I spilled my all breakfast meals by accident. Thanks to the Mcdonalds Crews and Manager who helped and initiatively replaced my meal.

Not bad. Pretty good service at late night vs. other McDos

A lot of flies.. served me with semi melted ice cream. serving of food is not that fast. gave xtra gravy after 5 mins or more. my husband stood there for a long time. no sense of urgency.

They have nice costumer service and during Covid-19 pandemic they make sure everything is clean and sanitize.

Foreign companies inside targeting my burger so many times - the house flies

Service needs to improved, especially cashier knowledge and alertness , ambiance is okay. Not too cold . Restroom is not clean and have a foul odor. Product should always need to double check my fries have a molds already and salty.

It was not even lunch time or rush hour or what when we got there. It was freaking 10pm and the line was looooooong! Why? Because they only opened two counters with very slow crew, like newbies and all!! McDonalds in Reposo and Waterfun Taguig, you are such a disappointment!

How can you really review McDonalds?Ground floor of this place has always been busy but they have a spacious 2nd floor where you can eat quietly.Ive seen a few couples fight, some people play card games, a few networkers recruit new blood, and some business meetings.Ive even had one or two dates here.

Just in a crossing of two busy streets Nicanor and JP Rizal with Jeepney stops also. Very busy MCDONALDS expect waiting time.

The food is well served, the staffs are accomodating and always smiling. I ordered their secrer meal...triple cheese burger. Its sooool yummy and affordable!

We visited Mc Donalds Pateros branch because it has play area for kids. However the play area is not as clean compared to other branches we visited before.

Fast service.. The order was right and the quality looks just like the pictures

Even 1 star is to much for this restaurant. My cheeseburger delux was full of dark brown salad.I get a Rubbish meal for 140php. Never go back & never eat again in mc donalds after this experiance right now. This was to much today!Better eat street food for 10 php each bbq stick than to support this kind of terrible hygenic and trash food in there!

So poor so dirty. The all staff need to change. Or better close it.

A place I usually visit when I just wanted to see the busy street without the noise from outside, Sweet music playing and A perfect view when you’re at the 2nd level sipping coffee or when the weather is hot, best to enjoy a cup of Hot Chocolate Fudge or Mcflurry match perfectly with Fries :-)

Its along the jeepney route, very accessible. Theres no long lines. Customer service is good. Second floor is available during peak hours. Parking space is limited.

Love it because it is near our place and we can use the drive thru for a quick bite/takeaway

Cozy and cold here, id love to stay here to do my paperwork but they barely open the second floor for public that leaves you no choice to stay at the ground flr

I just got in from the airport and was jonesing for a filet o fish. I ordered two because one is never enI ough. The young lady said if would be 6 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and was standing waiting where the young lady told me to stand. I see what I think is my order come up but noone calls out to me. An older man who looked a little down on his luck was joking with the cashier. After he places his order he reaches over and grabs a bag on the counter and reaches his his hand inside. The young lady laughs, takes the bag away and looks at me and says here is your order. I tell her that his man has had his hand in my food. She looked at me like I was making a problem. Finally after a bit she said she would remake the order. I smiled and waved and said have a nice day! I then left. I wonder if the homeless looking guy enjoyed my filet o fish.

Chicken Fillet ala King is so delicious.

2nd floor has better aircon.

Last time I bought fillet ala king in the morning. It was very cold and the sauce has a sour taste. Though I do not raised my concern to the manager since Im in a hurry for work

Weekday crew is fast, efficient and knows their job well, while weekend crew are mostly new, trainees and expect a slight delay from between the two shifts.
