I love the views! 2nd time here and will definitely be back. Mejo malamig lang ang pool.

Ang habol ko lang talaga is yung swimming pool and it did not disappoint me. Talagang instagram-worthy siya. Maganda yung room na nakuha namin, as in maganda yung view, yung tipong pagising mo sa umaga mapapa wow ka talaga, just make sure na nakabukas yung kurtina ng room niyo for better view and photos. Mababait yung mga staff, never kaming nasungitan or dinedma. The only problem would be the elevator. Dalawang elevator lang kasi. Tapos ang daming gumagamit, but other than that, my whole experience was amazing and fabulous. Kahit may problema sa elevator, I am giving them 5 stars. They deserve it. One of the best if you are planning for a staycation.

Smooth check in and check out process. The only thing is when I requested for assistance with my luggage before checking out (3 large, 1 carry-on, 1 backpack, and 1 purse), the front desk officer said somebody will come to assist me. Nobody arrived so I ended up transporting all the luggage from the 12th floor to the lobby. Not much amenities. I probably did not see whats available due to Covid. No breakfast served due to Covid. Good value for the rate charged. Good location too. Its within walking distance to fastfood places, gasoline station, and the mall. Satisfactory place overall.

The Hotel is very clean it is close to Alabang town center nearby restaurant and food hubs.i feel safe walking around 5 miles area just to explore. Service staff are very courteous and hospitality.The room that I choose is very spacious, on point of what you see in the picture on the website. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and families.

I was not aware that it is being used as a quarantines facility during the pandemic. They should have put it on their website. We were not able to enjoy the amenities.

If you forget something at this hotel, you will never get it back.I forgot the clothes in the closet.I went to pick it up the next day, but was told that there was nothing left.maybe the Cleaning staff discarded it.The receptionist said she would look for clothes and call me,but she didnt call me. There is no apology from the hotel.There isnt even an instant coffee service.Two bottles of 500ml of water are available at the hotel.Meals were told to order delivery.The hot water in the shower is very weak and it is hard for women with long hair.There were many paper bags containing garbage in front of each room.Its very unpleasant.

Love this boutique. Its very clean and the rooms are so nice.

The rooms are well appointed with quiet air conditioning, a wide screen TV with good channel selection, and very comfortable beds. The infinity pool on the penthouse floor has a great view of Laguna de Bay though it can get chilly and windy during the cold months of the year. The breakfast buffet provides an ample selection to sate your appetite. The place is a short walk away from Molito complex or Alabang Town Center. All in all highly recommended for a short stay in Metro Manila.

Staff are nice but system not very organized. I booked hotel quarantine package 1 fir my elderly mother which includes full board & free one way airport transfer. Upon check in staff asking my mom for airport transfer payment but eventually was sorted out but has caused distressed to my mom. My mom arrived between 6 to 7pm but was told no more dinner so she had to order outside staff was nice though in assisting her to order. Next day breakfast was served without a hot drink, no kettle in the room available, no restaurant open in hotel to order coffee. So over all not very pleasant stay for my mother.

The staffs are exceptional, friendly, professional and very quick to respond to your requests. Location is very ideal for shopping in Alabang/ Las Pinas area. The lobby’s decors are very well thought of and clean. Cafe Romulo’s food is delightful especially the soups and the chicken arroz caldo. The queen room is kinda small but nice and the “Skinny” elevators are good for 4 people. The major negative for me is the glass wall of the shower. Even if there’s a rolling blind on the other side of the wall, i still can peep through it. That concept is ideal for couples only not for family with small kids and teens. Overall, i love the enjoyed my stay at Azumi and will book this hotel again the next time i visit my family and friends in the Philippines.

This my second time stay at this this hotel, like the staff friendly & helpful, although not 5 star hotel but customer service to me is 5 star and broad space for room and clean, my favorite is the roof top cafe, wonderful atmosphere for business discussion and doing work.

The place is worth the price so cozy as you relax in the middle of a busy city. I love the ambiance, the location, and interior design of the hotel. 3 thumbs up

Feels more like a business hotel. Easy check in and check out. All the staff and front desk are great and friendly. The infinity pool is a sight to see especially in the evening when you can see the city skyline. Rooms are ok, it does feel cheap though. The elevators sometimes are very slow. Breakfast buffet is ok though we did have stomach ache after eating breakfast the first morning.

A charming boutique hotel in Alabang!I had purchased a voucher from DealGrocer to use last April.First, the reservation was fast. I called the hotel to check for availability and a few minutes later, I had already received email confirmation.We got the garden room which had a table and 2 chairs perfect for an al fresco dinner.We didnt dine at Romulo, their in-house restaurant, as we just decided to walk to Molito/Alabang Town Center which was just across the hotel.We loved the spacious room, the clean smell, the large bed and sofa. There was a large mirror running on the wall, which I think looked good style-wise and to make the room look bigger.We also loved the infinity pool. It was soothing and left our hair soft!It had free parking and provided a drop off for PWDs.The staff were all friendly, especially the guards who helped us with parking and carrying our stuff.5 stars!

Chic and posh hotel. Complete facilities and pretty interior. The penthouse is beautiful and relaxing. You get to see city view and can dine in their very instagrammable cavana.We also love our hotel room. It has huge comfy beds, long tabletop, cable tv, microwave oven, complete toiletries, refrigerator, electric kettle, and utensils.Location is also good. Its just across Molito and short walk from Madrigal Business Park gate.And surprisingly, we have a complimentary BUFFET breakfast with wide variations. The meals in Romulo Cafe are must try.

Hotel looked nice and quaint, but indoor lobby had loads of mosquitoes. Staff are nice and friendly, wouldnt mind staying here again but its just way too far.

Azumi Cavana Lounge is a cozy place to have a dinner or party for 30 people.

I really love Azumi hotel, affordable but their service is very good and you will definitely come back. I love their buffet breakfast and ofcourse the infinity pool.

Its a very nice hotel. Cute. Our room was just the right size and always clean. The staff were friendly & helpful. The ambiance is welcoming. The food at Romulos is very good and the feel of the cafe is cozy. It seemed, though, there isnt enough ventilation or air-conditioning in the elevators because it felt very warm when full. However, overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Quality for money. Our family booked 4 rooms for a short staycation. We appreciate the professional service and their warm hospitality. The view at the penthouse was awesome! We stayed there upto 2am!

Azumi is one of my favorite staycation places. The accommodations are great, and it has a nice lap pool. It gets a bit crowded on weekends so I prefer to book a room on weekdays, during which I can work with my laptop while having coffee and panini at the Cavana Lounge or at Romulos Cafe. Looking forward to my next stay.

Shame on this stupid, greedy, insensitive hotel! Don’t stay here if you’re a good person who should give your business to good, deserving people instead. They don’t care about you! They just want your money! We had booked three nights at this money hungry dump when we got the shock and surprise like everyone Sunday January 12th that Volcano Taal had erupted, which forced millions to have to evacuate the city of Manila and closer areas in jeopardy. It was beyond our control that our flight was canceled to enter Manila therefore we could not check in. We had to make so many changes and cancellations that added to our stress because of our lack of funds! You would think they’d understand, have some compassion for their people and allow us to get our money back or at least some sort of credit- something. Nope, instead they ignored my emails. The only email they responded to was of course when I had asked them the day before our check in day if it’d be possible for an early check in where they quickly responded and said they’d charge me almost as much as a night stay there. Anyway, you get the point. They’re money driven and horrible, heartless people. They contribute to the ugly greed in this world when all this time I really thought the people of the Philippines were better than that. I now never, ever want to visit The Philippines anymore because of these people’s self absorbed, greedy actions. I will never, ever give business to people like you ever again. Shame on you!!!

Our second time around. Ist booking with my sisters and 2nd time this year 2019 with my wife. We loved and enjoyed the friendly smile and accommodation of the staff. We will definitely be booking again before the end of the year.By the way Taho during weekends are fantastic. Should be served everyday

Wir haben dieses Hotel für 3 Tage auf unserem Zwischenstopp nach Coron genutzt.Wir mochten es von der ersten Sekunde an.Schick aber nicht protzig, zentral aber nicht zu zentral, professionelles aber nettes Service Personal.Zimmer sind modern und gut gepflegt. Klimaanlage tut ihren Job und Aussicht ist gut.Distanz in etwa eine halbe bis dreiviertel Stunde über den Skyway zum Airport.Frühstück ist sehr lecker.Rundum zufrieden.

Loved it. We got the Garden Room & it was perfect. Toiletries are not complete, just the basic (toothbrush, soap, shampoo & bath wash). You have a kitchenette & a full size fridge (though not necessary). They have a complete line up of TV channels, their breakfast food is good & they serve the taho on a Sunday morning. Smoking area is at the parking lot. The roof deck restaurant looks amazing & would have been nice if we had the time to try it (probably next time).Thanks for an awesome stay!

This place is top notch for comfort and service to match. I preferred eating out due to the limited menu and high prices at the restaurant in the lobby. I highly reccomend the Azumi for sleep and comfort as well as perfectly trained staff.

Nice, but i am not too excited about it. Romulo Cafe is an asset for the restaurant. Roof top has a nice view. Not sure if the pool is heated, tho...

+ near with alabang town center.. n mini supermarket.. 711.. and imasa (the one of famous drill chicken in philipines) .. all those place just need walk around 2- 5 minutes!+ mini pool at rooftop.. but i love the design- not recommended for business trip! Because poor wifi.. until everynite i stay at ther during 1 weeks.. everyday.. i need to call their Helpdesk to help me getting better connection..- for moeslim.. u only able to eat salad.. n request them to makre omelette.- check in at 3 PM! But thx god.. he got exception at 1 PM .. bcz we re arived at philipines at 7 Am so we are really tired for waiting.

Azumi is a decently priced hotel in the south that gives you the bare necessities. Although the elevators are the slowest thing on earth and the hallways are open air non air conditioned, the rooms are clean and well worth the price.

Place is nice but doesnt have a gym. Staff is nice. The rooms are small and the room design is a little odd.

The infinity pool smells too much chlorine. Love the lightings at night its so romantic. The room is cozy and clean and smells good.
