The conference room they provided us can accommodate 50-60 pax. The room is well lit and equipped with their own sound system, projector screen, Wifi and microphones. Comfort room is clean. Robbindale also provided us overflowing coffee and tea. Personnel assisting us are accommodating. The food is okay.

Nice place but the rooms look old and this need refurbishing. Overall, my stay was quite comfortable. Price is acceptable.

For the price it was okay, the staff was excellent, plumbing and electrical in room were in need of major repair. Wifi was poor. Food at cafe was mediocre but there are restaurants and mall food-court within 5 - 10 minute walk.. I must restate the staff, from front desk, and cafe, to housekeeping and security were excellent. Oh, Water only provided on day of arrival 2 bottles, must supply your own the rest of the stay.

Good value for your money. hotel personnel are superb in their service. taxi is easily available. dining is nearby and varied.shopping mall is walking distance. public transpo is near...if you want 5 STAR hotel, do not come here , so you do not complain too much, BUT if you are budget conscious, then this is the place for you.....

Rooms are old but this place has AMAZING food for your trainings and fora.

Were 4 when we checked-in. Were not yet given our keys when we were told by the receptionist: 2 lang pwedeng mag overnight ha. When in fact i booked for 2 rooms w/ diff. names. Also, the water pag naligo ang dulas parang tubig poso.

This is a spacious hotel, Everything is nice except for the very old bathroom filled with underground, tiny ants coming from the tiles. Spacious room, but lacking luggage rack. Breakfast is too little (for example, the Daing na Bangus is even split into 2 instead of one whole fish.

Loved how the hotels location is right next to an outside food mall, kind of disappointed in cleanliness some bugs and what not that didnt bother me super but overall the staff was awesome! Great service, complementary breakfast and a beautiful designated smoking area

Food was great, room service/cleaning was consistent but my room particulary, room 311, everytime i come in, I always encounter tiny roaches. I booked for 6 days and it is annoying. They get to my clothes, luggage and basically crawl everywhere. I had to buy lysol and spray my stuff everytime I come back.

Good hotel if you just need a few nights sleep. not really much in the area except the mall 2 blocks away. but you do have easy access to the metro rail, trikes and taxis are close by

Bathroom heater doesnt work properly and there was so many cockroaches in the bathroom.

The proximity to the funeral chapel provided us with the necessities needed during the wake. The internet connection was a big help in staying connected with.family and friends.

Totally run down hotel. You have cockroaches running all over the room. Would you stay next to a Funeral parlor and crematorium. Do you all go and see this places before you put them up for customers.

Outstanding service from room to restraunt!!

Hallway not maintained on regular basis. Dirty used plates left in Hall for 2 days. Old mattresses stacked in halls for the entire stay. Towels were quite old and some ripped at ends.

The bed linens are grayish and old...the towels are just too old and doesnt look clean.when i opened the bathroom it had a super foul smell with cockroaches and the bowls looksuper stained...really disappointing....unclean.the pictures looked good, but when we got there in the actual room it was pitiful.

I like this hotel, near a mall and other activities that i like to go to. If your wallet is getting empty this is a place to go. I do wanta go back there
