Worst resort ever! False advertisment sa website nila. We booked sa resort nila pero nilagay kami sa kabilang resort, madumi di gumagana aircon at maalat yung water sa mga gripo nila. Most of all yung mga staff nila ang babastos!! di marunong magaccomodate ng guest.

Great place for team building!!!Need to know!!!- pool is salt water kahit na ung tubig sa banyo at panghugas ng mga pinggan.- meron clang mini stage which is very good for picture taking- if gusto nio mag volleyball meron clang bola rent is 100per 2hours- Rooms are airconditioned. We are 16pax and we rented a family room good for 14pax plus 300php/head if sobra sa max capacity.- nag paparent din cla ng gas/stove nid lang magdala ng mga pangluto.- they are selling ice pero 10php each better na bumili ka sa labas ng marami. Hahah..- meron din clang karaoke 1500php rent- we stayed last june20-21, 18 So far nakisama ang panahon.

Good for 20-30 pax.. i enjoyed my swim at the beach and rinse in the pool area.. the villa that we have rented is just fair on its price.. extra blankets are available should you need for some.. friendly staff as well.. thumbs up for that..

We rented the family villa which costs 15,000 per night. It can accommodate for I guess 20 persons. You can check out their webiste. The villa is nice, it is very spacious, unfortunately it also has alot of defects. The villa is composed of 3 bedrooms and 3 CR. The CR on the ground floor was broken, we reported it but no one repaired it, the aircon on the masters bedroom was very old and small that it cannot provide enough cold temperature. We already set it on the lowest temp but still it is too hot. Before we left, the pipes on the sink leaked which caused the kitchen to flood. By the way, there are no blanket provided so you should bring your own. The villa has a wide sala, they provide pillows, 2 extra bed foam, the masters has 3 queen size bed, the other room has a double bed, then a single bed for the other room. You can cook there because they have gas stove and a gas, it has ref, microwave and, hot and cold water dispenser. The villa also has a separate pool from the area where you can only rent rooms. Sunset view beach resort offers rooms and villas, so you can choose between the two. Best time to hit the beach is early morning because it is much clearer although the beach has a few trash. If you are looking for an okay place to stay I recommend this but if you want excellent service, facilities and accommodation then find other beach resort. There is no main person in the information area, no receptionist, the workers or maintenance team is what you will see there. That is why the service is poor. One more thing please bring your aqua shoes, you will need it, the beach has a lot of rocks. The beach has full of grass where fishes lives. If you plan on walking on those area in the beach beware of sea urchin.

Its cozy, clean, facilities are great! Beach water is just the right temperature, even if it is raining at the time of our visit.

Its best to book one weekdays. Very peaceful!

The villa is nice . but the beach front is a little bit dirty.,. Need someone to man the sands to avoid people leaving their thrash behind esp cigarette butts and plastics.

The facilities and services are poor. When we arrive our unit is not yet clean. Bathroom cabinets are dirty and faucets and shower are not working.

Poor service and the staff are not friendly specially the old man who own the karaoke boring place you have to pay everything that you need from them beach is not that good..
