The place is near the national highway. There are near fastfood chains like walking distance lang. Wala nga lang reservation kaya paunahan sya. Siguro kasi dahil mura lang like Php250- for 12hrs. Iyon ang kinuha ko. Then if gusto mo mag 24hrs ay double the amount lang. Bayad ka muna ba plus may deposit.I dont know kung sa dami ba ng customer nila dito pero hindi masyado pala ngiti mga receptionist. Iyong nag asikaso sa akin hindi masyado maganda pakitungo sa nauna sa akin.The room as you can see is just small. Parang dalawang long rectangular table lang kalaki. But malinis naman siya. Youll see na may penalties sila for every damage item na magawa mo.Malaki ang tv, 22 siya. Aircon nila hindi masyado malamig. Iyong sa shower hindi hot and cold ang water but nka enclose nmn sya. Ah wla din pla closet. Then be sure to bring toiletries kasi may bayad iyong etc. toothbrush. Except sa maliit na sabon at 1 sachet na head n shoulders na ibibigay nila sayo.

Ang susungit ng staff nila, specially yung sa edsa branch. Walang hospitality management. Sabagay ang cheap nga ng hotel nila ang cheap din ng mga employee. Paki ayos naman ung attitude nyo sa cus. Nyo. But over all the place is good but the people there is not good....

I lost my phone in this hotel, grabe hindi man lang binigyan ng pansin or attention, hindi man lang humarap yong manager or supervisor nila... pati cctv d agad2x mag rewind, huhuhuhuhuhuhhuhu im so disapointed this hotel... gusto kolang malaman kung panu nawala ang cp ko sa mismong room ko, d na ako nag matter na mabalik phone ko.... gusto ko lang naman malaman sinu at panu ginawa yan lang...

Very, very small room (2x3 m^2) and there are lots of small cockroaches. The place is very cheap though, with price ranges from 200 to 450. I believe all room sizes are the same, they differ only in bed types like single, double, etc.I dont recommend unless you have no choice or are looking for very cheap rates hotel.Goos thing istheu have a big parking area at the back. Though you need to drive a little farther to get to the parking area.Its not recommended for everyone. Speciallythose who cant stand cockroaches :(

The staff is not friendly and accommodating.. When you order food still no available and they advertise the price of 200 for 12 hours but when you will go to the counter and ask for 12 hours they will say you need to pay 250 for 12 hours.. Its a false advertisement just to caught attention from clients..

PISSED OFF GUEST.We are seasoned traveller. We were traveling for 2 months going from Mindanao to Luzon. And we spent many nights at many different hotels. At this particular hotel. We had to leave early in the A.M. to get transportation out of this particular city. We had to leave at 3:30am in the morning and we are trying to get a tricycle to go to where we needed to go. So there were very few tricycles on the street. So this tricycle driver that was friends with the security guard Beltrano of the hotel quoted us a extremely high price. So my wife walk down at the end of the street to find a more reasonable tricycle driver. So I told the guard that you have your drunk friends sitting there with you and not protecting your customers or doing your job and benefiting your drunk friends at the expense of your customer. So I told him to do his job and know where the side the bread is buttered on and you work for me and Im paying you indirectly by staying at your hotel. So he physically threatened me as a guest and the front desk sees what is going on and does nothing. So that is why I am writing this review. The name of the security guard was Beltrano. THIS IS IN FLOR-al in Butuan city. The worst hotel we ever stayed at in the 2 months we travelled. Bad bed, super small rooms you cant even move, aircon doesnt work. Never stay at this hotel if you value your LIFE!!!!
