POOR SERVICE. Pinag expect kami na ready na yung food pero hindi pa pala nagagawa kasi nagloko yung system nila. So nag sinungaling pa para lang makapaghintay kami. Almost 1HR na bago kami nakakain. Matataray pa mga crew.

Ok ang food pag dine in and staff ok naman, pero pagka take out palpak laging may kulang, laging may mali.. Sana maayos para hindi kayo masira sa costumer

Buffalo wings was raw and still had blood in the bones. Gave it back and they re cooked. Came back burnt. Bad quality chicken. Pasta was flat and just smothered with cheap cheese. Roast beef was too dry and under seasoned. Java rice was cold and hard. Its basically plain rice with yellow food coloring. T bone and gravy was average. Nachos.. well, nacho king is waaay better.With the prices, I guess I shouldnt complain much.Carinderia quality.

Quality of food is superb! Staff are excellent, they are all accommodating and proactive. Price is very affordable.

Food was delicious but the staff were lacking professionalism and sense of hospitality as if they are from hidden mountains of the Philippines. Im not sure if i will still go back after the cashier did not take our orders properly. We waited for a food that they missed to take down. Poor service though the food was nice.

Poor service, their cashier will say they dont have an item but when a kitchen staff was asked they have it available. They also have a lot of thing unavailable on their menu, their red iced tea for example, pata ect. I wouldnt waste my money on here, other restaurants have better service and they actually have items in stock.

Good and yummy foods..good service

Had dinner tonight, ordered a starter na Chicharon Bulaklak. The starter arrived after the main were delivered. Also, there was no intestine on it which makes the so called bulaklak and it was super makunat. Manager informed with only an apology. Disappointed.

Poor service. my son was asked to leave after 30 minutes of waiting for us in one if their tables . when we arrived, we were given the look by the lady owner of their Cainta branch. Our food were serve in batches.The last one arrived after several follow ups and only after cashier approach saying that 3 of our orders were not “punched” in their system, yet they kept saying “parating na raw yung order”.Taste of the meal we consumed was below expectations. better pa sana sa carenderia na lang kami kumain. Waiters though was the lone star in our first and last trip to this resto.

Troopers is famous for its menu with a cheaper price and unli rice. The menu here is very different from common fastfood. If you want something different but in cheaper you really need to try this resto. But dont expect to much to place and service since it always pack of customers. :)

Their food is nice but they some of their food on their menu is not available.

There was a time that i was addicted to Troopers. But then my focus got swayed to a different steakhouse but as the old saying goes, you may wander and get lost, but you will always go home.

Good and affordable food. Crews were very accomodating, maybe the cashier was not that entertaining some customers. Lol. But bringing your fam and loved ones with you will bring out the good side of the food!

Place is ok, very friendly parking assistant but the last time we visits the area the food is so dissapointing cause you will take the old oil they use to fry their foods. I think they need to check on that as well as the greese on the fried food, beyter if they will put it first to paper towel so that it will sift dirst the excess oil.

I love the pesto pasta! Price-wise, very economical.
