Bat ngayon naka avail na kami tas tumawag ulit kami para mag pareserve na ng dalawang room bigla na lng di pwede mag pa serve ng dec. 24 pag metrodeal... Bat pabago bago naman. Kung kelan naka avail na kami... Di bale kung pwede kami pumunta ng ibang date kaya lng dec. 24 lang. Kami available kaya nga. Nag inquire muna kami eh... Pano na gagawin nyan...? Hustle naman mag parefund sa metrodeal kung marerefund pa... Samantalang nakalagay din dun sa mismong metrodeal available sya kahit holiday additional 500 lang... Tsk dissapointed

Did not even told me that my request for 2 separate beds were not acommodated. Confirmation lang sana e sapat na, wala e nasurprise nalang ako pagpunta ko sa room. It took 50 mins to checkout haay.

Hinding hindi nako babalik sa hotel na ito everthing you request may additional charges I have 2 kids 15 and 12 yrs old ok n sana ako magbayad for additional 800 for 1 kid kaso hindi sinabi ng receptionist 12 yrs old up my bayad na ang sinabi lng nya the payment of 800 additional will charge upon check out na lng so akala ko 800 lng ung 15 yrs old kid lng ang may bayad. tpos nung nagcheck out na kmi they charge 1600 for my 2 kids. eh di sana kumuha n lng kmi ng another room na 1744 for standard room ngayon ngbayad ako ng 1600 tpos extra towel, extra pillow, extra shampoo, extra water etc may addltional charge grabe kayo….need improvements:my kettle nga kayo wala nman coffee, press button nga cr nyo lowbat naman at isa pa kinuha nga namin ung malaking room double deluxe di nman kaya ng aircon nyo my worst stay….

The hotel was new and really clean. Safety and security is also average. Requests can easily be done. Only issue that I had with them was that they did not have enough towels to provide in the pool area. When I requested for beach/pool towel, they said that they didnt have anymore. And as a workaround, they got the bath towels in our room to give us.And then, we had to request and wait for a new set of bath towels while in the room. Wish that they limit the number of beach/pool towels to the number of guests per room and take note of it, so they wouldnt have that problem. But overall, our hotel stay was good.

If you are looking for a place to stay with good quality of food, drinks, accomodation and relaxation, this is a perfect place for you. Its cheap but the experience is beyond awesome ️

At first, the hotel room assigned to me had very poor WIFI and no cellular signal. When I approached the concierge, I was advised that WIFI is spotty due to PLDT’s network. Since I stayed here for work and rest, I stayed on the 5th floor lobby to do my work stuff. Unfortunately the issue in my room continued. I then asked if I can be transferred to another room with good signal at least since I already accepted that WIFI cannot be fixed right away. When I was transferred, cellular connection was better. Moral of the story: Red Hotel has good rooms and staff but if cellular signal is important to you, don’t check in here. I stayed here last year and experienced the same wifi problem. Apparently, wifi and cellular signal was not important when they designed the building. Might not return.

Nice place, facilities are quite new. However, TV has no netflix, remote is hard to operate, and room service requires several follow up

A surprise along EDSA. Very elegant and decent hotel.

The place is clean and relaxed and their stuff is nice and you can see the length of edsa from 16floor room 14.

The hotel is nice. The staff were excellent. The executive rooms are all on the very noisey road side and i could not sleep. Big noisr all day and all night, so changed diwn to a deluxe room. The drains wete blocked so my shiwer nearly flooded the whole bath room. The floor mat for the bathroom had greese stains all over it an the gand spray fir the toilet malfunctioned and sprayed my partner all over her clothes and face. They found us a new room again and it was very nice even though it was a lesser quality room and i must say the staff and manager were very helpful. Also the breakfasts were not good at all. Only food for Filipinos. No consideration for westerners at all. But, we ended up having a nice stay and as i said, the staff were very good.

Although the location is not so ideal for this kind of hotel I would say that they really have a classy look inside, from the rooms to the buffet hall. The food was great and very cheap for only 399 for guests and 299 for guests who checked in. The price is also really affordable and best for people who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We enjoyed our stay in Red Hotel. It is centrally located and easy to get around to all the places one wants to visit and see although we only stayed one night. Rooms were comforting and location to go out was great. The hotel was very comfortable, breakfast is excellent and all the staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I give you guys a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Good job and keep it up! We will definitely come back again!

Peacefull and wonderfull place, Luxurious rooms and friendly staff

This hotel is practically in the center of Cubao, Quezon City, Manila. It is within walking distance of Araneta Center, the Cubao MRT station, the Farmers Market, and tons of restaurants, bus stations, pubs, etc. The hotel itself is fairly new. I hear a lot of complaints about check-in times. We arrived at 3 pm (not 2 pm) and checked in within 15 minutes. BUT... the room we were given was the wrong room. We were given an executive room when we had booked a deluxe queen. The view was much better, but the room had not been cleaned. There were Jollibee boxes on the table and used towels on the floor. We called downstairs and were directed to come back down and swap rooms. We did so and got a new keycard (one per room - not per person). Our new room was clean but there was not much of a view (the window is covered by a red grid on the outside). The bed was comfortable and we got vouchers for free breakfast, which was actually very good. The breakfast bar changes daily and is restocked as soon as it is emptied. There is a salt-water indoor pool on the fifth floor (the same floor as the front desk) and we swam there a few times. All in all, it was a flawed, yet good experience. You just cannot beat the value. If the hotel had its customer service down pat, it could easily get away with charging more.

Very affordable. But the location of the bldg. is not really great. Yet the staffs are accommodating and nice. The room where we stayed was modern and simple, the bed was comfy . I only got 3/4 of the bottle of shampoo and soap for my vanity. No conditioner, lotion and cotton buds . The indoor pool i think is not regulated coz its really cold. The breakfast was fine. Well honestly the place is not really done yet bec. some floors still not functioning and in day time you can still hear drilling and hammering. I will come back here to check again when its fully done. Goodluck

The staff was absolutely fantastic. Food in buffet was good but not hot. First night shower had cool water, but after the first night it went back to hot. New hotel. I would stay again. It will be better when the bar is open

The location of the hotel is just a walk bridge from Araneta center. Near along major bus stations going north and south. The rate is quite high I advise you to book using metrodeal for the discount. Room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, but not soundproof as you heard people talking along the aisle. Breakfast is just ok. Theres a pool if you want to take a dip. All in all budget friendly and cozy, easy access to transpo and commercial center, a nice way to stay a day or two.

Lors du check-in, la receptionniste me rassure que le choix de la chambre sera au calme, mais celle-ci se trouve au 11eme etage en face de lascenceur. Le receptionniste oublie de me remettre aussi le recu dune caution de 1500pesos que jai du payer en arrivant;Le coffre fort de la chambre ne se referme pas. Suite a ce probleme, jappelle 3 fois par telephone la reception en laissant sonner au moins 3 minutes mais personne ne decroche. Je me rends alors a la reception en expliquant le probleme de la fermeture du coffre fort. La receptionniste me dit quelle va menvoyer quelquun. Au final cette personne nest jamais venue;Il faut faire couler leau chaude au moins 5 minutes pour avoir de leau vraiment chaude;Je me suis fait piquer par des bestioles durant mes deux nuits. J aurais du demander quon me change les draps apres la premiere nuit et qu on me desinfecte la chambre;Le check-out a dure 25 minutes. Pourtant, jai directement signale mon depart aux housekeeper qui se trouvait a mon etage. La receptionniste me fait signer un recu pour dire que j ai bien recu ma caution de 1500pesos que je ne recois meme pas sur place. Au final, elle m explique que je recevrai ma caution dans un delai de 3 semaine sur mon compte car javais paye la caution par carte visa;A part ca, lhotel est tres bien situe, propre (meme si je me suis fais pique durant mes deux nuits), et le prix est tout a fait correcte.

We have a good stay. The hotel price for our stay is neutral and right. The other floor is still under construction so you can expect a little dusty environment especially in elevator. I do not know why there are flies on their kitchen. The water of the pool is weird, taste salty chlorinated and small to accommodate ***y visitors. The breakfast is just fine, I think I did not eat a breakfast of cost 350.By the way, we arrive at hotel around 1pm and the receptionist takes about an hour to confirm our booking, which on other hotels takes only 3-5 minutes, please bring patience. Same when we are cheking out, we waited for notification that we are good to go, but seems we are forgotten and they almost forgot to return my id, so yeah! receptionist attending to us is irresponsible. Still we enjoyed our stay.

This is the greatest hotel within the vicinity of Cubao. There are many hotels in Araneta but so far, this is the best one and very affordable for family.The buffet is not like any other. Very scrumptious.Interior is superb!!! Overall, I’m very satisfied

New and cheap! It has function rooms appropriate for small trainings and meeting. The rooms are quite big, clean and modern compared to others at its pricer range. Lastly, its very accessible and near to Araneta Center and malls.

I chose to stay here as it was close to the Partas bus station. This hotel is supposed to be relatively new therefore i was surprised to see the condition of the bathroom. The shower tap lever fell off, the floor would get soaked from the shower cubicle. The toilet roll holder was not working and was rusty. Overall it didnt feel too clean. I guess though it is not unusual for Asia which has a different environment, lower quality installations and quicker deterioration. There was also no window so i think a night or 2 is OK but after that you could start feeling claustrophobic. Be warned also as seems to be the norm here in the Philippines, the shower does not have hot water; its between cold and lukewarm at best. Overall, however, Its a reasonably priced reasonably modern hotel and ultimately you get what you pay for.

I booked this hotel casually, having to find a good location in Cubao.The hotel is very very very nice, elegant, clean and with a service that let me be very surprised.The standard room is big and very well furnished. The bathroom is big too.The hotel has everything you can find in high level structures, from the restaurant to the rooftop bar to the indoor swimming pool.Guests find everything for personal care, from soaps to shampoo to toothbrushes and toothpaste.In the room there is a water boiler with coffee, sugar, cream, etc so your coffee break is safe without to need to go outside.The location is excellent because just at the cross between edsa and aurora blvd and very very close to araneta (just 2 minutes walking).

Place was cozyNo refrigerator on family room, wifi does not reach certain part of the hotel.Our room cannot access wifi.Service was slow, it takes 15mins to contact reception.Food was great but needs improvement on service such as cleaning and preparing table.Pool was fun

Great looking hotel for the price. Process of admitting guests into the buffet area can be improved, though. Tight basement parking area can be challenging for novice drivers.

Hotel propre..les employées sont très gentils..et lit très confortable ..seul petit bémol : on était à 2 pendant 2 nuits et nous n avons eu qu un mini flacon de shampoing pour se laver..et pas de gants de toilette ..sinon c etait super agréable.

As earlier described..its ok for seminars..conferences..and government agency conventions. The hall and room rates are reasonable. The place is very accessible and establishments in it immediate surroundings and neighborhood cater to class A down to class D and even Eincome class of people. Its a rather laidback hotel for the average people and suited for an ordinary person like me.

시설은 좋은데, 룸청소를 잘 안하는것 같다. 위치는 진짜 최악이다. 쿠바오보다는 마닐라 부근에 호텔 묵는것이 더 나을수도 있다.

One of the best hotels Ive been too. Youll experience a luxurious lifestyle at an affordable price. But the best part is the whole employee crew are very friendly and welcoming! We will definitely go back again and again!
