Poor service. Napaka bagal tapos kulang kulang pa yung orders namin. Nakakawalang gana kumain.

Friendly staff at parati kami nananalo ng toy sa machine nila.

Antagal magserve, Ilang ulit ako humingi ng plato para sa mga bagong dating na guest. Anubis na ng mga nauna ang food Wala pang plates ang mga bagong dating. I need to order another foods for them. Pano naman gutom na uli ang first batch Di PA nakakain ang 2nd batch. Eh may 3rd batch pa. Ang good for 12 kinain ng 5.

Service is fast even if youre going to order via delivery. I love their pizza (while its still hot). My favorite flavor is Pizza Bianca. The buy one take one promo (with free 1.5 L Coke) is 100 % awesome - well if you have SuperCard of course.I never had any problem with their service except for the special request that I always make on all my delivery transactions- (bring extra ice) ... they never bring one.

The server was very accommodating and attentive to my needs even though I was dining for one. He even suggested a better deal for me.

Their Chino Roces Branch is a good Shakeys Branch here in Makati. Parking is quite a challenge here as it is located between two roads. I loved the ambiance here. Overall, the resto was clean. Food is great as usual. Staff is very efficient and Service is great.

The pizza was okay the service was poor, dispite the place being half empty. What I dislike the most was the cracked glass of water, and the chip on the plate very unhygienic. Milkshake was nothing to write home about, could have made it myself and do a better job.I did order vinalla milkshake but got strewberry instead, I did ask the staff to change it to my original order. However I still got strewberry mixed in with my vanilla shake.

The staff is friendly and accomodating hut they do not have a waiting area for the customers that is waiting

Pleasant and patient service even on the last redemption day of a BPI tie-up! Very open to customer request on packaging for take-out. I brought my own containers and I loved the absence of any reaction in the form of surprise, resistance, or ridicule. Staff were in good spirits even after the rush hour and rain.

Very clean place with friendly staff. Usually full with guests and you might have to wait for getting a table. The pizza and chicken wings are very delicious. They usually have lot of promo offers running on group dining. They accept card and deliver to almost all the parts of metro Manila. Also you should try the ice tea here.

Service time is long, food serving takes 30 minutes, beverage is following after we ate.kids from the street enter the restaurant to steal the food and no staff stopped them.Even though there is a shakeys manager here, she doesnt know what service has been provided and doesnt care the service.I wont visit this branch ever and I am sure you will eat food with the poorest service if you visit.Please see this review Shakeys headquarter and manage well. This kind of service should not be provided from the big brands.

Spacious, friendly staff, fast service

Two star for the service and food. Ive ordered mushroom soup but it tasted like a butter soup, I was confused if its really mushroom soup tho. How sad I and my friends didnt enjoy to dine here, even the dessert that my friend ordered didnt serve together with the food he even told that our order would be served altogether. And for the manager big thumbs down who didnt take an action, how rude.

Place is old but clean and open 24/7. Staff are friendly. Rest room is well-kept. Food is fresh.

If money is paper only. Always opt for thick crust.

If you have time to lose its ok, I eat a lot of shakeys but its the worst. For the staff they turn their heads and avoid serving you I will not go back, very lazy staff who work very slowly 2 hours to eat pizza lol

This Shakey’s Pizza Parlor is open twenty four hours a day. They serve the best thin crust pizza in the Philippines. We always order the manager’s choice pizza and the Hawaiian pizza. They also serve fried chicken and mojos (fried potato slices) which is a meal on to itself. You.Can also order salads, pasta and ice cream. They also serve milkshakes and draft beer.They have exceptional staff here, they are very helpful and when you have a craving in the middle of the night, this branch is open on those wee hours.

Really enjoyed the food, my eyes were buldging with the amount of food served up at 2 am (lol)

Location is beside a gas station with ample parking space for customers. Crew is accomodating. They aslo have a claw machine where kids can play to win a stuffed toy.

I went to Shakey’s in Makati on Fathers Day. The staff tried, the building functioned ok, and the wait could have been worse.I was impressed with the security. Security seemed professional and competent.The food was delicious. Everything I tried was made to the corporate standard and hit the spot.

Crews are not serving customers well such that when you need some service or assistance they are nowhere to be found. They would even pretend to not see you when you wave at them. Have to personally see their supervisor to complain. I would not really recommend this place. Less you might suffer high blood pressure.it sucks.

They will get your order incorrectly. They did everytime. Clean place. Prompt service.

I had only ever seen shakeys depicted on South Park episodes. I knew it was real but never one nearby. So to be able to eat at one was a treat.

Very spacious with the best restroom. The only area of improvement is the volume of music. Its too noisy.

Service is good but duringbpeak hours or holidays... service slows down due to lack of crew or maybe theier work force management didnt anticipate the holiday volume of customers.

You can trust to have the good Shakeys taste and food. Staff is too busy sometimes and you would have to make a lot of effort to get their attention.

Who knew Shakeys Was better in the Philippines than in the US. Good food, better options, good and fair prices, and pretty good service as well. They even had good hot wings. In Makati
