Sayang worth one thousand hinde naman na deliver yung pagkain pero sa inyo deliver at bayad na mga hayop animal wala pa kayong hotline para makausap para sa refund ng voucher galing sa sodexo

Magandang araw po. nais ko lang ipaalam sa inyo yung ginagawa ng isa naming kasamahan na si Mary Jhoy Mahiya na labag sa patakaran ng foodpanda, sana po maaksyunan niyo ito dahil ito ay labis na nakakabahala, icacancel ang order pero idedeliver pa din ang order sa mismong cs at ito ay papabayadan pa din niya, ang ending walang kinita si foodpanda kundi siya lang ang kumita dahil ang cancel order ay pinabayadan pa din niya sa cs samantalang si foodpanda nagbayad ng cancel order sa vendor, sana po maaksyunan niyo ito dahil nakakabahala ang mga ganitong gawain dahil kung magpapatuloy ang ganitong gawain ay posibleng malugi si foodpanda dito sa area ng san pedro. Regarding naman po sa pick up drop ay yung pagcomplete niya ng order kahit di pa nakakarating sa cs yung order ay iddrop na niya yung order para pasukan agad siya ng order, malakas po loob nito na gumawa ng kalokohan dahil pinagmamalaki niya may kilala siya sa opisina ng foodpanda, Sana po magawam niyo ng aksyon ang ganitong gawain. Bastos ang driver! Sila pa ang galit, sila naman ang mali hindi muna chinecheck ang address bago umalis ng store. Tapos tatawag sayo na out of their way daw ang place mo kaya icancel mo na lang at ireorder na lang.

Worst. Nagpadeliver kami tas after 2 hours wala pa status update. Nagchange ng rider on the middle of delivery? Hindi pa macontact phone number na naiprovide pati customer service waiting pa. Mag grab na lng.

Sa ibang bahay deniliver order ko.. tapos indi pa kinuha name nung nag received eh di ba SOP yun alangan naman katukin ko kapitbahay at tanungin kung nakuha nila order ko!!! Disappointed! Lagi na lang 1.5 to 2.5hrs nag antay ng delivery. Last order ko na to sa inyo! Sana may competitor na kayo soon para naman ayusin nyo service nyo!!! Kainis!

I tried to order from Shakey’s SM lanang however when i was doing the payment it was saying the payment was unsuccessful then tried again only to find out i was already charged and sad to say my order got cancelled then I emailed their customer support and they were saying that It wasn’t charged but I got the notification that it was already charged as (UAE banks always do).I kept on explaining in my mail regarding the deducted amount but they were saying the same thing that it wasn’t charged.thought this app was amazing as it was initially doing well with my previous orders.Promise not to order again after this incident.

So poor service they deduct my account twice but shows in their apps about my order not successfull I paid twice for the food order but I received only one now I dont know how it happens I guess Im not the only person experienced this kind of situation they get money from nothing I hope someone will raised this issue to the authority...

Happened yesterday I placed an order via my debit card but never get the food. How come this company cant resolved this kind of problem. No refund? Wow. Never used this app anymore. Loose money for nothing. Bad experience with you.

Foodpanda has the WORST customer service! I placed an order, paid using my card to make sure my order will be delivered. Just 5 minutes after placing, FoodPanda cancelled my order!!! They said refund will take 5 to 7 business... At this moment July 9, 2020, is on its 11th day but still no refund has entered my account.Scammers!

Worst customer support I ever got.I’m ordering food from you twice a day for half a year, today my order got picked and sent to the wrong person... customer support called me and asked if I want to rearrange or to cancel, which I answered to rearrange for 10 times, NOT TO CANCEL but after 1.30 hours my delivery suddenly got canceled..

I use the service a lot but if there was any alternative I wouldnt ever use it again, its mind boggling how bad their support is, so many times you get screwed by your order being cancelled an hour later, getting wrong food, and then good luck getting the refund because the support wont give you the receipt # to present to your bank

Since 3.5 weeks ago, I have submitted an application to become a restaurant partner and all I have gotten was the same statement, (whenever, we are asking for an update) – “we will be getting back to you” - but you guys have never did that at all. The response to such inquiries, should always be coupled with a timeline and not just a motherhood statement. The application to become a restaurant partner is so daunting that one might just move their business to another online food ordering marketplace, what more for those who want to spend money ordering food from you. Very inefficient!!

Bad service. Waited 1hr for the delivery (estimated delivery time was 35mins as advertised) only to be cancelled in the end. Dealt with the issue with the customer service for 30mins and no solution was offered. I wont recommend.

Food panda delivery sucks! My milk tea orders were spilled in the plastic bag they came in. So unhygienic! Driver said the road was bad! Should have not paid for them at all!

Tried giving their service a second chance but it failed me gain. Both times,food were not delivered to me properly. Your app should let consumers contact the riders directly. Even the customer service is slow. Grab delivery charges more for a reason.
