I remember visiting this Cordilleran-inspired, and I believe owned, cafe and it immediately brought back memories of Sagada. Perfect for those who are seeking temporary peace and quiet.

I discovered Satinka from Zomato, while I was looking for vegetarian and keto-friendly eats.Right from walking in the door, the staff members greeted me. It was so nice, and added a personal touch.Food: Got the small chicken garden salad (158 PHP), beet meatballs (250 PHP) with cauliflower rice (additional 80 PHP for the rice) and Vegan Adobo (250 PHP). Everything was amazing and tasted so fresh! And the servings arent itty bitty ones like youd see in most healthy eating joints. Theyre full-sized ones.Drinks: Butterscotch coffee (85PHP). So good.Ambiance: The place is really nice, with good lighting and its super cosy.If I could give this place 10 stars, I would.

I used to love this place but i think its not being maintained and it looks wrecked inside and outside, air-conditioning is weak and all power sockets upstairs doesnt work, i used to get study and work done here before but now I cant stay for long. Unless youve been here before you wouldnt otherwise notice this place. I hope they renovate soon, the food is good even tho some inconsistency with the dishes, if youre a frequent youll definitely notice the quality and portions sometimes vary or change.Update the place for the ambiance, it keeps customer from going back and dont cross cut with the food quality.

Found this hideaway while looking for a cup of coffee. It has two different kinds, the arabica and the robusto. I prefer the robusto personally.Had the Greek style salad with the Greek chicken. Very nice.A little pricey for the average Filipino but well within a foreigners budget. The staff was pleasant and attentive while not being intrusive. Will definitely stop in again while in Makati.

WHERE IS MY DELIVERY????!! YOU PROMISED TO SHIP IT TODAY AND I STILL HAVEN’t HEARD ANYTHING FROM YOU!!!! And whoever i was speaking to in your number was rude! I don’t care if she was the owner, you treat people especially customers with respect! I have been very patient with you!! If she was the owner then the more it speaks of your attitude towards customers. Wala man lang “sorry for the inconvenience”. Parang pinapalabas nyo pa na ako may mali!!!

So I went here Monday and that’s why the photo has Monday. LolThe place is actually nice and it is kinda themed Segada. They have really nice coffee and the ambience is really good. They serve a great vegetarian food and great drinks as well as smoothies. The place is inspired by mountain province peoducts too. Maybe because the owner is from mountain province. It’s a good place to hang out with friends inside the city especially in Makati and the price is actually cheap compared to other vegetarian restaurants. Also, the staff are really friendly.

Gourmet food is good but its PRICEY. Organic food doesnt have to be that expensive. I love the place and the artsy vibe it projects though.
