Nag complain ako last 6/21/19, Friday via sa fb (messenger) page ng BK PH para sa lousy service ng BK Valero, Makati that morning. Tumawag saken manager na bumalik sa store for some compensation/token of appreciation sa feedback at para makumbinsi na maging customer pa rin nila, nagpunta ako at ang hiningi ko ay Sundae (lang), pero tunaw pa daw balik na lang ako, bumalik ako kahapon lang, ang sabi saken nakarating na daw sa main office ang complain at resolved na daw! takang taka ko kasi di naman ako nag agree na iresolve yun. tumawag saken another store manager, di daw talaga sila nagcocompensate, sorry lang. pumalag ako, area manager na tumawag, yun nga sorry lang din dahil di daw talaga sila nagcocompensate. Ngayon, anong laban ng mga customer niyo sa mga ganitong sitwasyon na laking abalang ginawa niyo at napakawalang kwentang serbisyo niyo! hindi kayo matututo kung di kayo magcocompensate, dahil iisipin niyo wala namang mawawala sa inyo, ayusin niyo man ang serbisyo niyo o hinde! bakit nga naman kayo mag iimprove e kung sorry sorry lang ayos na! kung maulit man, wala namang epekto sa inyo. Yung ibang fast food resto nagbibigay ng compensation, even Jollibee, tapos kayo na mas mahal ang mga pagkain, sorry lang?! na ilang araw lang ganun na naman kayo??!! SHOUT OUT SA BK VALERO-MAKATI, MALUGI SANA KAYO PARA MAWALA NA KAYO JAN!!! Parang bagong gising kumilos mga crew niyo!

Napakadumi! Saka sabi flame grilled? Eh ihahain sayo yung burger na minamicrowave lang!!!!

I ordered a bunless burger and was denied. I dont even requested anything in exchange but just to take off the buns. The manager, with an irritated look on his face, even told me that they will serve me the burger and I can just throw away the buns if I dont want it. Ive been ordering the same at Anabu branch and they are fine with it. How hard would it be on their part if they will just make it bunless if I am willing to pay the same price?

One of the best choices for anyone to have nice fast food burgers and fries and various other food items . The prices are reasonable, hygiene is optimal and the staff is highly friendly and professional too.

Ordered a breakfast product for take out but the products served were too small in quantity.When I reported this to Customer Service, I had to wait over 24hours only to be routed to the wrong store.3 days after the store Im complaining about reached me late at night which is very inconvenient as it was a direct call without any heads up that theyre from the BK.The manager I spoke to was not confident to address my concern and she sounds like she doesnt know what shes doing.Bad experience for me.

For this particular branch, its always full on weekdays especially around lunch time. So, if youre craving for some delicious BK burgers and onion rings, I suggest you go earlier to get a table.

I am not really a fan of BK but I will give it 5 stars because it is a very strategic meeting place.

This is the most useless branch of Burger King Ive been to in Manila. Every time I go theres some problem. Tonight I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting for someone to come to take my order, but all the staff were hiding at the back of the store chatting amongst themselves. I know they could see me standing there but still nobody volunteered to come out to do their job. I just left and went to McDonalds instead. Please Jollibee management, sort out this place because its quite shameful and is tarnishing the Burger King brand.

This BK branch closes early and is rather small. Come here late and you almost have no choice on what to eat. Only what is left. Place is clean though and close to Paseo de Roxas.

People focus in your money, the cashier try to steal some money from me if i didn’t count so wellBK brands that no need to add more about it ,but some employees need to learn the ethics with the customer.

Open till late. good grub. 24-7.

Same everywhere as all Burger King joints. But they are still my preference for burgers over the golden arches.
