First time kong maka encounter ng hotel na ako ung mismong pinakuha ng plantsa sa lobby, nakiusap pa ko na kung pwede paabot nalang sa room, may bellboy naman sila pero napakaliit na gamit di nila maipahatid, ung ipapirma sa paghiram pwede naman ipapirma sa room, grabe i’ve been to many hotels pero this one napaka inconvenient.the good is that the hotel is clean, friendly naman staff

This is the best budget hotel in Alabang area.It has not only clean and preper rooms but a cozy lobby and function rooms too. And it doesnt serve any kind of the breakfast but you can buy the simple stuffs at Seven Eleven located in the ground floor.All staffs in this hotel are profesional and very kind.They serve a couple of bottle water and body shower gel in the bathroom. But those service are highly resonable value comparing with their fare of the accommodation. Room size is not small and the bathroom was very clean, hot water in the bathroom run very hot and comforable I have ever experieced in the Philippines. And the Internet service is very fast and good enough to use. I will definetely stay in this hotel once again if I visit this area.

New building, but just a basic hotel. There are no mini freezer, no keetle, 2 small bottle drink water, no gym and no restaurant or cafe...just budget hotel. But the entire staff are awsome, they are friendly.

I have lived in 4 different countries in Asia for over 10 years and in the Philippines for almost two years. I travel a lot as an engineer and getting good rest is critical because I work with western companies and the time difference can be brutal. The beds, pillows and Aircons are great. They also have conservative news stations as well which you cant always find. The internet band width and service is reliable and robust. My VoIP calls were great. There is plenty of warm water to shower in and the maid service is thorough every day.The staff is young, motivated, polite and engaging. Every time I got off the elevator or entered the lobby I was greeted with my name and a smile. Any need I may have had was dealt with immediately. I have rarely stayed at a hotel with this quality of service that was not 5 times the price or more. The hotel is situated across from two different malls and there is a great selection of food and shopping and every service you could need from laundry, clothes and food shopping, etc.I rarely know the names of the majority of workers at a hotel. I know the names of these young people. They are eager to serve and represent and reflect the best that Filipino hospitality can be.The hallways are not carpeted, so If you are a light sleeper I suggest you bring a set of ear plugs. Also, there is a 24/7, 7 11 store adjacent to the lobby should you need coffee or a snack!You will enjoy the value, hospitality and the free parking:)

The place does not provide personal kit (i. e toothbrush/toothpaste, soap, shampoo) so make sure you have before you check in. The hotel also dont have a swimming pool.. Our stay in the hotel was amazing. Room was comfortable. Price is affordable for a superb service. Only that the lady receptionist during our checkout was not friendly.

Property is in a quiet location. All the staff have been really good. The rooms are new and the beds are comfortable. Wifi always works.

I went to Hop Inn hotel in Alabang Muntinlupa to attend my friend birthday celebration and it was nice. I love the ambiance and the space for a free parking outside, just infront of the hotel. They have one function room at the lobby right for an intimate occasion with you closest families and friends.

Great place for a budget hotel. Booked a room for a overnight stay on a weekend and it doesnt disappoint. For a price below 3000 with 2 queen beds, good restroom and a cozy bed. It should have been 5 stars if theres ample parking but the room and stay is definitely worth it. Just a walking distance from molito and atc if you need food to take in and theres 711 downstairs.

Conveniently located in the high end part of Metro Manila. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping centre. Good value for money paid.

The place is nearby eateries like Mang Inasal, Chowking, Jollibee etc. There is also 7-11 shop beside the hotel. My suggestion is at least to provide electric kettle to be able to boil hot water at any given time.Thanks & Regards.

Its not as luxurious but very decent. In fact I like the simplicity. It has all the necessary things you would need - clean sheets and bed, hair blower, hot and cold shower, and very friendly,accomodating staff!

Very very friendly staff. Accommodating and warm lagi ang smile. I noticed that even if they banter and chat between themselves, they immediately stop and attend to the guests whenever they see one coming. They dont have phones in every room but you can still contact reception via their active Viber account

Affordable work or family hotel. Modern and clean. Convenience store is just right below. Parking space is available but with first come first serve basis. Parking outside the vicinity is available but with parking fee.

The place is nice and clean. With helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to shopping mall. With convenient store and laundry shop nearby.

The rooms were cheap, basic and clean. The customer service was lacking. We had several requests for help from the hotel and for references to other places that could help meet our requests. Both were met with outright nos. There was no effort to find other solutions or recommend vendors nearby that might offer services they didnt

Clean room. No towel in the room when I checked in. Had to viber the fronr desk. I wonder why they do not provide toothbrush and toothpaste. One must bring or buy downstairs (7-11)

I should have given this hotel five stars if it were not for the dripping airconditioning unit in the room where I stayed.

Hard to park. The 2nd level parking is not enough to accomodate the number of guests. On-site parking doesnt help since the housekeeping will wake you up at 5am just to move your car to the second floor because of availability. No telephone.No refrigerator. No coffee maker. No toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner.You need to go near the television to switch channels.

Ive been staying here for almost 2 months now and so far Im happy with my stay. I just have some feedback. I know that there is a personal refrigerator in there Family room but it would be nice as well if they offer personal fridge to their guests that will stay long, also it would be nice having separate phones per room instead of having only one each floor because whenever I use the telephone my voice is echoing, having utensils will be good as well instead of us always purchasing in 7/11. But overall Im still giving 4 stars because of their good service. Hope that theyll read my fredback for thei improvement.

Very good and budgetproof hotel to stay for a couple of nights or even a week. Not that far from the airport, close to different malls, close to Alabang Town center... Everyday a cleaning of the rooms, clean and hygienic room and bathroom. Friendly and helping staff.

It is located in Madrigal Business Park. A new hotel with clean and nice room. The price is also affordable and their staff was great.

Good experience overall. 4 stars because during our stay the electricity cut out for about an hour and the generators were down so no aircon no tv no lights. But then again room was very clean and rhe best perk was that you could either buy food and bring it in or order and have it delivered. Room was simple not much but functional. Simple, cheap and worth the pay.

This hotel is overpriced and I feel unsafe because no telephone inside in case of emergency and inadequate amenities...but one positive expd I had the female housekeeper was very polite and hardworking well kept clean our rooms...not highly recommended not coming back for sure!!!

Keycards are not working. Complained about it and lobby attendant just kept saying Unfortunately.I got stuck in the 9th Floor thinking that my card will work. When I got to my hotel room, same scenario happened to my kids. They also got stuck with a non-working key card.I can let my situation pass, but knowing that my kids got also stuck is a different scenario. They got blamed that their keycard didnt work as it couldve been in contact with their cellphones.When I complained in the lobby, I was told that keycards dont work if it was taken out too long. But we were not told about this when I checked in, or a disclaimer shouldve been posted in the lobby or at the elevator. We were actually able to go out for around 4hrs yesterday, and the keycard worked when we got back.When we checked in, both cards didnt worked either. I am a frequent traveller, and this is the first time that I encountered this. Dont tell your guests that this is how HopInn works, because it is a lame excuse.I know this is a budget hotel, but it doesnt need to equate to poor service.A simple apology wouldve worked, but instead Patryck kept on saying unfortunately, and without any lament, and is in a rush to dismiss me.Never again will I book, and will definitely will tell other peope about my worse experience here

It still good I gave this hotel 3 stars.I mean all the disappointing physical defects of a hotel could still be patch up,but an unprofessional front-office staff is really something that gets the nerve of a guest.The sofa of our room has stains and worn out already.Just got in after waiting for 3hrs.Very rare for me to give negative comments. I am a local guide so pls dont lecture me about booking .coms policy.Gave me a lot of hassles and tried to remained calm.

No frills hotel but all essentials you need - internet, shower, mattress, cable tv, safety deposit box and friendly staff - are of 5 star quality.

No phone inside the room to call the front desk, you have to install an app to get in touch with them, but other than that everything is good.
