher end hotels offer better services.

Easy access.. suggested for party events..However the pool area needs more improvement

Parking slot is limited and some slots were reserved though street parking is allowed but still have to secure parking ticket for a fixed rate. Access to the 2nd level parking is quite narrow and steep. Staffs are courteous though.

Its in fairly new condition and our unit was really nice. Pool on the roof was great. Nice property but could use some small improvement. We had to ask for more than one towel per bathroom in a three bedroom family suite. Kitchen is not equipped some of the basic utensils, pots and dish cleaning supplies.

Rooms are clean with a good view of Filinvest Skyline

It was a very busy time. There was chaos in the lobby. Many people waiting to check-in. Rooms were not ready. The front desk staff had their work cut out for them. The guests were complaining but the staff remained calm and very professional. I booked 3 rooms. My family and I just waited patiently for our turn to be called. The rooms were all very nice and spacious. Room service was excellent. Buffet breakfast was ok. Swimming pool was small. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

基本款就有房間、客廳、飯廳及廚房。可以自己下廚，廚具完備，鍋碗瓢盆都有！south 超市、mall都不遠。如果需要可以要求有洗衣設備。服務人員都很親切！

Stayed in a 3 bedroom suite for 6 people. We had 1 extra person with us so we paid an extra premium. However, the hotel didnt bring us an extra towel even after we called them 4 times. They also only gave us 4 soaps, dinner plates for 4. Will probably not go back. Room cost is Php 7700 with 1000 security deposit.

The hotel location is perfectly convenient to shopping, commercial centers, and food places. Our room was large, with a kitchen, dining, and living areas. Great value for the price. The room could have been better kept and maintained (slow sink drain, shower door stains, shower grout condition). Otherwise, the room is generally quite clean.

Would give no star if I could.1 They charge parking2 Even if i paid P100 for parking, they still cant reserve a slot for you and will make you park on the street3 They will charge you more for valet even if theres no available parking4 They had no ice and wouldnt do anything about it, not even agree to send someone to buy for you even if you pay them

We had a great Family Christmas Party here last December 9, 2018. Bistro Del Cielo is a cool place to host your party. Great food, great staff and they have a videoke for you to bring out the singer in you. Over all it was a great experience and a memorable one. Thank you.

Everything is good and all the room is cleaned and nice

Location, unit features (i paid for an upgrade room), proximity to commercial stores akd restaurants. The unit itself was very good. Had most everything, except maybe for avalable wine glasses.

Old building and will be good choices when its finalized.. Need some improvement on facilities.

I just booked and paid a reservation for my family and they sent a confirmation email but they were asking me lots of things to provide for my family upon arrival!!! What a hustle!They wanted me to provide authorization letter, copy of my credit card back n forth and my photo id. What an inconvenient procedures for person who booked and not a main guest!!So much hustle!!!
