Asthmatic individuals with proper mask were told they needed to put on another mask to cover their mouth by the security guard. People using glasses that cover their eyes completely are also told they needed a full face mask. While they are already using a N94 and a wrap around glasses. A person who used his helmet that is a full face helmet was told he couldnt enter without a full face mask.. Informed security guard that the helmet was way better than a full face mask. They need more training!!! Fries are old and has been refried more than once..

Worst customer service i have experienced. After getting my order wrong, the managers was unable to come up with a proper initiative to remedy my order - and all i asked for was a mcflurry with fudge!!! the managers incompetence and lack of problem solving skills need to be adressed

Nobodys available to take your order3. Childrens Party: heavily disappointing1. Reservation sucks. Took 1 hr just waiting for someone to talk to. Cedric was polite. I tried to be considerate that on weekends they are busy because have too many parties.2. Calling their landline to confirm number of attendees was impossible. The number was provided by their hotline. I tried calling everyday staring 1 week before the party as agreed.3. We arived 1 and a half hour before the party. Their recruitment team used the party area as waiting lounge. A fee minites before the party the loot bags were not ready. My daighters name was still being printed.4. They said theyll do a head count so that if we need to add more we can do so. They did not. So the guests kept waiting for their food. Buti nalang I had a my guest list as basis of the actual attendees. They said they already served all food so mag add pa daw ba ako. I just said charge me if necessary but we agreed dapat nag head count. Buti I had that list. They could have charged me 9 additional pax.5. The mascot Birdie did not know how to entertain. I always love my food experience may it be a walk in or drive-thru because their staff offer fast service. I enjoy mostly the McDonalds along Dr A Santos Ave across Valley 1 in Parañaque, SM BF Parañaque and at Vista Mall near Nuvali. They are very helpful and patient in providing best customer service. Their food is also delivered warm still. And I am happy that hot choco is back! It makes brekky complete and happy .

Best Mcdo in Muntinlupa. They have McCafe with cake selections. Really tidy and neat tables and flooring. Service is good. They have a playpen for those with kids.

Before everything else came about in this area, this McDo has been the place for many kitakits especially for southies of many generations.The store has undergone few changes and looks basically the same after all these years.I do wish they’d improve the restrooms.
