Food is great. But the service is poor. Walang gustong tumingin sayo. Ilang times na akong nagrequest ng tubig, ng tea, ng knife kasi iislice ko ang cake ng anak ko. Iwas sila ng iwas. Tapos medyo naiinis kana ung nag seserve pa ang naiinis ang itsura. The staff should be properly trained sa good customer service... Walang babalik na customer kapag ganito ang pinapaexperience nila...

Food is great, but their service last June 2 was less than acceptable. Upon arrival, we asked for our service water. More than 6 times we asked, and to different waiters too. We also asked for their service tea, which only took more than 5 tries but to no avail. We asked for our bill, which only took 30 mins before it arrived. And guess what? Our water and tea wasnt still there!!!! Dont get me wrong, I love Hap Chan, but if this the service youre giving, then youre breaking my heart.
