I love KFC but this is not the first time that they made a mistake with my order. I ordered through Food Panda I paid to upgrade the drinks and fixins to large but when I received the order they were all regular sizes. Please make sure to check the food before giving it to the riders.

Tried ordering Wicked Wings Buffalo flavor many times. It was never available.You could at least put a not available sign on the item.

We arrived at around 2am in morning the line was long. we waited for almost 40 mins inline to order our meal. their were only 3 staffs in that shift 1 cashier, 1 manager, 1 crew. the food is still good thou.

Staff Cannot handle peak times. Orders arrive to customers at a late time, lines cannot be managed efficiently, and sometimes the crew gets orders mixed up.

This branch is not issueing any reciept for orders!

Spaceous and clean, food is fast served my only concrern is when I was looking for Zinger it is always 15 mins T.T

Though the area needs renovation, the service crew are friendly and customer oriented

This has to be one of the worst KFC branches.You have to walk up a flight stairs to get to the restaurant itself.The tables are filthy. Almost all tables are filled with left-overs. And I ate past lunch time at 2pm.It took me about 30 minutes to order my meal. We were 6 customers at that time and no bulk orders.The receipt print out has little to no ink that you cant make it out

Terrible service. Ive ordered just 6 pieces of chicken and they wanted to charge me for whole set. After short argue changed the price to different but I know that Ive still overpaid. Never again KFC Jupiter

Worst food i have eaten even in my life. Dirty place and the food was not cooked well. Red chicken. I would not even give this food to animals.

Typical KFC foodwise. Parking space is limited though; difficult to park during lunch rush.

The number of crews are few to accommodate the customers.
