The staff arent very friendly. Usually majority of the items arent available. Especially drinks, theyve only been serving ice tea for months with no option to upgrade to anything else. Shouldnt advertise something which aint available.Ex the new hot and spicy chicken.

Not sure if kfc changed their chicken recipe because I remember it not being this bad as a child. Ordered 6pc chicken bucket original. Very disappointed with the chicken it was too salty and skin breading was thick and soggy. Chicken is way below jollibee chicken standards. Also kfc is more expensive vs jollibee. Not eating in kfc ever again.

Its not a satisfying experience. I was there earlier and there are lots of crew in the counter but it took a while before the manager who is also there to assist me. And then after asking for my order the crew take over and get my order and what I hate the most is that even after repeating myself tho he didnt confirm for the flavor of my flavor shots, after paying and waiting for my food thats the time they said that they dont have the flavor that I want.In that case it would be fine but it seemed like they are not focusing on their customer thats what I hate.The customer service is poor.

Minus 2 stars for increasing up the menus prices to 10-20 pesos

Customers get confused where to line up as they split the counter for order taking and order waiting. Staff try to be fast and efficient but lost the Pinoy touch of amiable service. Please make the resto feel clean and homey as this is a residential/commercial area. Just my 2 cents.

Rice is well cooked

The place is dirty, flooring is sticky, filled with food crumbs and used tissues.

The servings are so small the chicken are tiny and the gravy is mostly water.

Friendly staff and wifi free

Chickens are getting smaller and smaller
