Great relaxation escapade for travelers going to Butuan City also, a great venue for big and small events. Food was okay, rooms are clean, cozy and nice. Lobby area is amazingly luxurios to the eye (great fixtures and ambiance). Sadly theres no elevator for travellers with huge amount of luggage and for senior citizens and handicapped people. But the experience I had was great. Service was okay, need more smile and warmth in welcoming guests. Thank you!

Great room, great pool. Breakfast selection is not that good, and restaurant staff are not attentive in refilling the buffet and cleaning up tables.

I had an awesome experience staying at the most relaxing place. I love the interior design, from the colorful couch in different shapes and sizes; the fun lightings (the chandelier ); amazing poolside; to their spacious rooms. The staff are friendly and accomodating. You have a variety of dishes to choose from. I dont mind spending my staycation over and over again to this place. Totally my home away from home. Such a nice place to stay in. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the internet was fast enough in our rooms. My friends and I really enjoyed swimming in their huge pool. Great for a brisk swim or just chilling with friends.I really love the hotels architecture. The modern lines at the lobby, the elegant curves of the staircase - everything! Breakfast was sufficient and filling. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Oazis.

Newest hotel in Butuan City.The Architectural design is not that good. It’s just simple. But they managed to make it look good enough to make their costumers feel relaxed.

June 14, 2019 - okay amg hotel with free buffet breakfast. Ang breakfast kay medyo gamay lang choices (egg, bread, corned beef, pancit, coffee, cereals, milk). With free newspaper.

Interior and exterior is quite good but I hate walking upstairs specially when it gets too hot, they have a golf cart that can get you down from the lobby to the entrance gate but it is seldom used when going up.. place looks good but has been overused due to a lot of weddings

Spacious but the hall we used is rather congested looking because the ceiling was rather low. Food was great. Rooms was great. The pool is inviting and the staff are friendly.

Went here for an event yesterday and the place was clean and spacious. No problem finding a parking spot. The dinner we had was pleasant. Service was good. The pools were enticing though we werent able to dip in the water this time around. Its also nice that they have a separate pool for the kids. We hope to come back for a stay.

The best hotel atrium in the city, Oazis boasts not only its luxurious amenities but also a wide range of services from being able to host events and conventions, to its capable restaurant and the decently sized pool.They have standard quality rooms with great views of Mt. Mayapay. Service is excellent.Parking space is awesome.Not the most nature-centric hotel though, a bit warm and less fresh air in the pool area due to airflow restrictions.But overall, its one of the regions best.

The place was nice as well as the rooms . The only thing we dont like was the service, thats actually the worst breakfast we had. (Sorry but I have to be honest with this) . The workers seem like they dont know what to do. When we reached downstairs to have breakfast, it was almost out . Someones looking for utensils the guy beside me was looking for a cup and someone looking for vegies because she doesnt eat pork. Some things are just not organized. Everything should be prepared, so we dont have to ask for assistance anymore.

The hotel is aesthetically gorgeous.But that of itself is not enough to reflect great service.We had an activity in one of the bigger halls in this hotel, and before the event, we have to make do of the very hot temp inside the lobby.Its visually pleasing, maybe the best one in butuan as to the looks.. but I have to say, Iam not impress with how hot it is in the lobby.

I have been traveling all over the world for five months. The Philippines was my seventh country in Asia. I stayed at 24 other hotels ranging from 3 to 5 stars. This hotel ranged at the bottom for Wi-Fi connection. They also got the award for last place for their breakfast bar. The food was cold and a lot of the offerings were empty. Very unappetizing and had no thought for presentation. The sterno warmers underneath or shut off. I went at different times during the four days I was there and had the same experience daily. Also the staff does not check on you to see if you need anything. I had to chase somebody down each day to find some coffee.The bathroom mats that they gave were tattered and full of holes. It was practically like a one star hotel. It really diminished the overall experience.The food in the restaurant that I ordered for dinner was about 50% great. The other 50% were poor, overcooked, dry, and very chewy. Again, no one checks back to see if you need anything, like additional drinks. You have to chase somebody down to find a person to ask for your check. Not very well trained.I don’t think I would stay here again considering the many other offerings in the area. I couldn’t give it my recommendation. Small improvements would go along way to enhancing the experience.

Rooms are large and modern. Audio on the TV satelite box cuts out audio periodically till you wiggle the cables (one star off). Common areas are not air conditioned so you are hot as you check in or walk to and from your room (one star off). Free breakfast is a joke: rice, garlic rice and a noodle dish on some days. Cooked egg in shell available on most days and scrambled eggs on random days. Cooked or fried hot dog or some link sausage and fried ham slices on most days. We were here for two weeks and there were only a few days where their hot dog variations were upgraded to fried fish or corned beef (one star off for the quality of food and another one for the constant flies as they have bug zappers but they are not on). They have a nice pool as compared to the size of the facility, however it needs repair as there are missing tiles at the bottom of the pool (no stars off as its a cosmetic issue and overall ambience was great, once you see it with the the lights on once it gets dark enough). Staff is super nice and very friendly and accommodating and they had offered to cook up an omelet or sunny side up eggs as they had noticed that I was not thrilled with breakfast options (adding a star as staff is great). AC in the room is loud and it needs to be on all the time and there are more modern units that are available that would solve this issue (one star off). We stayed at Hotel Oazis for two weeks and one week at Watergate Hotel and their free breakfast is much better in variety of items and taste. It is a smaller hotel with a smaller pool, however we will stay there on our next vacation in Butuan because of their superb kitchen and such better AC unit that is quiet enough so you can sleep and not be woken up by it.

A good place to stay while in Butuan City.

The place is beautiful. The only downside I noticed is that there are no ramps, or elevators so you have to carry your luggage up and down the stair. The building has only 3 floors, and their main lobby is in the 2nd so you only have a floor to carry your luggage if you wish. You can always ask for help from their staffs, who are very cheerful and is always smiling.

This hotel is new to our place, the crews are very hospitable, the rooms and facilities are well maintained. There is also a swimming pool inside the hotel and its not crowded, an assurance to guests that they will feel relaxed.

Very sunny place to have breakfast. Too bad no awnings to shade early guests for their morning meals.

Celebrated my birthday here. Very nice place. Food was great and price was okay. Their menu should be improved though. Daghan man gud wala nakabutang sa menu. Better ask the servers for other options especially the desserts. We had RHYN as our server. Hes very good. Other employees were also accommodating. Thanks Oazis Hotel!

The rooms are really nice and comfy. But there were some outlets that dont work for some reason, especially the ones in the bathroom.

Our rooms (a Deluxe and a Standard) were quite spacious and located on the ground floor, with easy walk to the restaurant and lovely pool area. The swimming pools were the best thing about this hotel. I brought in guests from another hotel to dine with us. They had great menu and coffee selection.

The place is new, something different in butuan. Reminds of waterfront Cebu on smaller scale. Restaurant food was okay, nothing groundbreaking.

If you are looking for a cheaper hotel to stay at Butuan City, I can recommend this hotel.The ambiance of the hotel is cool. Looks very elegant. The staffs are accommodating and gluent in Tagalog or English.The rooms has electronic lock.Airconditioning is a bit old fashioned window type aircon.I jist dont like the set up of there dining area.

Everything inside is okay. Staffs are very accomodating. The only thing that makes me upset is the unpleasant odor outside near the parking.

New clean but most of all quiet.Requested and received a room away from the elevator and function halls.The pool was closed by the staff about 10 pm I believe.Breakfast was a little bit lacking. Would loved to have seen an omelet station such as the one they have Almont Inland Hotel directly across the road.

Poor Experience. I booked this hotel based on the reviews I read, and because they advertised a gym. Clearly my own experience did not live up to the experience of others. The location is pretty good, on the airport highway, in between Robinson’s Mall and a new SM Mall that will be opening shortly. The Lobby and pool are very nice, and give you the impression that you will stay in a very nice hotel. Then you get into the rooms. Within a day and a half I was in my third room. The first room had no hot water in the shower, and the pressure level was non-existent. Meaning, I got a drip out of the shower. So they changed me to a second room, which had some hot water, and better water pressure. I stayed there overnight, but rapidly noticed that the WiFi was absolutely atrocious. So I told them about it in the morning, and they said that the rooms in the back had poor signal, so they moved me to room in the font. Unfortunately, the signal didn’t get any better. Bottom line, I couldn’t do any on line work. Breakfast was also very poor for my taste, and besides the fruit, no healthy options. Finally, the gym can’t really be described as a gym, except sauna with three pieces of aerobic equipment and a universal weight set. I chose to run in the smog infested highway, rather than to suffocate in the sauna. On the other hand, the staff did their upmost to improve my stay. They were patient, pleasant, and very helpful, and did their best to work with the facility they have. Also the bed was comfortable, and I slept very well. Finally, there were ants in the room. Enough said!

Rooms are ok. Had a view of the pool. They need to get a faster provider for Internet especially for like us Business traveler which needs fast internet.

It was a bad experience for me. Lots of hair underneath the toilet bowl. TV that time did not work. Need to call front desk to get it fixed but it wasnt fixed right away. Maintenance guy knocked on the door the next morning to fix the TV. The guy did not even wear the appropriate dress. Seems like he is not trained.

This is supposed to be a new hotel, stayed there for a few days and for the price, definitely not worth it. They don’t even have a chair in the room. The first room I was in was infested with ants, in he staff tried their best to clean it which didn’t help so they ended up moving me. The back of the building had garbage which you could see walking from your room to the restaurant. Food was ok. Won’t be going back.

The hotel is brand new, its the nicest, newest place in town. It is actually a very well laid out design. The pool and deck area are perfect, as well as the restaurant patio area beside the pool. Its worth all the money spent staying there. Two Thumbs up.

I happened to stay in a suite room but the cleaning is not the hotel standard that ive been used to. Other rooms are not well maintained. Plus the breakfast meals is not what youve rave bout every morning. Stay in watergate instead

Their place looks amazing! But their convention rooms arent positioned properly. The food that they serve during seminars are too sweet. Their snacks are huge! Their staff are lacking during seminars. They leave you with the sound system, when there should be a person there monitoring or assisting all the time. And their free coffee during the seminar is bland

I paid for a suite, not only did Oazis staff pull a fast one and rip off my mother and father in law, they put them in a regular room and didnt bother mentioning that they werent getting the suite. My niece found that the suite was vacant. When I called them they didnt apologize and mention how dishonest they were. They tried to offer 500 peso or a free meal in return to which I declined. I called up Hotels.com to resolve it and now have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Can you believe a Filipino business ripping off another Filipino living in the same city? How could one sleep at night?

I find the place comfortable and very pleasing to the eye. However, I felt a bit off about their complimentary breakfast. There was not much options for non-pork eaters and the staff in charge are not so accommodating.

Pleasant but, 1. CR has no exhaust fan. A bIt smelly coz of the lack of toilet ventilation. 2. Hire better skilled chef and attentive waiters to attend to guests. Food served were identical to one from Dotties Hotel. They should level up.

Its my first time to stay here in this hotel coz its new..but i get accident in front of the hotel but then its take a minute before they come to help us someone call the guard but he just only watch he dont even run just to help us,,,i just notice that they dont have any sign in there road or paint a road sign..even the landscaper told me that the road is not good everyone can get accident it they will not improve the road.i just only disappoint that they take a minute to come to help me with my kids...the hotel staff is cheerful.im very thankfull of that receptionist that help my kids.

Ive been here to attend a wedding celebration. This hotel is great. Nice venue for a celebration :) Maybe I will try to check in here soon when I have important transaction in Butuan for few days :)

Relatively new hotel in Butuan. Loved the pool. Breakfast was good and hot and included in the room price. Only small issue was possibly the rooms should have more than 2 towels for a 2 bed room.
