Coffee is fine as expected.But I cant give this place more than 1 star. I know this is a coffee house but dont put pizza on the menu if youre going to use ketchup as a base. Whats the head chef thinking? Seriously.

Great drinks, good food, lovely ambience. If you need a place to just chill or study, this is it.

Food was so-so. Service was good. Brewed coffee was disappointing. It lacked flavor and sweetness naturally occurring in ideally roasted coffee. Obviously a dark roast where youll need to put sugar and creamer to mask the bitter burnt taste.

They still serve good coffee. They have a new menu and the food is good. The place needs renovation. And they need to fix that split type aircon. Its too noisy and it feels like sitting on a diesel engine.

Dont get me wrong. I love their coffee but terrible milk steaming by baristas at this branch. Feels like theyre always in a hurry although I always observe them talking amongst themselves.

Youll think its affordable but wait till you see their serving size. Its way too small. Youd have to wait long for you to be served. The place also is warm. If you want to waste your time and money, this is recommended.

My wife and I decided to dine at Figaro Banawe after having enjoyed the food at Figaro Trinoma. But our dining experience here turned out worse. The cashier/order taker was not aware what food were still available so she needed to verify with the manager every single time we gave our choices.The ground floor has limited seating and was full so we had to go up the 2nd floor. Beware to the elderlies and children, the flight of stairs is steep.The 2nd floor has indoor and outdoor seating (smoking area as well). Before i went up, I noticed at least 5 service crew downstairs but not a single one cared to clear our table. They only noticed it when our foods were about to be served.Portion size of my wifes order of fish fillet was ridiculously small, I could not believe they actually let it out from their kitchen. My orders of chicken skewers and salad were adequate though but the rice that came with my chicken was served cold.I actually like their food but on my last two visits to their Figaro branches, service was a major disappointment.

First floor quite small, because of the preparation and cashier counter. At least they have a bigger second floor for more customers.

Food and drinks are awesome..my fave is Beef Tapa Supreme..Pork Tenderloin with pesto sauce is also a must-try

Bad coffee, got the wrong cake and staff tried to charge for it although I immediately sent it back. Long waiting time to be served and to pay.
