Hotel is conveniently located in front of SM The Block and has a direct access/ passage from select floors (3rd to 5th floor). It is also connected to the North Tower, where most of the new food establishments are located. Hotel’s main lobby is located at the 7th floor, so if you have many luggage, I suggest to approach the bellman and ask for help or assistance. Check In process is very easy, keep in mind that you need to present an ID for verification purposes. A P1,000 incidental fee (per room) is required to be surrendered and this will be returned upon check-out.I was with my family during our stay so we’ve booked 2 Standard rooms with free breakfast. Since we are 5, we paid P1,500 for one extra bed which also came with a complimentary breakfast. Their rooms are very nice and clean- classic with a bit of a modern twist. Amenities are complete- they have mini bar, vault, flat iron, ironing board, hair dryer and toiletry set. A few cons: 1. It took a while for the extra bed to arrive. We made 2 follow ups before it was delivered. 2. Water heater will take a while to heat up and it is not even that hot even on continuous usage.Buffet breakfast is at their Casa outlet restaurant. They have vast selection of foods & beverages and it generally taste good. However, the beef in their bistek tagalog seemed uncooked or raw. Personally, I enjoyed their congee and coffee.For the price, I’d say that it is worth it and I do recommend you trying this hotel.

Strategically located besides SM North. Very accessible to everyrhing. Cozy ambience. The restaurant area has a nice view to their pool and garden area. We had an ocular and have not tried their rooms, they just opened last Sept 2019. They have a high ceiling ballroom good for around 400 pax, for those who wants to try to book events here. Lookig forward to experience a good stay, cant wait to get relaxed and enjoy their pool area at night with kids. Ms.Wheng from banquet was such a nice rep, thanks for accommodating us during our ocular.

Mit der schlechteste Service den ich je erlebt habe. Das bestätigte Zimmer kann nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Dafür bekomme ich ein klasse schlecht zum reduzierten Preis der niedrigeren Klasse angeboten. Nachdem ich nicht einwilligen will, wird mir ein Late Check-out auf Niveau des reservierten Zimmers angeboten. Fühlte mich nun gänzlich vereppelt um nicht verar... zu sagen. Nach langem hin und her ist dann plötzlich doch ein Zimmer frei.Es stinkt zwar nach Silikon und Essig. Auf meine nochmalige Beschwerde wird ein Lufterfrischer aufgestellt. Jetzt stinkt es halt nach künstlerischen Magnolien... .Das Hotel sieht sehr sauber aus und bietet bestimmt tolle Sachen, aber nach dieser Erfahrung nicht wieder.Das traurige ist, der Manager hatte nicht den Mum selber mit mir zu sprechen und hat die junge Dame an der Rezeption vorgeschoben, eine echte Führungskraft.

Its a brand new hotel. Amenities are not 100% complete but hey, the mall beside it is way more than enough. the place is very very cozy.

I stayed at the Park Inn bcuz of the quarantine requirement for 5 days . The hotel was very nice. I understand the restrictions. The lobby could have been more inviting. The receptionist Miss Dors was excellent. The only negative I have is about delivered meals. There was no variety. I had pork at every meal and rice at every meal. I asked for no rice and they brought only bread. Rice is not a staple of westerners. Please have a better variety of delivered meals. Fried chicken, eggs, roast beef, potatoes, etc. also my meals were always cold or cool warm. You need to find a better way to deliver hot meals. On check out I never saw a receptionist. The security guard checked me out.

I love staying in Park Inn. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are well kept and clean. It is attached to SM North Edsa- one of the biggest shopping malls in the world. Shopping and dining options are almost endless.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we entered the a Lobby, great service begun. Registration was smooth and quick. Our room was perfect for us as our request for a room near the elevators was granted. It was clean and just right for us. Most importantly and what I loved most was that the hotel is inside the mall. So convenient to everything: banks, eateries, shopping, hair/nail salons, theatres, etc! And the price we paid was very much mo re e than worth it!

Rooms are clean and large. The staff are friendly and accommodating, too. But nothing else is so special given the room rate is high.

Positive :Rooms are clean; Rooms service is fast.Negative: Buffet breakfast is just so-so. Front dest male staff who handled us was really irritating. I asked him what time we will be in our room since it is already past three, he said hindi ko po alam kasi tatawagan ko pa, then I asked him again if it will take 15 minutes, he said hindi ko po alam , tatawagan ko pa. Maybe it is better to say wait a moment , I will just going to check the room service (pwede din naman tagalog) . There are better hotels in Q.C which offers faster service. When it comes to cleanliness of hallways and dining area; parang di siya part ng SM. I dont think that we will stay there again unless very necessary

This hotel is new. The staff says more work is underway, but it was not apparent during our stay. Radisson has taken a chance on a modern design for the rooms and common areas. Overall it works. Some details could be added, like places to hang clothing, in the otherwise spacious bathrooms. The staff was very eager to help, bright and attentive. Its a hard balance in Manila to satisfy both local and international guests, the staff at North Edsa is making it work. Thanks for a great stay.

Hubby and I stayed in one of their Junior Suites for a night, as a gift from a family member.At first, I was really surprised that theres a new hotel just next to SM North Edsa (literally, theyre connected), making it so convenient for us!The room is huge, it was well arranged and very clean - - truly inviting for some relaxation time. As a coffee lover and with the rate (that we know), theyve exceeded my expectations for having an Espresso maker with 4 capsules (compared with other hotels i know).. These are small details, but adds value to me as a client.Overall, we had a great experience and we highly recommend this place for those who loves the mall and some place to relax..5 for convenience, location, housekeeping, room security, accommodating staff and ambiance3 for the broken service phone near the elevator

A lovely new hotel that is very well appointed and maintained. Staff were friendly and efficient and helpful. Would certainly recommend it to others.

I booked two rooms at non-refundable rates at this hotel through Priceline, however my family was told that they don’t accept leisure reservations in light of housing Returning overseas workers on COVID quarantine. Priceline customer service has been trying to call the hotel to get approval for a full refund but on several occasions, at different times of the day, there was NO ANSWER on the trunk line. Considering the good online reviews, sadly my experience with my first booking in this hotel is the opposite. I can understand all the considerations of COVID, but not answering the phone is quite inexcusable for a service industry, especially during a time like this when they must anticipate many changes in reservations.

This Radisson property is like staying at a Motel 6. Nothing modern

First wedding from mom and dad. They give all their best. And the food is so yummy

Its quite a good place for the price and accessible. The only thing is nothing close by after SM closes for the evening. Not even a 7-11 in walking distance

Newer hotel. Anything to do either the kitchen food or service is extremely disappointing. Several times the kitchen was not busy but would take 30 - 40 minutes. If you asked for an adjustment for food it won’t happen - I.e no cheese. Answering their room service calls is a problem as well, sometimes four or five times to get someone. Lastly I had two occasions of undercooked sausage. Really dangerous and very disappointing.

It is located near SM North- The Block,fairly new, my daughter had a prom there very nice place for such gathering.

Best location when you are shopping and meeting up with done relatives and friends. All the staff friendly and accommodating.

They have a lot of parking lots...5 levels and you just take the elevator to 3rd floor and through the nice mall and Hotel entrace through the 3rd level of the hotel near the main ball room entrance

Clean, contemporary, and cozy. Access to the mall is a plus point, and near commuting options too. Only downside is lack of panoramic views.

It was a great stay, once we actually got the room that we had in our reservation.

The hotel is ok. The rooms are fine. Check-in and check-out is time consuming. We skipped the breakfast because of the long queues. It is very difficult to reach the hotel at rushhour and the guards were not able to guide us to the parking area. It was ok but no need to go there again

Cons:- Housekeeping is very persistent to clean the room early in the morning even with the DND signage on.- Hotel membership on radisson is still not connected to the server. Still need to peovide the details to the front desk.- They have only two pillows...- Internet is very poor.- At 11pm, access to the 3rd floor from hotel to sm northis closed. You still need to walk a long way to get to the ground area.Pros:- Room is very cozy. Ambiance is great!- They will give you cake Feel Good- very accessible to SM North at morning and in the afternoon.

The place and food is good, one of the thing that made the dining experience abit down is that they need to add more servers

All facilities are seems good breakfast is good and staff also treats well security wise you cannot go to others floor

From check in to check out, everybody was helpful, and i find it very personalized when i was accompanied all the way down to the mall to carry my luggage. i hope the rooms will be kept and maintained clean.l will surely go back.

Quick accessibility to EDSA, malls, airport, etc

Almost got disappointed cause they cannot find my reservation. No matter how many times I’m showing the confirmation on my phone & I was told it’s not on the system. It seems questionable cause it was prepaid & I was asking for a refund then suddenly they gave us 2 rooms with problems which we have to asked to be moved the next day.

The front desk person showed good customer service

No smoking lounge? Their reason is unacceptable for us who smoke.
