Spaghetti all time fave ko dito. Saktong sakto luto ng pasta and lasa ng sauce. Pizza, mojos and chicken pop din. Pati yung mozzarella stick nila panalo lalo na pag mainit. Dagdag mo na din yung cucumber shake nila. ️

No softdrinks available besides homemade ice tea.I ate mozzarella sticks as starter and they came just a little warm. I asked to heat it properly to have melted mozzarella. They bring it back after 5 minutes and it was still hard inside.The pizza was okay. Will not go back there.

The place was spacious but felt a bit “dark”. May need to be renovated soon to accommodate more lighting (natural or artificial). Great handwash system though.

Ive Order for 3boxes but we only receive 2boxes from Buendia Branch. My brother is the one who accepted the order w/o knowing that it should be 3 boxes. Once Ive went down from the 3rd flr thats the time that Ive questioned my brother why is it only 2 boxes and the delivery guys was no where to be found. Its so disappointing especially were celebrating Mothers day. The trunkline number that Ive called told me that someone will contact me. Ive waited for almost 2 hours but still havent receive any call. I tried to call them again , unfortunately the branch is already closed due to ECQ.

Typical shakeys store which is somehow has an easy access to commuters. With regards to the service crew hmm Im not quite happy because theres one time that I asked for a glass of water those that I asked just nod and forget. Sad

They have Fast service here. The staff are very courteous, helpful and patient. Place is clean and quite. They have a function room for events. Food is as expected from shakeys, good thin crust pizza, crispy chicken and mojos for the win. They have a bunch of promos for certain dishes, dont forget to ask. Restroom is ok, not sparkling clean but good enough to use.

The fact that it is near to my office. The quality and quatity of the food is great. They have a good customer service.

Staffs are not attentive and inefficient. Theyll make you wait and youll even have to follow up on simple requests such as water, utensils, etc. Manager seems to not care as well.

Few people... not so crowded with ample parking but not covered. Nice and pretty waitress

Me and my son went there for a bite, I was telling my son how I used to go to shakeys when I was much younger and felt so proud of the place, a lot of good memories at Shakeys! But this particular branch turned out to be different! We were not dressed up when we went there as we have traveled from the province of Laguna and one look at us and the manager Alan or Allen said umulan ba? Meaning is it raining ? He asked this question at least 3 times to one of his staff who did not reply as it was insulting and disrespectful to us! It was insinuating that we just came in because of the rain! Then he made us wait for a table and attended to a family who came after us! Then we waited for at least 20 minutes without anybody coming to ask us for our order, by then I was getting impatient so I called him over and instead he sent a trainee to take our order and the said staff did not know his products! The treatment we received was totally unforgivable! He should have not been a manager of such a prestigious restaurant! The only saving Grace was one of the supervisors who after I asked him the name of the manager must have sensed something was wrong started to assist us in a very friendly and professional manner!

This is a great place. Good and fast service. Medyo limited parking space so there may be so waiting time for a vacant parking spot. Last time we were there, one of the staff used her discount card so that we can get a discount on our bill. No service charge so that its up to you to leave a tip for the service that you received.

One of the best pizza house in the Philippines. I like th calamares, mojos and chicken too. I also like the ambience of the place as it is not too bright.

Good crust and flavorful toppings. We took advantage of the BPI promo entitling us to free Shakeys pizza. Shakeys Buendia pizza is better than the one near our place in Diliman. Sorry guys, have to give you this feedback so you will improve your product.

Big branch, plenty of parking spaces front side and back, has an events place for small events. Toilet is clean enough.Mojos is my favourite at Shakeys.Carbonara is very normal.Fried chicken is also ok.Pizza crust sometimes gets burnt, but has some great tasting pizza like the Scallops and Garlic and cheese.

Parking for around 6 cars available. I was able to claim 6 free pizzas at once (thank you BPI). Staff are friendly and attentive. Maybe more advertisement and flyering to fill the place up could help populate the branch

Shakeys Buendia - A street cat is munching on the leftovers on the plates beside ours though separated by a glass wall, my wife tried to tell two waiters/waitresses but they did not seem to care about it. we are bothered by it since its just like eating beside the dirty cat... i have nothing against the cat, but i guess you can also imagine what if... that same dirty cat also used our plates previously. Anyway we finished eating together with the cat outside and i just withheld any tip... i dont thjnk they deserve it tonight... Feb 24, 2019.

My friend and I stopped by for a quick lunch after a visit from the nearby veterinary clinic. As a kid I remember going to Shakeys and just devouring those delightful mojos (circles of potatoes from heaven!). What more can you sk if you got bunch of lunch that has all the great food combination in your meal. Imagine my surprise that it seems there are a lot more on the menu entrees this time and wow who has time to enjoy every single one! Highly recommended!

This place is great for families. It has a bar and grill vibe to it. The furniture, the widescreen high definition TVs, the lighting, etc. The place also has ample parking at the back.

Shakeys branch that has parking at the back but I was hoping he staff was much more attentive. Theres a big TV that was showing the NBA playoffs that is such a big plus for me. Not a big fan of Shakeys but I will go back if friends invited.

One the best shakeys outlet to visit. Very accommodating staff. And I think their stair lighting stands out at night compared to other shakeys store..

Dont ever try to eat at this place if youre looking for good service. We ate here with my family and the service crew, all of them(!), Are very unattentive. They seem to ignore you on purpose when you are trying to get youre attenion. When they serve the chicken and mojos they didnt even gave us plates so we had to wait a long time again before we can eat. Management should really look at this cause this is by far the worst shakeys crew i have ever been to

Most of the servers were IDLE. Food that was served was already cold. Slow service crew even when the establisment wasnt fully booked. Lots of tables were unoccupied and yet the waiting queue was long like the restaurant was fully booked.
