The food is fresh and cooked as soon as you ordered.Serving well. Clean place. But Basing and Rest room is not that much well.

Tropical hut is underrated! They have one of the burgers here in the Philippines. Serving is also abundant n terms of the price you pay.

Food is good, but the ambiance of the store is going nowhere (sad). Same goes for the grocery

One of the few Tropical Hut branches left. Too bad. Their unique variety of good burgers (try their sili burger) at very reasonable prices is worth the visit.

I had a very bad experience with the way they treat customers. Being a long time customer, I dont deserve to be treated this way. When I came in, the cashier by the name of Maricel is busy doing something in front of the cash register like, writing something, she ignored me, so l decided to wait on the next Cash register, but the cashier assigned to that register is busy preparing the drinks ordered, so l waited for her to finish the task, but it took her so long, suddenly, a guy approach the first cashier, named Maricel and she attended to his orders immediately, without noticing that l have been waiting for a long time, waiting to be served if there is an available cashier. But l became frustrated, and l told the cashier that I have been waiting here for a long time, then you suddenly attend to the person who just arrived. Is that the policy of this company, the last will be served first? That cashier, should be terminated, customers should be treated fair. Without the customers, the business will not survive.

Double patty burger ( no mayo, no cheese) and chicken sandwich are my last meal on earth/ death row must haves. Sinfully dripping juices out of the signature Tropical Hut burger foil, makes this my coveted happy meal drizzled with tomato catsup and mustard... a happy death.

Service was slow. they had this ongoing promo wherein, if u reach a total amount of 150, u get a stamp. but no card was given to me and i just learned about it because of the ads by the counter and had to ask for a card. same for another customer, its just not being offered. nothing the cant be improved though. but their store, it really needs a refresh. several restos (like shakeys matalino, store was just opened i guess 2014? but already is under renovation as of writing) have already upgraded despite being newer than this store, but i guess theyre contented

I was born 1968. My first exposure to Tropical Hut was when I was a little boy when our family would take us to breakfast after Sunday church at its branch inside the previous Glori Supermart at Del Monte avenue corner Araneta avenue (now Savemore). It brings back fond memories when life was simplier then. When the Big Red Bee and the Golden Arches started opening stores a few years later, good ol Tropical got thrown to the background. A few stores now remain, including the one at the iconic Tropical supermaket. It still draws a decent crowd up to this day, mostly old folks and some nearby office employees, with the occasional students. Menu choices are ok. I like their burgers, a bit similar with Jollibee, juicy. Most of the time I go for the Clubhouse sandwich.
