Sobrang tagal mag bigay ng order sa drive thru

Lagi na lang silang kulang sa employee, ang ending napakatagal na transaction. Tapos twice order ko na parang hilaw pa yung fries.

Napaka pangit ng service sa McDonalds na ito Sana matutukan ng management ng McDonalds ito kahit fillet Lang order inaanot ng half hour sayang ung McDonald maganda pa Naman location at maganda place kaso sa service bagsak

Nauna pako mag order pero nauna yung lampas pa sa sampung tao pagkatapos ko yung naserve.an bago ako. I had to follow up 3 times bago nila asiksuhin yung order ko. This incident happen weeks ago pero di ko makalimutan sa yamot.

Mabagal na service time to get ur food after paying. Generally all branches na new system ang gamit ay ganito n.

Always LATE delivery orders. They did not even bother to call or text us so that we will be informed.

Nearby frm my home and i love mcdo ever since but this place makes park in my life like what i have encounter when i order grab food..the chicken is not really new , too dark & dry even the skin..it was like serve from a before yestrday menu..One thing i hate, way back 2018 i celebrate for my son 1st bday in that place, they let me believe and wait for the said GC as gift cert for worth 500php as thier give away or pasasalamat.. so its quite good to know that they give pleasure for the customers..but it turns to just comeback aftr a month, and whn u tried to ask they will tell you to dont come to follow.up..they will call to u then, until today..wala..

The good location is tempered with unclean tables due to seemingly lack of staff. Edit: Stinking ground floor common bathroom.

Nice location I think, it is along Tandang Sora Ave. Walking distance from SM Savemore fast service and comfortable place coze it is big area plenty of table to eat.

Very small toilet room free wifi isnt working ever. air-conditioning not good

Big branch with two floors but they usually close the 2nd floor. Most days crowded with customers regardless of peak hours.

Mabagal yung service. The quality of the food is not that good na kasi siguro because of the time between preparation and serving time ng food is matagal. Sorry. Hope this might help you improve the service and the store itself. Thank you!

Counter service just got worst.. all products are now made to order even for a simple burger mcdo or spag meal. Fastfood no more..

One of the managers are showing signs of stress at work in front of the customers which I think is inappropriate. Trainee seen last time mistreated by the manager as well. Other crew members are just fine. External sink is not properly maintained. Tables are clean though. Big table for group of people availablr. Party place at 2nd floor.

This store has made terrible changes in serving its customers. I dont think it will stick. After you pay for your food, they make you wait for your order until your number is called. There wouldnt have been any problem except that service here is so slow youll regret ever coming here when you can get faster service at the nearby Jollibee

I already wait for two customer to finish their order. And then when its my turn, the staff suddenly told me to transfer to the next counter which i will be on third. After that the staff return and take the order of the second customer in line.

To eat with my kids..take out meals for lunch or quick snack
