1. Laging walang WiFi.2. Laging hindi magamit yung Starbucks card dito kasi laging offline.3. May mga matapobreng crew. Kapag hindi ka frequent client at pumunta ka dito na nakapambahay ka lang, sesenyasan nila agad yung security nila na tutukan ka na parang akala mo kriminal ka. Maglabas agad ng mamahaling gadget o idisplay agad yung 500 or 1000 na pambayad para tantanan ka ng sekyu nila.4. Yung lumang donuts binebenta pa rin nila. Pwe!

One of the best branches of Starbucks. Lots of chairs despite the the social distancing and a big parking lot. Overall a comfortable place to sit alone or with a friend.

Although we could only order take out, the staff were courteous and attentive to the customer. Its really the service in this place that makes customers come back often. Lots of parking, and clean wash rooms.

Quezon City is still under General Community Quarantine GCQ when I visited Starbucks, Matalino st. but there are eating and coffee places that are allowed to operate. However, they need to follow the strict safety protocols to prevent COVID19 infections.They were strict in the number of people being serviced for social distancing, thus I had to wait outside for my turn. Once I got in, they took my temp and I had to sanitize my hands. I wrote on the info sheet for contact tracing.Service was very fast. They were all very helpful, and kind and will always remind you of the safety protocol.I drank my coffee with my friend and we following social distancing. We were told we can stay only for 1 hour.Once we left, I saw one of cleaning crew sanitize the seats and tables we used.Good job to Starbucks, Matalino st. I felt comfy and safe.

Some of the options were not available and they made me wait for 32 minutes (yes I checked the time). What a waste of time. I will never come back to this branch.

Good coffee, very nice ambiance, very courteous staff, spacious. What I love are the floor to ceiling glass windows. They give you a 360 circumference view of the outsidePlus they hv adorned the outside of the windows with green plants making it easy and relaxing on the eyes. Only drawback is the parking space, though ample enough, when the shop is full, still seems to be wanting. I hv on several occasions parked on the neighboring establishments N just walked my way to the place.

Quite crowded for me.If you have a car, your attention might get called by the guard-in-charge of the parking space in case youre blocking the way out of another car.

This branch is probably the largest Ive seen within Metro Manila with high ceiling and a spacious parking lot. More seats available for the titas of Manila.

Good service. Restroom eas very clean. But the AC couldve been 3x colder.

They dont give water for take out. The management here thinks of their profits which btw is too much.
