I love the food actually. May nakatapat na din sa wakas sa chicken ng KFC and Jollibee. I am also a fan ng gravy. need to improve: matagal dumating yung order, di dadating pag hindi nag follow up. Pero that was okay, di naman ako na over lunch.

For me im not hapy..tonigth i waiting my order more than 1 hour..if i will not ask my order he did not know..sory but so not hapy

Update[2021 visit]Tried them again recently and I could taste some improvements in their chicken. There is more flavor in the meat and there was no lansa as before. The chicken was properly cooked but the cajun rings, to me, was a bit overcooked... not a fan of it anyway. Also, their gravy doesnt fit with the chicken. It is too plain like what instant gravy tastes like. But kudos for improving the chicken.[2020 visit]Localized version of Popeyes meaning it has less spices than the original recipe. Only the breading has flavor and the meat esp the breast is bland. And they dont have the cajun mashed potato which is their signature side. The fries also has an aftertaste. Different from the usual Popeyes taste abroad. Might as well named this Popoys to be more Pinoy.

I bought an 8bpc chicken bucket and bought their buy 2 boxes of buy 1 take 1 one promo for biscuit box of 3, for take out, but found out that I was never given the 2 free boxes of biscuit boxes of three.Poor Service in terms of checking the accuracy of the released orders.Date purchased: Sep 29, 2020, 1 PMBranch: Legaspi VillageOrder number: 34

Started on the wrong foot with the arcovia branch months ago. The biscuits are a game changer.

Popeyes was available way back in the late 90s or early 2000s in Farmers Cubao and Robinsons Galleria before they disappeared. Same as back then, I still dont find anything interestingly unique about their chicken, always ended up at KFC or Jollibee more often than them. To compare now, their chicken tastes like Ministop chicken (or a spicy version of Ministop chicken), to be honest. Its not bad, but really nothing great, its a decent fastfood chicken. One thing I liked back then though was their biscuit ala mode but they dont serve it now here which is unfortunate because it was the only way I enjoyed their biscuits, not a fan of plain or the chocolate covered ones now.

Its been here for a little while now, but the place can still get packed every so often. Dine in or Take away, the chicken is good and the Biscuits are a must have. Their staff a friendly and accommodating even during busy crowded hours.

Serving was quite small comparing to its rivals. Crew were mostly novice but they are trying. Food was good.

I am happy that the queue is no longer that long, but even thats the case, the quality of the chicken is consistent regarless of the hype.The staff are friendly too and accomodating even there are a lot of customers.Grab a bucket and thank heavens Popeyes is back! Im a kid again!

Service was fast. The food is good but i find it expensive for its quality.

Does not taste like the Popeyes i used to love, but still a decent fried chicken but not like it used to be.

Organized and good set up for social distancing and infection prevention

Food is ok. Its a signature recipe. However, if youre on an hour lunch break only, its not advisable to visit as theres always a huge crowd and waiting in line, having said that, I never had a correct and complete order in a single serving. Also, you may not want to stay long inside, because they do not have a well ventilation resto. The smell of fried food stick on clothes ang hair... As for the staff, the accommodation maybe depend on the weather. Sometimes they smile most of the time, like a deer in headlights.

Long queue. Nothing special with the chicken. Spaghetti is Filipinize...(its sweet).

Chicken is with blood and raw.. service is not good at all.. hot inside no proper vent.. rice is like an nfa.. spaghetti what a shame.. i dont know how the cook at all

Its kinda small, tight space and a small number of chairs and tables, and also no dedicated parking spaces. But love the food, especially the chicken burger, I highly recommended it

Please put a glass cover or protect the food at the dispatch counter when served for pick up. Customers are lining in front of the food dispatch while the food is exposed to contamination, talking and laughing while the prepared food is waiting for pickup.
