Such horrible customer service. Also I asked for the beef stew meal displayed at their door. Apparently it was Spicy Korean Beef Stew. They gave me plain beef stew. It was such a bad imitation of whatever they were trying to make. Forgot to take a picture of it from my utter disappointment. The fried chicken used to be great too. Now its not even crunchy. Just hard. Couldnt taste the honey citrus-ness.

Very bad experience from the staff. I order c1 they were given me chicken and then i ask where is my french fries, the girl look at me not smiling and say wait lang. Should conduct good manner training for that girl. Fuuuuh!I will never come back to eat here again.

Really? Is a place like this still allowed by SM Management to exist? Don’t they conduct sanitary inspections here? The place positively reeks of kid barf, with tables of half-eaten food lying around uncleared (so imagine the flies), in a dining area so cramped you have to walk sideways all the way around the resto, and along the way, you get a clear view of the commissary or kitchen and see all the dirt! The cashier is either too exhausted or just so dimwitted that she cannot grasp orders. People go up the counter to complain that their food hasn’t arrived after a long wait. The cashier says the ice cream machine is broken, but when you insist, since it was part of a bundle order, they provide it anyway— so they were lying the first time round? They advertise beef stewas an appetizer but you cannot order it without rice and drinks. To top it all, the main food in the menu is chicken but they have empty soap canisters in the wash area! So how are we going to handle that chicken? This is a disgrace of a branch to the overhyped Bonchon brand. I have said this about restaurants before: avoid this like the plague, because it might just give you the plague.

My experience on this store was underwhelming. They served our food but it took around 1 hour for a simple order. Will never eat on this branch again.
