Specialty coffee both local and imported were roasted in-house. Tried the Bukidnon coffee, its smell and taste were fresh and fruity. A lot of food choices in their menu. One of the best designed cafés as both interiors and colourful murals were highly complimentary.

The burgers are splendid. The truffle burger is most beautiful. The pork chop is a tad bit overcooked. Perhaps the internal temperature is set at 165 with residual heat increasing it to 170. 155-160 is most ideal for me when it comes to pork.

Pretty brunch place with senior- and kid-friendly menu. Service crew was attentive too. We ordered the Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Ube Waffle in Salted Egg Sauce, Hotate Soy Cream Pasta, Kale Pesto Crusted Salmon and Fat Seed Signature Porkchop. The pasta was very unique - a definite must-try. Chicken was also good while the other dishes were just so so.

Fat Seed is on the ground floor, just across Penshoppe. I cannot put into words how good the food is here. If I can give 6, 7 or even 10 stars here I would. I ordered the Mango Rhum Chicken, just the right amount of flavor. Its a great restaurant, a must try here in UP Town Center.

Simple yet very satisfying dishes.

Love the vibe inside and coffee is so good but that dessert is not good. Also, wifi is not that fast though they should upgrade it.

I love this place simply because I trust Chef Pierre who sees to it that the food is well prepared as prescribed. He personally interacts with customers to make sure theyre okay and listens to their comments and feedback. The food lineup comes with a gastronomic twist. Definitely must-try.

We waited 1 hour for our food to arrive during lunchtime. We were a group of 8 and each dish would arrive 1 at a time with 15 minute intervals in between! Although most of our dishes were tasty, some were cold (and the kale-crusted salmon didnt even have kale on it at first). Waiters were lousy in updating the status of our orders. 1 star for good coffee and aesthetic. Horrible.

Coffee places in metro manila are increasing in number and quality. The worlds insatiable need for coffee beans manifest locally as we are introduced to the potent caffeine anchored places. The americano they served me was well crafted balanced and hits the right spot. Ill come back and try more of their offerings.

Pour over coffee was nicely brewed. The brownie was too sweet. Lunch was good. Waitress provided prompt and helpful service.

The FSC+ Roastery was highly recommended by a friend. When we browsed through their magazine menu I was smitten. Everything looked so good. We started ordering and the spinach dip was splendid. And so was the iced coffee. But as we waited for our main orders for over an hour, the food came in trickles, 1 dish appeared at a 15minutes interval; the entire “feel good” vibe just went down the drain. Several follow up did not get honest feedback from the servers. We were just left to guess what was going on while other tables, wc were filled after us, got their food first. Finally my “kale crusted salmon” order came, but without the kale crust. They took it back and another 15mins of waiting ensued. Peeps@ The Fat Seed pls explain when asked and perhaps you may want to apologize next time you keep your customers waiting for an hour.

Ambience was okay, a bit crowded by afternoon due to students. Enjoyed their spaghetti and milkshake.

One of the best coffee places around QC - they know their coffee well and can recommend a good one based on preference. Good vegetarian options on the menu as well.

I love their iced coffew so much! Coffee ice cubes with a warm frothy milk!

Very nice and trendy. Definitely younger than my age bracket. Good place for both high cholesterol and healthy food.

The chicken & waffles breakfast is amazing and they know their coffee - they have a range of single origins and asked me what my tastes were so they could recommend one.

Nice ambience, good floor layout and smart modern interior design, low noise level, good for discussions or conversation, good food quality and quantity-wise, quick service, friendly staff, menu-magazine with write-up is helpful. Dessert choice limited though.

My absolute favorite resto for good food on a reasonable budget. Can get quite packed with people studying but service is prompt and the sheer variety of tasty dishes is worth the wait.

Good place to work or have brunch. They serve origin coffee but whats notable is the food. They are known for their Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Ube Waffles but if you want something unique, you can opt for the Hotate Soy Cream Pasta and Wagyu Pares. I would also recommend the Quinoa Bowl with Grilled Chicken and Fat Seed Signature Porkchop.

The place is located quite in the isolated part of the mall. Tried quite a few times finding this place finally found it. Located near along the side of CBTL and Healthy Option on the G/F of the Cinema Bldg of UP Town.Love the artsy look of the place with that coffee shop vibe. Even the tables got a lovely colorful painting. Just a bit crowded inside where we were seated.For the food we ordered a wide array of food and surprisingly price wise the food was affordable for their serving size. We started it out with the Spinach and Shroom. Healthy good starter. Love the mix of spinach, cheese, mushroom with the hint of truffle oil. Next appetizer was the steet fries for the kid. She really enjoyed this just make sure to remove the jalapeno. For the main dish I got the Wagyu Pares because of the unique presentation of it. Served in a stainless lunchbox. Nice bring back memories of elementary days haha. The wagyu cube pares was yummy. Love the sweet flavor of the pares combined with the soft wagyu meats. Goes well with the garlic rice mixed with chili oil. Also got to try the buttered fried chicken with ube waffle from my brother. I love the tender flavorful chicken but the waffle I want more ube flavor from it. Next the signature porkchop was huge. The meat was a fave of mine. A dish that youll get coming back for more.Overall this is a new go to place for me in UP town. Love it.

Definitely one of the best cups of coffee Ive had so far.
