Worst service ever. Placed order for 7 different items. Gave 3 orders tas kinalimutan yung 4. Kelangan pa iremind kase 15mns na wala pa yung ibang order. Ekis yung mga crew member. Magreremind ka ng order parang naiistorbo pa. Plus no hair net habang nasa workstation..

Nice Ilove the Black sugar milktea

The Oreo bingsu was pretty good but the chocolate one tasted very artificial and too sweet. The black sugar milk tea was alright for the price. Larger and cheaper than the alternatives in the area so if youre looking for your milk tea fix then this will do.

Cheaper but better than other bingsu houses. I particularly like the ice shavings that they use, it’s very fine. The servings are good for sharing. Try their injeolme! :)

Best place to hang out with while scooping your fave bingsu. Hope they will serve savory dishes like rice toppings and Korean bread. Matcha bingsu is the bomb!

Love their Bingsu specially the Melon Bingsu. It is soft like your are esting cold cotton in your mouth. Plus, it is not too sweet just the right amount of sweetness.

Seems most of the crew are not properly trained in as good service provider.

We tried to order bingsu at 1030 pm. Store hours says they close at 12am. Seems like theyre lazy to make it na and wash the dishes because they wont accept my our order anymore unless I take it out. How will you take out a Bingsu? Lol

Quite expensive but bingsu is good.

Ordered rice cake, choco bingsu and black sugar milk tea today. Been going to the same store (ground floor area) for more than 5 times since it opened and customer service is really terrible. Counter staff needs to be trained. Really projects bad image to the Company.

We love the ambience and of course the bingsu! Mango cheese, Pat Bingsu, and Injeolmi are the best for me. I also like the vanilla lychee. Customer service can be improved though.

Product is okay but expensive.
