I also told na walang yelo ang tea pero ni lagyan pa din, 3rd time to be exact na nangyari to. Sana improve ng management ang branch nato

Did not feel safe because of their half baked effort to follow the DOH covid 19 protocol for establishments..their disinfection mat is dried up, has alcohol, checks clients temperature, practices social distancing BUT do not have contact tracing forms nor apps. If one of their employees or clients gets infected, you will not be notified.

The place is always clean. Ans the crew are very welcoming ️

Great Staff but lack of staff for a Big Birthday Party...still i highly recommended the place and their wonderful staff who try their Best for Us to have a Memorable Party for my Daugther

This Jollibee has been consistently providing good tasting burgers among all Jollibee restaurants I dine at.

The service here is too slow. My meeting already started but the food to serve from this branch is not yet ready. 15mins preparation and serving is not enough, almost took 45mins. To think that i am the one to hand carry the order back to our office and not delivery. Please improve.

Restrooms not clean. Service waiters although they greet us. But when we call their attention sometimes they just passed by ignoring you.

They dnt accept gift checks, its illegal!

If you order from drivethru, and willing to wait for 10 mins if your order not yet available, then you need to go down and get it from counter, dont wait for them to bring it to you.

Went to a drive thru for their chicken and rice, their chicken are all worn out probably thru multiple reheating. I also ordered a thigh or leg part, only to find out at home they gave a rib and wing part and whats even worse its a small portion of the rib and wing.

Food is good, they had captured the Filipino taste on their foods...

Make sure u wear ur mask and face shield!
