Jusko yung spaghetti isang kalahating hotdog lang, tapos yunng sauce parang isang tablespoon lang, yung fries onting utot na lang unsalted na. I asked for salt. Pero wala din daw. The crews are okay naman. Yun food lang gutom na gutom na kasi ako e. Di na ko nakapag reklamo

Very dissappointed and very poor quality. Its our first time eating here w/ my boyfriend at Mcdonalds Guadalupe tapos ganito agad. We ordered spaghetti chicken and 1pc chicken w/large fries yet ang lamig ng binigay samin na chicken. So we decided na papalitan nalang ng mainit, nkakainis lang papalitan nalang ang bagal pa, umabot sguro ng 15mins. Sympre kakagaling ko lang din work at gutom na tapos ganitong service pa ibibigay nyo. So ayun na nga after palitan malamig pa din. Ano na mcdonalds guadalupe? Ganyan ba tlga service nyo? Pakiayos nalang po.nakakadala na umulit. Tapos ang mga crew prang wlang pakialam sa mga customers.

Napakabagal mg service niyo. Ilang tao na nagsasabi at naguupdate sa gravy niyo saka ininform kayo na baka sira pero balewala pa din. bingi yung crew niyo na lalaki sa lobby na nakasalamin. Halos 20 minutes na kami nagaantay na maayos nila yung gravy dispenser. Tanggalin niyo mga bingi na crew di yan nakakabilis ng service.

Yung crew na babae dyan sa GY, sobrang bagal kumilos.inuna pa mga nakapila sa likod kesa sa harap niya.

Mcdo is one of my fav fastfood chain..however,my recent visit quite not good kasi parang di na naging consistent.. i bought chicken ala king,hilaw ang rice (not mistaken 3 orders in a week ). Then that following week i order chicken sandwich para sobrang na fried ang patty dahil matigas at do ko nalalasahan yung chicken.. but hopefully they improve sana.. masarap pa namang tumambay sa store nila while eating your fav food..

Accessible place to go because its located near public maeket where people used to go in a daily basis. But staff needs to improve on friendliness and cheerfulness. In short, poor customer service.

This is 24-hour fast food, be aware that the entrance during wee hours is beside the take-out counter, during day-time this is a crowded fast-food but with ample seats to accommodate they have seats up to the 2nd floor and even have seats onto the side of the mall hallways.During the wee hours they have a few staff so expect a delay in service around 5-10 minutes depending on how complex the order or how unusual you ordered on the menu.Fast service: 4/5 (daytime). However during Graveyard shift: 3/5Courtesy of Staff: 4/5Cleanliness: 4/5 (daytime). However during Graveyard shift 2/5 (there are tables with left by other customers and forgot to bus their mess)

Opens early. There are times that the knife was unavailable during breakfast time. Ventilation varies per area inside (sometimes it will be warm inside). Ample space although can easily get crowded and fairly lit by small lights. ~4-5 counters only with small space for lining up. Service is quick.

The line was about three people long and only one cashier was open and the orders took a while but it still gets five stars from me because:1. They are open 24 hours, which is always a plus.2. It was around 1 AM already so its understandable to reduce the staff because there are also fewer customers.3. The cashier seemed to me like she was giving genuine smiles to her customers. :-)4. Their bathroom was clean.

I like that they serve my food so fast.

Delivery for this branch took more than 1 hour. EXPECT Long Lines when you dine in. We deserve more. Look they dont even listen. Just Look at the past 5 or so reviews before me and see if they ever responded. They didnt.

POOR SERVICES, due to not adopting new technology of punching order machine and lack of assembler station, I highly recommend to upgrade the counter station seperated in assembler stations like other NEW DEVELOP MCDONALD to elliminate iirate client and proper taking order, if you choose to not UPGRADE THE SERVICES YOU OFFERED you will faces more consequence and that is LOSSING MORE INCOME and will lessen the integrity of MCDO in fast services offerred because it will mark in you costumers mind that MCDONALD IN GUADALUPE has poor services and slow taking orders it will not called FAST FOOD rather SLOW FOOD TAKER take initiative to adopt the latest innovations for your higher income. One bad experience shouldnt have made me rate the store this low. But one of the staff was so rude, he shouted at my girlfriend saying that customers are not allowed to refill a courtesy cup with free gravy refill. Well in our defence, its the only thing available to put our refills with. And it does not say that were not allowed to use courtesy cups anyways.

The store has clean environment, nice ambiance and very accomodating crew especially counters and service crews.

Very,very poor service, very late food deliver from kitchen to counter, rude counter crew. One of the crew heard me and said they only few crew and I said the manager should know. Since all the time this branch is always under service crew even on peak hours.Me and my children have to wait almost 30 minutes after taking my order.Calling Mc Donalds HR, please improve the service on this particular branch.

The worst branch of McDonalds Ive been to. Cashier is under-manned, and they dont care about good service. The order also takes very long to arrive, considering this is a fast-food chain.

Poor customer service, long queuing lines and long preparation time , ordered 2pc chicken but the other pc was under cooked (spitted it out on my plate due to odd taste). Eventhough it was replaced, but still wheres the standard quality procedure on this branch? Isnt observed properly?

McDonalds Guadalupe Mall is ok. The food is the same as other branches. It may need more cashiers at times because it can get crowded. Sometimes they fail to clean right away so customers wait to have their tables cleaned. The second floor is used by customers who stay for a long time or those who conduct business meetings so it is also not so clean. The managers try to help the cashiers to keep the lines shorter but sometimes it doesnt work. The take out counter is an extension of the main kitchen so expect to wait till the food is ready from the main kitchen. The surrounding area could also use some improvement in terms of cleanliness and safety especially at night.

Very popular here in our place aside frm the other competitor food nearby.

Staft are accomodating...but a bit disappointed because our iced coffee has no straw

Really really poor service. we ordered a lot of food for an event (worth around Php10,000), and it took them an hour before they delivered it. the branch manager was also non responsive. he promised to call us, but he never did.

Crowded... Staff are not accomodating and the burger is not tasty..

One of the more disappointing branches of McDonalds. Ate here several times already and was consistently met with poor service. There are times that there will be no cashiers or staff attending to the counter even when there are a lot of people lined up. The last time i ate here, the cashier was too tired (or too lazy) to void an item on my order (she punched in the wrong item) and was already asking me for payment without fixing the order on the POS. I dont mind paying the extra 20 pesos to get my order right, but i need it to display correctly on the display so i get the right receipt. Also so im sure theyll give me the right order. She didnt void the wrong item until i clarified why she was not voiding it. It took her a while too. While she was taking her time to void the item another staff already prepared the wrong item that she was supposed to void. (poor kuya) Then after the order was rectified and displayed the right amount, i paid for it, then asked for my receipt. There seemed to be some trouble with their printer so they told me theyll just bring it to me after. Was not surprised that even after finishing my meal and even hanging out for a bit longer, nobody approached me to give me my receipt. Didnt ask for it anymore either coz i was trying to be considerate with the long lines already pooled at the cashier area. Think this branch is understaffed or the staff here are not as well trained as others. Lords of the McDonalds franchise chain please fix this!
