スタッフが全員礼儀正しく親切かつフレンドリーです。朝食バイキングは31階の展望レストランで。眺めもよく食事も種類豊富で美味しいです。近隣に3か所ショッピングモールがあり、大体のものは買ったり、食べたりできます。

Good Hotel located in one of the commercial & business hub south side of Metro Maila. Their restaurant called the Nest provides a very nice 240 degree view of the south metropolis, staff are nice & accommodating, resto has live band performance on weekends. Parking is somewhat limited though.

Amazing place, best customer service. Was in a lift with a staff and when the lift wouldnt go as it was overweight, the staff stepped out for us. Amazing hospitality. The rooms are clean and with signs that the rooms were once old, now referbished to be modern and amazing. The artwork gives a better feel to the rooms. A must stay if you are visiting.

The Nest on the top floor has a smoking area. The Nest still has that upscale feel. a lot of Caucasian and businessmen frequent the place. A jazz band keeps patrons entertained.

FRONT DESK - we were ask to wait since we arrived 2pm past and housekeeping is still cleaning the room, there was a next guest came and a few minutes they were given their key, i followed up and thats the only time they told me that, only small towels are lacking and it will be delivered in a few moment, they gave the key but the towel didnt arrived, so only two worn out towels are in the bathroomRECEPTIONIST at THE NEST Restaurant (the girls wearing very light blue uniform) - i went up around 5pm and asking for a reservation for 3, she told me that up to 8pm they are fully booked, my family went up again around 7pm with again our intention is to reserve since we will eat around 9pm with our casual clothes on but wearing the hotel slippers since we will just inquire, the lady again told us that they are fully booked and take chances as a walk in for them to accommodate us, when we checked the area, only few tables are occupied, and she uttered slippers are not allowed, i told her that we will not enter we are just inquiring for the reservation, so we are already frustrated and a bit disappointed on the way she handle us, told her we will just call before we go down to make sure that we will just go down if we are assured that we will be accommodated. 8pm we called and asking for table for 3 then suddenly they said YES there is available, we are surprised on how they handle guests.BREAKFAST TIME - same venue THE NEST a lot are wearing a hotel slippers

Great Hotel! Their buffet is to die for. Went there for an event. The staff were very friendly. I also went for a function (ball) there at vivere and dare I say it was superb, very professional and the lobby was extremely fancy. The only downside about this hotel is that the drop off area there isnt really much of a drop off its more of a just the side of road kind of thing so it was hard when being dropped off.

Vivere Hotel is an elegant place. I love the ambience and the food at The Nest. The view overlooking Laguna Bay is breathtaking. I also like the efficient cutomer service of the staff.

Great views specially from the Nest restaurant, spent 4 days in the hotel and I think it was a great option, staff is great and nice.

The staff are nice and very accomodating. They have pool and Gym that can be used guest. They have nice view at pool and at their restaurant which is The Nest.

Comfy and affordable. A great place to stay with your family.Very near the mal also.

我帶我爸爸來阿拉邦玩，因為原本訂的房間check in 時間已經過了，所以只好換一間住宿，所以換到這間入住時間是星期五半夜2點，所以特別有跟櫃檯人員確認退房時間是什麼時候，櫃檯還很明確跟我說星期六中午，我聽到後還是再次確認星期六中午，櫃檯說對星期六中午，結果隔天中午卻要求我們退房，我就請認識的朋友（會講菲律賓話）幫忙確認一下，明明是說星期六中午啊，結果跟我說是晚上的人員說錯時間……，這個我直接給0分，而且房價那麼貴，東西不是配備很好，真的是吐血

滞在2週間が経過して新たなトラブルが起こりました。浴室に掛けて有った個人用の体を洗う色付のタオルが無くなりました。 問題を伝えた後に、探すとの連絡が一度ありましたが、その後何の連絡もない。 客の所有物を紛失しておいてこの対応はホテルとしてはあり得ない事。 色々なホテルを利用してきましたが、この様な問題や対応に遭遇したのは初めてです。 あまりにもレベルが低くて注意する気力も無くなりました。以下は最初の投稿ホテルの立地は近くにショッピングモールが有り便利です。 全体的なスタッフの接客態度も良い方ですが、下記のような不具合が有ったので評価を下げます。チェックイン初日に室内のセーフティーボックスが作動しなかったので、電池切れの可能性有りと電話で伝え対応を依頼。 1時間ほどの所用を済ませ出先から帰ると電池が外され室内にレターがあり「電池切れですが、電池の在庫が無いので明日対応します」との事。仕方なく１日我慢することに。翌日、確認すると電池は入っているが、動作しないので、レターを持参してフロントに出向き対応を依頼。その翌日、今度こそ直っていることを期待していましたが、動作せず。再度フロントに事情を説明して、直しに来てもらい電池切れとの事ですが、やはり新品電池の在庫が無く中古？の電池に交換してやっと使える様になった。電池交換に３日も掛かるとはお粗末です。 不便な三日間でした。

Nice service from the parking area up to the restaurant. I attended an event at one of the restaurants.

We had a good stay. I booked a two bedroom for me and my friends and had to book another room on the same day. I was pleased that they were able to accommodate. The only thing I noticed was that the elevator wait was pretty long. The elevators were too busy to cater to all the guests and so there were also delays with luggage up or down services.

Love the rooftop dining and music. Love the lounging area at the lobby. The staffs polite and courteous. However, awfully hot at the hallway cause aircon being turned off,

Ive been to this property before. They have always given me satisfaction during my stays. Altogether they provide better than average service and amenities. Thank you for the hospitality accorded to me.

Nice place to stay, with good service and free shuttle bus service in the neighborhood.

Good location. Shuttle service within Alabang is very convenient. Staff are always helpful. However, if parking lot is full, you’ll have to cross the other side of the hotel to park, then walk back.

Just dont go Valentines Day or New Years Eve because parking and meal options basically vanish and its hard to compete with everyone plus weddings. Otherwise, 5 star favorite.

Fantastic apartment hotel. Great staff and service. Great views from the dining room level and an open air section.

Good food, cozy place and nice music.

First time to be checked in and somehow quite disappointed with the room that we had. Says the hotel is 5-star but as we went inside our room, the door is old with the paint fades away, the curtains had some stains and can be easily seen as the color is white, the tiles in the bathroom had rusts on it. Buffet is only for breakfast and only few selections for food. I rather suggest people to go in the evening to have a nice jazz music and have some cocktails and drinks. The lunch and dinner are served ala carte and unfortunately not a fan of it as I was looking forward for a buffet style as well. I give this hotel 3 stars but the hospitality that the employees exceeds my expectations so it would be 4/5.

We Love the cleanliness, ambiance and ordeliness .,But we did not like the food..some of the food are Salty and the fruits are not that fresh anymore in our breakfast buffet..we Love the attentiveness of the staff

This a great hotel for extended stays. Rooms are large and modern. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly and professional.

The hotel it self is 5 star for me.. Staffs are great well trained...great bar at the 31st..expensive but worth it.. Nice set up..only problem is when i enter the parking lot at the 3rd floor the design of the driveway is very slippery..specially when rainy seasons.. my tires are sliding to decend..much better for this driveway is rough surface not gloss painted..

The hotel was awesome. Staff was very helpful and very professional. My friends wedding was held there recently. I liked the food except dor those veggie deserts but all in all good job for a 5 star service.

Loved the hotel and staff. Only stayed here for one night then moved to a different hotel but i definitely kept comparing the other hotel to this one. Breakfast is better than Accacia because they have a proper fruit section that i adore! Staff are friendlier here too!

A great modern facility, with Festival Mall across the street. The staff were all professional. Next time I will stay longer to enjoy the hotel more. The airport was only 18 minutes drive by Skyway. The only negative of the area was Globe cellphone service (not a criticism of the hotel) was terrible - I am uncertain how this is even possible given the corporate high rises outside the hotel’s door - but keep this in mind when trying to book a Grab it took forever for me to book then the driver had difficulty getting enough signal to start my trip to the airport.

Will give a detailed review tomorrow. Just checked in. So far all is well. Nice view in a corner suite at the 29F. Food is good. Family very much loved the suite.First thing I noticed was the lobby not crowded eventhough the place was fully booked. Had me a nice basement parking slot. Staff was courteous.Stayed in their 29F 2 bedroom suite. It was fantastic. Family was quite surprised. Daughter did her jumping thing on the bed. Both bedroom had a toilet and bathtub. Master bedroom had a shower room. There is a kitchen. We had a corner room and had a great view of Laguna de Bay.Swimming pool is located at the 4F. Depth was 4 feet and no kids pool Daughter had to settle on the bathtubs at our room which was good so we can keep an eye on her. There is kids play room at the 8F. Big and clean. Its near their Spa and Wellness area.Family took a late lunch on the The Nest at the 31st. Its nice but what I loved the most was the grilled chicken sandwich. Really really loved it. The smell of the grill. The taste. loved it.The gym is located at the 31st as well and I did my usually exercise. There is a small sauna room which can accommodate 4 persons comfortably.The buffet breakfast was very good. There is sushi, cereals, congee, ramen, pan cakes, assorted desserts. I like their bacon.The tiny bump we experienced was one of the three elevator bogging when we were about the check out. Since we were at the 29F, we did not suffer as much as the other lower floor occupants. Staff explained the issue and could see that they were doing what ever they can to sort out the problem.Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

I got a 2 bedroom unit but maid left only 2 coffee packets in the kitchen. Hotel should provide coffee packets for at least 3 adults because we checked in as 3 adults. The rest of our stay was ok but this mundane thing was irritating.

Vivere is a condotel. Nice spacious rooms, usually with a masters bedroom with T &B and an extra room and another T&B at the living room. Almost excellent sleeping quality, soft pillows and comfortable beds. A kitchenette with stove, microwave oven and a full size ref. Delicious and varied-menu breakfast at the top floor. Close proximity to a big shopping malls.

The service is good, room are clean, the food is good too and the staffs is very polite and helpful. During the week they have jazz live music Wich is nice to ear when you have dinner or have some drinks on the top floor.

An classy high-rise with the feel of a luxury condominium with its newly-renovated rooms with a view of greeneries and the Laguna Lake, recreational facilities, and great food at the roodeck restaurant.

Beautiful place... Bad thing is we need to go down to go to comfort room since the comfort room at the 2nd floor is under renovating. My advice they should done it after an event. The takeout was place in microwaveable... Thumbs up for that.

I stayed in Hotel Vivere for 50 Nights, Its my 1st experience..... amazing hospitality (specifically in initial days / new clients), rooms are well maintained, room services are so quick....My experiencei) live kitchen : seen while booking, but not available in room when I reached, then they made the kitchen setup in my room looking on the long stay.ii) washing machine: No, its not available in roomiii) Mini bar: Yesiv) TV: yes, 32, only few channels availablev) Breakfast: Included, continental buffet

The GM, Ms. Elvi, saw us waiting in line for check-in while I was carrying my one year old and some baby stuff. She rushed to the reception area to expedite our check-in, gave us a room upgrade beside the playroom, and gave us cake to celebratr my birthday. Now thats a good service.

I enjoyed my stay for one night, very clean and good ambiance, the food was great and has plenty of varieties to choose from and all the staffs are accommodating, friendly and always greet/serves you with a smile.i definitely recommend it. God bless!
